Dans un cas comme celui de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Nestle\"><strong><em>Nestl\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;entreprise n&rsquo;a <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.blogangels.net\/blog\/2010\/03\/de-lefficacit%C3%A9-des-m%C3%A9dias-sociaux.html\">pas su en plus prendre la mesure de l&rsquo;enjeu et apporter les bonnes r\u00e9ponses<\/span>, le combat en ligne avec des activistes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux est un combat in\u00e9gal pour une marque. Sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9fendre est minime. Certes, Nestl\u00e9 utilise l&rsquo;huile de palme, ce qui comporte un inconv\u00e9nient aussi bien d&rsquo;un point de vue \u00e9cologique que di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, mais tous les industriels utilisent l&rsquo;huile de palme. Quand les activistes ciblent une entreprise comme celle-l\u00e0, le r\u00e9sultat peut \u00eatre dramatique, m\u00eame si je doute que Facebook coule Nestl\u00e9 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/environment\/green-living\/online-protest-drives-nestl-to-environmentally-friendly-palm-oil-1976443.html\">en fin de compte, l&rsquo;entreprise Suisse a battu en retraite sous la pression<\/a>, mais au lieu d&rsquo;en retirer un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice, il s&rsquo;agit plus d&rsquo;un aveu et d&rsquo;un rattrapage).<\/p>\n<p>En b2b, il est rare d&rsquo;avoir des ressentiments de ce genre. On peut citer principalement dans le domaine du logiciel chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sap.com\">SAP aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/a> des probl\u00e9matiques avec parfois d&rsquo;anciens employ\u00e9s (qui se vengent en devenant des <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Troll_(Internet)\">trolls<\/a>, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire des d\u00e9tracteurs acharn\u00e9s sur le Web et les forums), mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral l&rsquo;environnement du b2b est <strong>plus s\u00e9rieux et plus prompt \u00e0 des discussions entre adultes<\/strong>. En outre, si l&rsquo;on obtient beaucoup moins de commentaires sur nos blogs en b2b (1500 pour <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/blogs.orange-business.com\">Orange Business Services<\/span> rien que pour 2009) ceux-ci sont beaucoup <strong>mieux construits beaucoup plus argument\u00e9s<\/strong> et beaucoup plus int\u00e9ressants souvent et emm\u00e8nent ses discussions passionnantes et des discussions de fond.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/052010_1216_abandonnezv2.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"right\" \/>Ceci nous permet soit d&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9liorer le produit<\/strong> (cela nous est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>4 reprises<\/strong> en <strong>2009<\/strong>), voire \u00e0 nous am\u00e9liorer nous-m\u00eames quand un internaute nous fait une remarque sur un de nos articles et qu&rsquo;il nous fait remarquer une erreur ou qu&rsquo;il nous apporte une pr\u00e9cision. (source: 01 informatique Mai 2010, chiffres d&rsquo;Avril 2010)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Enfin, il est <strong>difficile pour l&rsquo;entreprise en b2b de faire la publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/strong>, souvent les budgets ne permettent pas et les budgets pubs sont exorbitants pour des r\u00e9sultats parfois tr\u00e8s d\u00e9cevants. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont au contraire une fa\u00e7on efficace et \u00e9conomique de marketer les produits en b2b\u00a0: en d&rsquo;autres termes <strong>Nestl\u00e9 a moins besoin de Facebook que nous avons besoin de Twitter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le b2b est donc pour moi v\u00e9ritablement adapt\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias sociaux m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas de cela qu&rsquo;on va parler dans les journaux car c&rsquo;est un peu plus technique et un peu moins int\u00e9ressant pour le grand public. Tant mieux, c&rsquo;est aussi ce qui met les trolls \u00e0 distance !
