Les rapports sur l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;IA sur l&#8217;emploi, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et les entreprises fleurissent actuellement aux quatre coins du globe. Certains annoncent des r\u00e9volutions imminentes tant pour les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s que pour nos \u00e9conomies, tandis que d&rsquo;autres minimisent l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle et ressuscitent le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/08\/24\/impact-du-digital-productivite\/\">bon vieux paradoxe de Solow<\/a>, alias paradoxe de la productivit\u00e9 (\u00ab L&rsquo;informatique est visible partout, sauf dans les statistiques de productivit\u00e9 \u00bb). Il est donc tr\u00e8s difficile de se forger une opinion, et encore plus de conseiller les entrepreneurs et les \u00e9tudiants sur ce qu&rsquo;il convient de faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. En effet, selon lui, l&rsquo;IA n&rsquo;est pas un outil !<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><i>Le premier sujet que nous allons traiter dans cette s\u00e9rie, est l&rsquo;analyse de Fred Cavazza sur l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;IA sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie (voir le <a href=\"https:\/\/fredcavazza.net\/2026\/01\/21\/lia-ne-doit-plus-etre-consideree-comme-un-outil-mais-comme-un-agent-economique-et-social\/#more-52846\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">billet original en fran\u00e7ais<\/a> et mon <a href=\"https:\/\/vismktg.info\/notool\">interpr\u00e9tation en anglais<\/a>), qui d\u00e9crit l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle comme une source de bouleversement profond. Je connais Fred depuis des ann\u00e9es et je sais \u00e0 quel point il ma\u00eetrise ces deux sujets, ce qui rend son rapport particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cieux. Avec son aimable autorisation, j&rsquo;ai traduit son article du fran\u00e7ais pour \u00e9clairer cette question.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><i>L&rsquo;autre rapport est celui de JP Gownder de Forrester, que j&rsquo;interviewerai prochainement. Je soumettrai les hypoth\u00e8ses de Fred \u00e0 JP pour voir ce qu&rsquo;il en pense, notamment sur cette id\u00e9e de bouleversement par l&rsquo;IA. Elle marque l\u2019entr\u00e9e r\u00e9elle dans la quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle en externalisant, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, les capacit\u00e9s cognitives et cr\u00e9atives des humains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les gains de productivit\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 concrets et profond\u00e9ment asym\u00e9triques<\/strong>. Un \u00e9cart croissant se creuse entre les travailleurs capables de collaborer avec l\u2019IA et ceux qui conservent des modes de travail h\u00e9rit\u00e9s du XXe si\u00e8cle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La mont\u00e9e en puissance des agents IA remet en cause la cr\u00e9ation de valeur des cols blancs<\/strong>. Les agents intelligents transforment les t\u00e2ches des travailleurs du savoir, fragilisent certains mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques et annoncent une recomposition rapide des emplois de bureau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA impose un nouveau cadre juridique et fiscal<\/strong>. \u00c0 l\u2019image des personnes morales, les agents IA doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d\u2019un statut permettant de clarifier leurs responsabilit\u00e9s et de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer leur valeur dans le contrat social.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les impacts socio-\u00e9conomiques d\u00e9passent largement la seule question du travail<\/strong>. L\u2019IA touche aux \u00e9quilibres psychologiques, culturels et d\u00e9mographiques, rendant indispensable un d\u00e9bat collectif pour anticiper les tensions sociales \u00e0 venir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note : le <a href=\"https:\/\/fredcavazza.net\/2026\/01\/21\/lia-ne-doit-plus-etre-consideree-comme-un-outil-mais-comme-un-agent-economique-et-social\/#more-52846\">billet de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/a> est disponible sur son site et aussi en lecture dans notre podcast du jour <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;IA est-elle au c\u0153ur d&rsquo;un bouleversement de notre civilisation ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mon avis, la vision de Fred sur l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;IA et de la civilisation est tr\u00e8s juste. Certaines de ses pr\u00e9dictions rel\u00e8vent un peu de la science-fiction, mais le monde r\u00e9el imite tellement souvent la SF (pensez \u00e0 l&rsquo;obsession d&rsquo;Altman pour Her de Jonze) qu&rsquo;il pourrait bien avoir raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l&rsquo;affirme Fred, l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;IA pourrait aller bien au-del\u00e0 des avanc\u00e9es technologiques auxquelles nous assistons actuellement. Cependant, je pense que nous n&rsquo;en sommes encore qu&rsquo;aux pr\u00e9mices. Je peux facilement imaginer ce que Cowork d&rsquo;Anthropic pourrait faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, mais je ne vois pas cela se produire aujourd&rsquo;hui, m\u00eame si j&rsquo;utilise Claude de mani\u00e8re intensive et avanc\u00e9e depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela prendra du temps et de la maturation pour int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re transparente ces technologies afin d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter des flux de travail (workflows) correctement et pas seulement des t\u00e2ches. Les logiciels dits agentiques sont vraiment prometteurs, et nous pouvons m\u00eame en avoir un aper\u00e7u dans ce type d&rsquo;applications ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/economie\/article\/2025\/12\/30\/le-rachat-de-manus-par-meta-symbole-de-la-puissance-des-geants-du-numerique-dans-l-ia_6660005_3234.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dans Manus qui vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre rachet\u00e9 par Meta<\/a>, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas innocent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les gains de productivit\u00e9 rendus possibles par ces technologies sont souvent in\u00e9gaux.&nbsp;M\u00eame pour les utilisateurs avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;autre jour, apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9union de mentorat d&rsquo;une heure et demie au cours de laquelle j&rsquo;ai donn\u00e9 des conseils strat\u00e9giques, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 mon projet Claude habituel pour r\u00e9diger un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif sans \u00e9gal de ma recommandation pendant que je faisais cuire des \u0153ufs sur le plat pour la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, il a fallu trois \u00e9tapes complexes et trois suites logicielles pour y parvenir correctement. Mais ne vous y trompez pas, nous y arriverons un jour. C&rsquo;est juste le timing qui n&rsquo;est pas bon ; ce n&rsquo;est pas encore le cas. L&rsquo;innovation demande du temps et des efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le souligne Fred, il existe \u00e9galement une forte r\u00e9sistance au changement, comme toujours dans le domaine de l&rsquo;innovation, et ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement le cas en Europe, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;adoption est traditionnellement \u00e0 la tra\u00eene sur notre continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;IA, m\u00eame sur l&#8217;emploi, sera certainement important, mais il faudra peut-\u00eatre des ann\u00e9es avant qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;apparaisse dans les statistiques, pour reprendre les termes de Robert Solow. Cela dit, la vision de Forrester est plus nuanc\u00e9e, et nous la passerons en revue tr\u00e8s prochainement avec JP Gownder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps nous dira si la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 se situe quelque part entre les deux, comme je le pressens.
