Le paradoxe n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;apparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;IA remet-elle en cause la d\u00e9finition m\u00eame de d&rsquo;intelligence et strat\u00e9gie collective ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H.S. : \u00ab La course \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA red\u00e9finit l&rsquo;intelligence humaine, et avec elle, l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de la strat\u00e9gie collective. L&rsquo;IA fonctionne bien avec des donn\u00e9es structur\u00e9es et des objectifs clairs. L&rsquo;intelligence humaine, elle, est faite d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et d&rsquo;intuition, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment tout ce que l&rsquo;IA n&rsquo;est pas. Et la strat\u00e9gie collective apporte quelque chose que l&rsquo;IA ne peut pas traiter \u00e0 notre place : dans la plupart des entreprises, les objectifs sont flous, mal formul\u00e9s, changeants. Les \u00e9quipes sont d\u00e9salign\u00e9es, les ressources in\u00e9gales. R\u00e9unir des individus pour pr\u00e9ciser une vision, se mettre d&rsquo;accord sur des priorit\u00e9s, \u00e9chelonner dans le temps, c&rsquo;est un travail profond\u00e9ment humain \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N&rsquo;est-ce pas une gageure d&rsquo;orchestrer l&rsquo;IA \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle d&rsquo;une entreprise, alors qu&rsquo;elle se d\u00e9ploie d\u00e9j\u00e0 spontan\u00e9ment chez les individus ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H.S. : \u00ab Laisser les collaborateurs exp\u00e9rimenter librement est utile en phase d&rsquo;amor\u00e7age, mais les limites apparaissent rapidement, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la mont\u00e9e en charge que de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. Ce que j&rsquo;observe, c&rsquo;est que cette r\u00e9volution IA pr\u00e9sente les m\u00eames sympt\u00f4mes que les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes qu&rsquo;on a accompagn\u00e9es chez Oui Are Makers : la transformation digitale et la RSE \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une entreprise de cinq cents personnes, le sch\u00e9ma est presque invariable. Une poign\u00e9e de pionniers, dix personnes tout au plus, s&#8217;emparent du sujet, testent, documentent, font bouger les lignes. Ils constituent autour d&rsquo;eux un r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;ambassadeurs, souvent informel, qui d\u00e9ploie les premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9rimentations. Des groupes m\u00e9tiers se structurent ensuite par cas d&rsquo;usage, et la diffusion s&rsquo;op\u00e8re progressivement, par capillarit\u00e9. \u00ab Ces m\u00e9thodes de transformation organique port\u00e9es par les collaborateurs ne sont pas nouvelles. Elles sont efficaces pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce qu&rsquo;elles s&rsquo;appuient sur des convictions personnelles, bien avant de reposer sur des plans organisationnels \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ce d\u00e9ploiement oblige-t-il \u00e0 faire monter l&rsquo;intelligence humaine d&rsquo;un cran ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H.S. : \u00ab Prenons l&rsquo;exemple du contenu. Avant l&rsquo;IA, les \u00e9quipes marketing couraient apr\u00e8s le volume : produire davantage, diffuser plus largement. Avec l&rsquo;IA, cette bataille est termin\u00e9e. Une \u00e9quipe r\u00e9duite peut d\u00e9sormais monter une cha\u00eene de production et d\u00e9cliner un contenu en dix variantes pour dix plateformes. La question qui s&rsquo;impose est celle-ci : comment rester diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 dans cette masse ? Injecter de l&rsquo;inattendu, du cr\u00e9atif, de la surprise, une IA ne s&rsquo;y autorisera pas d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame. J&rsquo;ai vu passer r\u00e9cemment <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/footwear-news\/shoe-trends\/toe-ring-sandal-trend-summer-1238995062\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une campagne de C\u00e9line<\/a> qui a suscit\u00e9 un engouement inhabituel. On y voyait une sandale magnifique avec un anneau d&rsquo;orteil en argent. Tu n&rsquo;en sembles pas totalement convaincue.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H.S. : \u00ab Dans un atelier, la gestion des \u00e9motions commence par la d\u00e9finition des r\u00e8gles du jeu. On ne se coupe pas la parole, on \u00e9coute, on commente les id\u00e9es sans s&rsquo;en prendre aux personnes. Cela para\u00eet \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire, mais ces conditions sont rarement r\u00e9unies en entreprise. Ce que nos clients appr\u00e9cient le plus, c&rsquo;est souvent cela, tout simplement : une \u00e9coute r\u00e9elle, des objectifs n\u00e9goci\u00e9s ensemble, des contraintes de ressources prises en compte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur la question \u00e9motion contre raison : l&rsquo;humain n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une machine \u00e0 ressentir. Il a des objectifs, des contraintes, un esprit critique. Et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cet esprit critique qu&rsquo;il faut cultiver, y compris face \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA, y compris chez les adolescents qui grandissent aujourd&rsquo;hui avec ces outils \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote quote-light is-layout-flow wp-block-quote quote-light-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">l&rsquo;humain n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une machine \u00e0 ressentir<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que tu refuses cat\u00e9goriquement de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H.S. : \u00ab Les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques. Un chiffre abondamment cit\u00e9 dans la litt\u00e9rature sur la transformation, repris notamment par McKinsey depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2000\/05\/cracking-the-code-of-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;article fondateur de Beer et Nohria publi\u00e9 dans la <em>Harvard Business Review<\/em> en 2000<\/a>, indique que 70  % des initiatives de changement en entreprise \u00e9chouent \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs. La raison principale est constante : les collaborateurs n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 leur \u00e9laboration. Sans conviction, sans alignement, sans appropriation, rien ne se d\u00e9ploie. Avec l&rsquo;IA, le raisonnement est identique : les aider \u00e0 tirer parti des gains de productivit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle permet, sans perdre le sens de leur marque ni la d\u00e9sirabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience qu&rsquo;ils font vivre \u00e0 leurs clients. Cela passera toujours par l&rsquo;humain \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hortense Sauvard conclut sur une note personnelle qui r\u00e9sume la ligne de conduite de l&rsquo;agence : \u00ab Si le matin, en arrivant \u00e0 mon poste, c&rsquo;est une IA qui me dicte l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de mon programme, je n&rsquo;aurai plus envie de travailler.
