C\u2019est un vaste sujet, le RTB : globalement, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;inventaire publicitaire en temps r\u00e9el, c\u2019est \u00e7a les fondamentaux, c&rsquo;est le \u00ab tuyau \u00bb \u00e0 vrai dire.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->On s&rsquo;appuie sur la technologie du real-time bidding pour proposer \u00e0 des acteurs du e-commerce d&rsquo;optimiser leurs achats publicitaires. Selon Forrester Reasearch, le RTB devrait repr\u00e9senter 30% des investissements publicitaires digitaux en 2017.\u201d Le principe des ench\u00e8res en temps r\u00e9el [Source Erwan Le Page\u00a0:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.matiro.com\/\">Matiro<\/a>) via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.definitions-webmarketing.com\/Definition-Real-time-bidding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">definitions-weebmarketing<\/a>]<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Avec le RTB, vous avez une plateforme Internet, mais qui est plus une plateforme de statistiques qui permet de suivre en temps r\u00e9el vos campagnes, car c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame la promesse globale ; mais vous avez surtout un interlocuteur qui va venir en prendre en compte vos objectifs et vos imp\u00e9ratifs et vous proposer des segmentations pour atteindre vos objectifs de campagne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, on met en place des campagnes, on \u00ab tague \u00bb le site, on r\u00e9cup\u00e8re les informations sur les utilisateurs, et on exploite leur historique d&rsquo;achat, et leur historique de navigation pour anticiper leurs prochains besoins et leur personnaliser leurs messages publicitaires. On utilise bien-s\u00fbr les donn\u00e9es du marchand, et \u00e9galement les donn\u00e9es tierces, avec des indications sur les comportements des utilisateurs ext\u00e9rieurs au site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Facebook dans le real-time bidding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement cette ann\u00e9e, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le lancement de l\u2019Ad exchange de Facebook, qui a permis qui est massif en termes de volum\u00e9trie, il ne faut pas oublier que Facebook g\u00e9n\u00e8re plus de 40 % du trafic des sites de l&rsquo;e-commerce et donc ils proposent aux sites d&rsquo;avoir la m\u00eame opportunit\u00e9 de ciblage. Il y a cependant des limites \u00e0 ne pas franchir : typiquement nous ne travaillons pas avec des cr\u00e9dits, on ne travaille pas avec tout ce qui reste li\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool, et autres produits qui sont un peu \u00ab limite \u00bb. Il faut rester coh\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le RTB face au <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20140618015807\/http:\/\/www.commentcamarche.net:80\/faq\/20889-retargeting-la-publicite-ciblee-pour-e-boutiques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">retargeting<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20140618015807\/http:\/\/www.commentcamarche.net:80\/faq\/20889-retargeting-la-publicite-ciblee-pour-e-boutiques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">retargeting<\/a> quant \u00e0 lui existe depuis quelques ann\u00e9es ; \u00e7a fait maintenant 5 ans que \u00e7a existe, les choses ont beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 et la premi\u00e8re version du <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20140618015807\/http:\/\/www.commentcamarche.net:80\/faq\/20889-retargeting-la-publicite-ciblee-pour-e-boutiques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">retargeting<\/a> n\u2019int\u00e9grait pas le RTB. Maintenant que le RTB est en place, cela permet de mieux cibler les messages et d&rsquo;avoir des messages totalement diff\u00e9rents par l&rsquo;utilisateur. Et \u00e0 chaque fois, de faire tourner les messages. Par le pass\u00e9, les acteurs de retargeting achetaient des inventaires consid\u00e9rables par avance, et donc ils les mon\u00e9tisaient parce qu&rsquo;ils prenaient des engagements. Aujourd&rsquo;hui vous n&rsquo;avez plus besoin de faire du remplissage. Cela fait une pression moins forte pour l&rsquo;utilisateur. <strong>Globalement, on parle de l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence du RTB en fin 2009, et maintenant, on est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 20 % des inventaires publicitaires sur tous les march\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s.