La version fran\u00e7aise se construit un poil plus vite, en amont de la version anglaise que nous r\u00e9-adaptons enti\u00e8rement ; elle repr\u00e9sente aujourd&rsquo;hui un corpus de environ 500 pages, avec un grand nombre d&rsquo;illustrations, de planches PowerPoint (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/MediaAces\/schemas-17dc2010-yag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qui seront partag\u00e9es sur Slideshare<\/a> comme en 2011 pour le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent livre), de conseils pratiques, et m\u00eame de vid\u00e9os et d\u2019un panorama assez large et complet de la plupart des aspects de la communication digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Une place importante y est faite bien entendu \u00e0 la conduite du changement, l&rsquo;analyse, les chiffres, les moyens et les astuces pour pouvoir convaincre sa direction, mais aussi ses coll\u00e8gues de la pertinence du monde digital tout en faisant valoir ses comp\u00e9tences et son expertise. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement un moyen de se perfectionner aux aspects strat\u00e9giques du Web.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLh8l4w2wqVZYv7sK-XTMTpT3ZEw-TT0JK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nous avons\u00a0 laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 nos lecteurs sans nouvelles, malgr\u00e9 nos promesses<\/a>, depuis de nombreux mois sur ce sujet, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLh8l4w2wqVZYv7sK-XTMTpT3ZEw-TT0JK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alors que nous avions pr\u00e9vu de publier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des vid\u00e9os, honte sur nous !<\/a> c&rsquo;est que la r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;un ouvrage comme celui-l\u00e0 est tr\u00e8s prenante : plus de 90 articles d&rsquo;environ 1500 mots ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crits, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, relay\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble, cela prend particuli\u00e8rement de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Mais assez parl\u00e9 de nous !<\/p>\n<p>Parlons plut\u00f4t aujourd&rsquo;hui du livre d&rsquo;un de nos confr\u00e8res, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jouvenot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bertrand Jouvenot<\/a>, qui vient de publier <a href=\"http:\/\/www.editions-kawa.com\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aux \u00e9ditions Kawa<\/a> (transparence : notre \u00e9diteur \u00e9galement), dans la collection tout savoir sur\u2026 Un livre sur \u00ab les dessous du Web \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 un aspect, que nous n&rsquo;aborderons pas v\u00e9ritablement dans notre livre, mais qui est aussi une facette int\u00e9ressante du sujet, celle de l&rsquo;ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 du Web, qui h\u00e9site toujours &#8211; nous en avions touch\u00e9 plus d\u2019un mot dans notre premier ouvrage &#8211; entre le mouvement libertaire de ses d\u00e9buts, issu du mouvement hippie de la Californieet la pr\u00e9sence h\u00e9g\u00e9monique de quelques grands groupes capitalistiques, qui tendent de plus en plus \u00e0 se comporter comme des acteurs historiques en tentant de prendre la totalit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 tout le moins l\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 d\u2019un march\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/10\/les-4-piliers-du-marketing-viral-par-seth-godin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(\u201cThe winner takes almost all\u201d selon l\u2019expression de Seth Godin<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Pas besoin d&rsquo;attendre d&rsquo;avoir fini le livre pour savoir ce qu&rsquo;il y a dedans, <span title=\"http:\/\/frenchweb.fr\/rubrique\/les-dessous-du-web\">Frenchweb nous en livre des extraits publi\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en voici ci-dessous les 2 premiers<\/span>. Il ressemble \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce de monnaie dont les deux faces ne se quittent jamais, mais ne se rencontrent jamais non plus.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 face, l\u2019apparition d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9conomie, des cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois, la croissance spectaculaire d\u2019un nouveau type d\u2019entreprises, l\u2019invention de nouveaux services, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019innovation, la diffusion des id\u00e9es et des savoirs, l\u2019\u00e9volution des modes d\u2019interaction entre les individus, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 pile, l\u2019hyper-puissance d\u2019acteurs organisant l\u2019information au niveau mondial, la destruction de pans entiers de l\u2019industrie (musique, cin\u00e9ma\u2026), la disparition de medias traditionnels (journaux, radios\u2026), le remplacement de l\u2019information par l\u2019opinion, la remise en question de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, l\u2019\u00e9vaporation de pr\u00e9rogatives des \u00c9tats Nations\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Mac vs. PC ? Derri\u00e8re cette simple opposition entre deux familles informa\u00adtiques, deux philosophies s\u2019affrontent.<\/p>\n<p>Celle du PC, ou personal computer, est h\u00e9rit\u00e9e du pass\u00e9. Elle demande \u00e0 l\u2019homme de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la machine. Celle du Macintosh est plus moderne. Elle s\u2019efforce d\u2019adapter la machine \u00e0 l\u2019homme. La premi\u00e8re capitalise sur les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation de l\u2019individu tandis que la seconde s\u2019appuie sur ses potentialit\u00e9s. Dans le premier cas, l\u2019homme est au service de la machine. Dans le second, la machine est au service de l\u2019homme. La premi\u00e8re est machine centric, la seconde est human-centric. Toutes nos entreprises, nos strat\u00e9gies, nos process, suivent la logique PC. L\u2019homme est convi\u00e9 \u00e0 se plier \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles, des modes de fonctionnement, des habitudes, une hi\u00e9rarchie, des tableaux de bord, des ERP, des progiciels, etc. Et quand cela ne marche plus, les organisa\u00adtions demandent \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs de s\u2019adapter encore plus, en devenant toujours plus flexibles, mobiles, souples\u2026 Et parce que nous ne sommes pas \u00e0 un paradoxe pr\u00e8s, on observe les vainqueurs du moment, tel Google ou Apple, et on en on d\u00e9duit que la clef du succ\u00e8s se trouve dans la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, l\u2019innovation, la communication\u2026 Bref dans les potentialit\u00e9s de l\u2019homme, que la philosophie du Mac se propose pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de lib\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>via <a href=\"http:\/\/frenchweb.fr\/extrait-1-mac-vs-pc\/121484\">Extrait #1 : Mac vs. PC | FrenchWeb.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Extrait #2 : Le foyer digital | FrenchWeb.fr<\/p>\n<p>Le monde change, l\u2019\u00e9conomie aussi. Elle se tertiarise comme disent les \u00e9cono\u00admistes. Le poids des services dans les PIB et autres PNB augmente.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipements informatiques, les connections Internet, les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones et autres terminaux, sont devenus les outils de travail, de production et de productivit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s. Les collaborateurs d\u2019une entreprise sont d\u00e9sormais mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9s, mieux outill\u00e9s techniquement, informatiquement, t\u00e9l\u00e9pho\u00adniquement\u2026 \u00e0 titre personnel, qu\u2019\u00e0 titre professionnel. Quand ils ont deux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones et qu\u2019ils ne sont pas dans les sommets de l\u2019organigramme, celui que leur a fourni leur entreprise est rarement le mieux des deux. A la maison, l\u2019ordinateur dont ils disposent est souvent plus r\u00e9cent, mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9 en logi\u00adciels, dot\u00e9 de plus de m\u00e9moire que celui qu\u2019ils utilisent au
