La conf\u00e9rence cette ann\u00e9e est enti\u00e8rement plac\u00e9e sous la banni\u00e8re de l&rsquo;innovation et du digital comme cela est indiqu\u00e9 dans son titre : ROI = retour sur innovation. Voici mes notes prises pendant la conf\u00e9rence ce matin<\/em> :<\/p>\n<p>les tendances \u00e0 suivre en 2014 par Emmanuel Vivier<br \/>\nAnn\u00e9e de changement et o\u00f9 les strat\u00e9gie sont en train de muter.<\/p>\n<p>1.Le Small data est plus important que le Big data : mot \u00e0 la mode mais la big data c&rsquo;est important. Toutefois on s&rsquo;aper\u00e7oit que les annonceurs sont encore loin des fondamentaux : bases non utilis\u00e9es, listes de mail pas optimis\u00e9es. Il faut faire le Small data d&rsquo;abord a dit Emmanuel.<\/p>\n<p>2.Vrai enjeu : guerre des suites data marketing : beaucoup de rachats sur le Buzz, l&rsquo;analytics, &#8230; Il faut absolument pouvoir rattacher tout \u00e0 un profil client. Il y a quelques acteurs qui sont tous dans des strat\u00e9gies de rachat \u00e0 coup de milliards pour proposer une offre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux annonceurs et c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9fi pour les agences qui vont devenir des int\u00e9grateurs. Pour les petits \u00e7a va \u00eatre dur \u00e0 insist\u00e9 Emmanuel et pour les annonceurs \u00e7a va \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me de choix<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui fait la recette des leaders (\u00fcber, exp\u00e9dia, airbnb, amazon &#8230;) c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client. Exp\u00e9dia n&rsquo;a aucune des chambres qu&rsquo;ils commercialisent par exemple. Mais leur exp\u00e9rience clients est imbattable.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>API : c&rsquo;est le sujet de 2014. Il faut pouvoir se connecter et connecter son entreprise aux autres et cr\u00e9er un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de partenaires avec des outils compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 ses offres<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>La formation aux technologies : il faut vraiment pas ne pas oublier que le savoir doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9 par tous et la formation est fondamentale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Vous ne connaissez pas vos futurs concurrents : vous ne connaissez certainement pas votre vrai concurrent. Exemple de BlackBerry, 3D printing et impact sur la distribution. Il faut regarder dans l&rsquo;angle mort selon l&rsquo;expression de Vincent Ducrey<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Le temps presse : il va falloir investir et prendre des risques pour r\u00e9ussir. Les acteurs majeur sont des g\u00e9ants del la R&amp;D (Apple, Google, Ms). Tout ne marche pas mais il faut se bouger.
