Nous verrons qui a raison. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le d\u00e9tail, Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Leroux, associ\u00e9 et head of business consulting KPMG en France et Benoit Girard, directeur marketing &amp; IA KPMG en France indiquent que \u00ab\u00a0<strong>les m\u00e9tiers orient\u00e9s contenus et digitaux apparaissent comme les plus expos\u00e9s<\/strong>. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8re que <strong>20 \u00e0 60 % des activit\u00e9s associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers seront automatis\u00e9es<\/strong>, et <strong>10 % estiment que plus de 60 % de ces activit\u00e9s pourraient l&rsquo;\u00eatre<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les exemples cit\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, ceux de L&rsquo;Or\u00e9al (avec son outil L&rsquo;Or\u00e9alGPT, une plateforme interne de chat et d&rsquo;agents IA), la RATP (avec Tootie, premier guide touristique conversationnel IA) et de Verisure (un moteur de recommandations personnalis\u00e9es sur tous les points de contact client) donnent une premi\u00e8re id\u00e9e du champ des possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9soudre la question du passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;IA dans le marketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00ab\u00a0Trends of AI\u00a0\u00bb souligne aussi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, bien peu d&rsquo;entreprises fran\u00e7aises ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 passer avec succ\u00e8s le cap de l&rsquo;industrialisation des cas d&rsquo;usage IA\u2026 Ce point est justement <strong>l&rsquo;un des enjeux de Vivatech cette ann\u00e9e<\/strong> : avec le mot d&rsquo;ordre <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Impact, Not Illusion\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> il s&rsquo;agira de montrer comment l&rsquo;IA peut passer de l&rsquo;exploration \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrialisation, avec un retour sur investissement clair et mesurable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Car si la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es par Les EnthousIAstes et KPMG en France ont aujourd&rsquo;hui lanc\u00e9 quelque chose en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;IA, l&rsquo;adoption reste largement cantonn\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation. Dans 78 % des cas, l&rsquo;organisation se contente de mettre les outils \u00e0 disposition de chacun, libre de les utiliser selon ses besoins, et 55 % des r\u00e9pondants reconnaissent fonctionner en mode \u00ab\u00a0POC\u00a0\u00bb [\u00ab\u00a0Proof Of Concept\u00a0\u00bb] sans volont\u00e9 de mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle \u00e0 ce stade. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, seuls 18 % des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent disposer d&rsquo;une trajectoire claire, avec un plan d&rsquo;action structur\u00e9 et suivi en vue d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>180 000 visiteurs attendus, dont 10 000 d\u00e9cideurs marketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec son large programme de conf\u00e9rences (plus de 450 speakers !), Vivatech promet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toute <a href=\"https:\/\/vivatech.com\/news\/why-viva-tech-2026-is-the-cmo-s-working-lab-in-paris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une s\u00e9rie de questions auxquelles les d\u00e9cideurs marketing sont confront\u00e9s dans leur quotidien<\/a>, et, ainsi, de contribuer \u00e0 la construction de leur feuille de route data et IA.
