Une des choses les plus int\u00e9ressantes qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/conferences.wearelikeminds.com\/lm2010\/\">conf\u00e9rence Likeminds qui a eu lieu le 26 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Exeter<\/span> fut le \u00ab\u00a0<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/summit.wearelikeminds.com\/\">Likeminds Summit<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb qui se d\u00e9roula au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boveycastle.com\/\">ch\u00e2teau de Bovey dans le Dartmoor<\/a>. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence, pr\u00e9sents autour de la table on trouvait un ensemble de personnes partageant les m\u00eames valeurs, comme le veut le titre de la conf\u00e9rence, \u00e9voquant les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9dias sociaux pour le compte des entreprises.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2512\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2512\" style=\"width: 372px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/032410_0731_mes10ingrdi21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2512 size-full\" title=\"032410_0731_mes10ingrdi2\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/032410_0731_mes10ingrdi211-e1599238369753.jpg\" alt=\"Mes 10 \u00e9tapes pour la mise en oeuvre des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise\" width=\"372\" height=\"213\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2512\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">d\u00e9bat passionn\u00e9 au Likeminds Summit au ch\u00e2teau de Bovey<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Et une probl\u00e9matique r\u00e9currente qui entoure la mise en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9dias sociaux est bien entendu la <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.anfh.asso.fr\/fonctioncadre\/cadre\/gmweb\/Cadre_GM_Conduite%20du%20changement.htm\"><strong>conduite du changement<\/strong><\/span> ; un sujet souvent \u00e9voqu\u00e9 mais rarement expliqu\u00e9 correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de nos lecteurs, voici une liste de 10 ingr\u00e9dients dont j&rsquo;estime qu&rsquo;ils sont de la plus haute importance lorsque vous voulez mettre en \u0153uvre une telle politique de changement dans votre entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cette liste est bas\u00e9e sur mon exp\u00e9rience de la mise en \u0153uvre du changement dans diverses compagnies et en de nombreuses contr\u00e9es ces 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220511031019\/http:\/\/www.cptryon.org\/prayer\/special\/serenity.html\"><strong>Une pri\u00e8re pour rester serein<\/strong><\/a><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>: le premier ingr\u00e9dient est de toujours savoir ce que vous pouvez changer, ce que vous ne pouvez pas changer, et de vous assurer que vous serez toujours capable de faire la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux (voir la <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220511031019\/http:\/\/www.cptryon.org\/prayer\/special\/serenity.html\">pri\u00e8re dite de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9<\/a>) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soyez ambitieux mais commencez petit<\/strong> : \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence si vous voulez mettre en \u0153uvre une dynamique de changement c&rsquo;est parce que vous avez de grands projets ; mais essayer d&rsquo;\u00eatre raisonnable et commencez petit en mettant en \u0153uvre chaque changement \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape en allant du plus facile au plus difficile ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9vitez les points de r\u00e9sistance<\/strong> : \u00e9vitez comme la peste les personnes qui r\u00e9sistent au changement et ne perdez pas de temps \u00e0 essayer de les convaincre. Au contraire, focalisez-vous sur ces autres personnes qui sont plus favorables \u00e0 votre projet et travaillez avec eux de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le changement (ce sont ce que l&rsquo;on appelle les agents de changement) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demandez \u00e0 votre patron de montrer l&rsquo;exemple<\/strong> : si vous voulez changer les choses, les patrons doivent \u00e9galement montrer la voie et prouver aux autres que les choses peuvent \u00eatre faites non seulement en donnant des ordres mais en mettant la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne soyez pas trop descendants dans votre d\u00e9marche<\/strong> : ainsi, ne croyez pas que juste parce que vous avez fait envoyer un courrier \u00e9lectronique par le management que toutes les choses vont changer d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames. Ceci ne se passera pas ainsi ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Obtenez un mandat une fois que des r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus<\/strong> ; ou alors, si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 mandat, ne le montrez pas tant que vous n&rsquo;avez pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre quelques r\u00e9sultats. Ceci montrera aux gens que leur opinion compte ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Respectez les hommes<\/strong> : le facteur humain est un des plus importants dans la conduite du changement. Ne sous-estimez pas les hommes et essayez de les convaincre humainement ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attendez-vous au meilleur mais pr\u00e9parez-vous pour le pire<\/strong> : comme toujours dans la gestion de projets, la <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Loi_de_Murphy\">loi de Murphy<\/a> s&rsquo;applique. Soyez donc pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour le pire de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9viter ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agissez rapidement<\/strong> : les changements se mettent en \u0153uvre \u00e0 mes yeux dans une p\u00e9riode de 3 \u00e0 6 mois. Si rien n&rsquo;a boug\u00e9 dans cet intervalle, il y a de fortes chances pour que rien n&rsquo;arrive jamais ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quand les temps sont troubl\u00e9s, ne vous arr\u00eatez pas<\/strong> et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rez le processus de changement au contraire : les p\u00e9riodes chaotiques peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7ues comme des p\u00e9riodes dangereuses pour la plupart des gens ; pourtant, pour la plupart des experts du changement ce sont justement dans ces p\u00e9riodes que tout devient possible. Car c&rsquo;est somme toute quand les choses deviennent incertaines que le changement peut le plus facilement \u00eatre accept\u00e9, et non pas dans les grandes p\u00e9riodes de stabilit\u00e9, o\u00f9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse et par d\u00e9finition rien ne change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enfin, concluons par la remarque de bon sens qui veut que suivre \u00e0 la lettre ces 10 r\u00e8gles simples ne peut pas vous garantir le succ\u00e8s mais que les \u00e9viter aboutirait \u00e0 un \u00e9chec immanquablement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quelles sont les \u00e9tapes qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise ?
