On y critiquai \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;Art de la guerre\u00a0\u00bb de <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sun_Tzu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sun Tzu<\/a>. On a tous au moins fait un article comme cela, mais abuser de cette ficelle conduit \u00e0 \u00e9crire des articles pr\u00e9format\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Alors quand <a href=\"https:\/\/agence.visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/visionary-marketing\/yann-gourvennec-agence-visionary-marketing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yann<\/a> m&rsquo;a pass\u00e9 un tweet pour me signaler un billet culte pour illustrer cette veine je n&rsquo;ai pas r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 expliquer mont point de vue; mais Twitter c&rsquo;est court &#8230; alors j&rsquo;ai accept\u00e9 la proposition de Yann d&rsquo;en faire un article \u00e0 partager sur Visionary Marketing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/image1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; padding-top: 0; border: 0 initial initial;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"674\" height=\"327\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ce brave Geoffrey James a c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la tentation avec un titre plein de finesse \u00ab <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.bnet.com\/photos\/7-vastly-overrated-business-books\/6234687\">7 Vastly Overrated Business Books<\/span> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce billet \u00ab les 7 livres de business les plus largement sur estim\u00e9s \u00bb Geoffrey met dans le m\u00eame panier des best-sellers am\u00e9ricain de ces 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et ni plus ni moins que la richesse des nations d&rsquo;Adam Smith ou l&rsquo;Art de la guerre de Sun Tzu\u2026 On sent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0 tout le s\u00e9rieux de la d\u00e9marche et son niveau d&rsquo;analyse.<\/p>\n<p>La lecture du billet, bien-s\u00fbr, demandant de cliquer sur autant de liens que de livres pour amener plus de trafic sur un seul et m\u00eame contenu \u2013 on est un pro du Marketing ou pas \u2013 confirme ce jugement rapide je vous l&rsquo;accorde. Geoffrey, d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment en pleine forme, nous explique ensuite que du temps d&rsquo;Adam Smith il n&rsquo;y avait pas les multinationales de maintenant et que l&rsquo;art de la guerre est juste bon pour celui qui veut s&rsquo;amuser \u00e0 des jeux de r\u00f4le. En effet le business n&rsquo;est pas la guerre et les conseils de Sun Tzu datent d&rsquo;un autre temps.<\/p>\n<p>Geoffrey devrait \u00e9largir sa palette de critiques et recommandations en repassant \u00e0 sa moulinette intellectuelle, Marc-Aur\u00e8le, Clausewitz, Machiavel, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Le contexte se pr\u00eate mal \u00e0 une analyse telle que je vais la faire dans les lignes suivantes, mais je ne peux r\u00e9sister \u00e0 voir dans ce billet un reflet de la pens\u00e9e utilitariste qui marque une bonne partie des ouvrages am\u00e9ricains. On ne lit pas de tels livres pour avoir des \u00ab recettes \u00bb, on n&rsquo;aborde pas Sun Tzu en idol\u00e2trant son \u0153uvre ou en voulant la traduire de suite en plan d&rsquo;action marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Ces \u0153uvres sont des \u0153uvres pour nous permettre d&rsquo;avoir une base multiculturelle et une mesure du temps universelle. Sun Tzu par exemple ne peut, ne doit se lire d&rsquo;une traite. Il doit lentement vous impr\u00e9gner par ses messages de fond et non pas ces quelques lignes de tactique militaire bien sur largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est la strat\u00e9gie qui nous importe, le postulat de Sun Tzu, celui de tout faire pour gagner la guerre sans devoir la faire, influence, analyse, placement des bonnes personnes, leviers \u00e0 utiliser, gestion des hommes, techniques de management, adaptation aux circonstances.<\/p>\n<p>Tout l&rsquo;art de la guerre est \u00e9crit pour penser la conqu\u00eate en terme de R.O.I et sur le principe du Tai-chi, le moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour le plus grand r\u00e9sultat avec la m\u00eame image de la puissance non pas du lourd et du rigide mais du liquide et adaptable comme l&rsquo;eau.
