Et <strong>j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un levier fort restait syst\u00e9matiquement sous-exploit\u00e9 : le REX<\/strong>. Ces retours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client ont toujours exist\u00e9, mais ils n&rsquo;ont jamais dispos\u00e9 du cadre ni du dispositif qui leur auraient permis d&rsquo;\u00eatre vraiment valoris\u00e9s et exploitables. Or c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qu&rsquo;attend le march\u00e9. <strong>Les d\u00e9cideurs veulent identifier des solutions<\/strong>, comprendre des m\u00e9thodologies, appr\u00e9hender des d\u00e9marches concr\u00e8tes. Le REX rassemble tout cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading question\">En quoi le REX se distingue-t-il du livre blanc <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/11\/22\/smarketing\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"72463\">classique<\/a> ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"reponse wp-block-paragraph\">Le livre blanc apporte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une vision macro, d\u00e9personnalis\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s orient\u00e9e marketing. Le REX montre comment une \u00e9quipe a su contourner une difficult\u00e9, g\u00e9rer un risque et r\u00e9soudre sa probl\u00e9matique. Mais ce qu&rsquo;il recherche sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tangibles. Et qui plus est, pas trop habill\u00e9s afin qu&rsquo;ils restent cr\u00e9dibles et percutants &#8211; image r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec Midjourney. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les producteurs et les lecteurs de REX<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading question\">\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;adressent ces retours d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, c\u00f4t\u00e9 lecteur ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"reponse wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 tous les porteurs de projet dans une organisation. On pense \u00e9videmment aux \u00e9quipes techniques et aux DSI, mais aussi aux directeurs de l&rsquo;innovation et de la transformation. Ceux-ci ont besoin de se projeter et d&rsquo;identifier des partenaires capables d&rsquo;accompagner leur \u00e9volution. Toutes les directions m\u00e9tier sont concern\u00e9es : finance, marketing, supply chain, RH. On peut m\u00eame imaginer des investisseurs qui regardent un acteur \u00e0 travers ses r\u00e9alisations concr\u00e8tes pour \u00e9valuer sa capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle \u00e0 aller sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading question\">Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 producteur, qui sont vos clients principaux ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"reponse wp-block-paragraph\">Sur le secteur tech, data et IA, on trouve aussi bien des \u00e9diteurs que des int\u00e9grateurs et des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de conseil. Les ESN et int\u00e9grateurs sont naturellement tr\u00e8s l\u00e9gitimes pour produire des REX. Ils sont au coeur de la mise en oeuvre et de la conduite du changement. Mais les \u00e9diteurs ont eux aussi un int\u00e9r\u00eat fort \u00e0 valoriser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices concrets apport\u00e9s par leurs solutions. C&rsquo;est un potentiel important que nous accompagnons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading question\">La taille de l&rsquo;entreprise a-t-elle une incidence sur les besoins ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"reponse wp-block-paragraph\">Tous les acteurs y trouvent un int\u00e9r\u00eat, mais pour des raisons diff\u00e9rentes. Les grands groupes ont souvent un probl\u00e8me de partage interne. Ils accumulent des REX sans disposer d&rsquo;un cadre pour les r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer et les diffuser entre services et d\u00e9partements, avant m\u00eame de les exposer \u00e0 leurs futurs clients. Pour les acteurs plus petits, c&rsquo;est avant tout un enjeu de visibilit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9. Le march\u00e9 attend des REX. Il est d\u00e9sormais impossible d&rsquo;organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement, une conf\u00e9rence ou un webinaire sans inviter un client qui vient t\u00e9moigner de son projet : c&rsquo;est ce qui attire les clients potentiels. Dans un contexte o\u00f9 l&rsquo;IA \u00e9volue \u00e0 un rythme soutenu, les d\u00e9cideurs ont besoin de se raccrocher \u00e0 du concret. Ce concret acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la transformation d&rsquo;un prospect en client, parce qu&rsquo;il lui apporte des garanties tangibles sur la mise en oeuvre et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. C&rsquo;est un vrai levier de visibilit\u00e9 et de conversion pour tout acteur de la tech, de la data et de l&rsquo;IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading question\">Et pour l&rsquo;entreprise utilisatrice qui t\u00e9moigne, quel est l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"reponse wp-block-paragraph\">Les motivations sont multiples. Il y a d&rsquo;abord une dimension personnelle. Celui qui vient t\u00e9moigner renforce son positionnement d&rsquo;expert, en interne comme en externe.