<\/strong> Pour donner un ordre d&rsquo;id\u00e9es, un des autres avantages c\u2019est que vous pouvez cibler les utilisateurs dans n&rsquo;importe quel pays. On a m\u00eame des clients au Nig\u00e9ria par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ne pas se substituer au display<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enjeu ce n&rsquo;est pas se substituer au \u00ab display \u00bb, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;aller chercher plus de ciblage et plus de performance. Quand on dit plus de performance, cela ne veut pas dire forc\u00e9ment moins cher, mais cela veut dire le bon co\u00fbt par rapport \u00e0 vos objectifs. Ceux-ci d\u00e9pendent de votre secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, car les marges sont pas les m\u00eames si vous vendez les produits high-tech ou si vous vendez des v\u00eatements ou des voyages. Les coefficients marge des acteurs de la distribution sont beaucoup plus importants ; donc ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 d\u00e9penser beaucoup plus, de 10 \u00e0 15 % de leur chiffre d&rsquo;affaires sur certaines populations cibl\u00e9es, alors que dans la high-tech on est plut\u00f4t proche de 5 % du chiffre d\u2019affaires. Tout d\u00e9pend tout d\u00e9pend du secteur, tout d\u00e9pend de votre ambition, tout d\u00e9pend de vos moyens.<\/p>\n<p>On voit actuellement, et c&rsquo;est international, un d\u00e9veloppement des acteurs de la distribution, dont certains essaient de rattraper leur retard, et parfois tr\u00e8s bien, et ils sont donc pr\u00eats \u00e0 investir \u00e9norm\u00e9ment dans l&rsquo;univers. En gros, le co\u00fbt d\u00e9dupliqu\u00e9 est voisin de 5 % de votre chiffre d&rsquo;affaires HT et \u00e7a va vous rapporter du chiffre incr\u00e9mental. Soit vous voulez am\u00e9liorer votre taux de transformation globale sur le site, et donc regarder si \u00e7a vous fait des ventes en plus ou alors, vous allez avoir une fr\u00e9quence moyenne de transformation de 1.5 sur votre site et vous allez vouloir atteindre 1.7.\u00a0 Apr\u00e8s, il y a diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres qui entrent en ligne de compte. Tous nos clients ont bien conscience de leurs objectifs de ROI on est quand m\u00eame dans un march\u00e9 qui n&rsquo;a plus rien \u00e0 voir avec celui d&rsquo;il y a 10 ans, et qui est beaucoup plus mature et o\u00f9 les profils dont plus des profils de marketeurs et aussi de statisticiens, et ils ont une vraie approche au-del\u00e0 du tableur Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons annonc\u00e9 le lancement de notre solution sans flash, et qui est compatible avec IOS ; elle permet d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer iPad et iPhone dans la logique de ciblage. Apr\u00e8s, l&rsquo;avenir le dira si on va encore s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres \u00ab devices \u00bb, tels que la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00e0 propos de Sociomantic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sociomantic a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2009 \u00e0 Berlin, qui est un v\u00e9ritable hub Internet \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, et qui a pris la place du Londres des ann\u00e9es 2000, et qui est une ville tr\u00e8s cosmopolite. \u00c0 Berlin, nous avons 80 personnes et une vingtaine de nationalit\u00e9s, tous parlent l&rsquo;anglais. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180901182700\/https:\/\/www.sociomantic.com\/technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C\u2019est une entreprise qui a un ADN v\u00e9ritablement technologique \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Notre objectif est de continuer l&rsquo;internationalisation, car il y a encore des pays o\u00f9 on doit ouvrir tr\u00e8s prochainement, et \u00e9galement de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper nos solutions pour aller vers encore plus de ciblage des messages d\u00e9livr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;internaute.<\/p>\n<p>En France, nous sommes 13, esp\u00e9rons que cela nous porte bonheur, mais on a encore des recrutements en cours, donc on pourra encore se d\u00e9velopper dans les ann\u00e9es qui viennent.
