What is really behind Google, Apple and Symantec?
1to1 analysed why companies like Google, Apple and Symantec are more likely to be promoted than others. The notion of ‘net promoter’ is introduced by loyalty Expert Fred Reichfeld and is used to measure what brands are ranking high on the agenda of users who could recommend these brands to others. I believe that the overall result is very similar to Bernard Cova’s motto “value bonds of loyalty over products(*)” stating that firms should try and nurture a long-term relationship with their customers through the values that their goods convey rather than through the mere features that they offer.
