La r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, c&rsquo;est la version avanc\u00e9e du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les entreprises cherchent \u00e0 faire mieux avec moins, cr\u00e9er un impact positif sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et l&rsquo;environnement, tout en minimisant leur empreinte carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre \u00e9conomie r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et durabilit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une entreprise durable cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9duire son empreinte carbone en d\u00e9carbonant sa cha\u00eene de valeur et en recyclant ses d\u00e9chets. Une entreprise r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative va au-del\u00e0 : elle am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 et la vitalit\u00e9 des individus, des territoires et de la plan\u00e8te. Ce n&rsquo;est pas contradictoire, c&rsquo;est compl\u00e9mentaire. L&rsquo;objectif n&rsquo;est plus seulement de faire moins de mal, mais de faire plus de bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelle est selon toi la v\u00e9ritable urgence ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On vient d&rsquo;apprendre que la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Limites_plan%C3%A9taires\">septi\u00e8me limite plan\u00e9taire<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;acidification des oc\u00e9ans. Mais personnellement, ce qui m&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te le plus, ce sont les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s grandissantes. En France, le taux de pauvret\u00e9 exc\u00e8de 15 %. Avec l&rsquo;IA et les nouvelles technologies, il faut int\u00e9grer la population active en la formant aux nouveaux m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si nous n&rsquo;agissons pas, cela pourrait conduire \u00e0 un gouvernement qui ferait un bond en arri\u00e8re vers une \u00e8re industrielle o\u00f9 tout serait permis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques <strong>exemples concrets d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative en France ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.decathlon.fr\/\">D\u00e9cathlon<\/a> a ouvert un magasin \u00e0 Saint-Jouan-des-Gu\u00e9rets qui r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re la biodiversit\u00e9 locale en cr\u00e9ant un habitat naturel pour la faune et la flore end\u00e9mique. Ce d\u00e9partement peu dense d\u00e9mographiquement et confront\u00e9 au ch\u00f4mage peut ainsi se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer \u00e9conomiquement. Cela illustre ma notion de \u00ab\u00a0trip-r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb : r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer simultan\u00e9ment les individus, les communaut\u00e9s et la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment \u00e9viter le \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration washing\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut s&rsquo;inspirer du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.credit-agricole.com\/\">Cr\u00e9dit Agricole<\/a> et de ses 39 caisses r\u00e9gionales qui ont un mandat explicite de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration territoriale. Prenons l&rsquo;exemple du partage de ressources. Les entreprises commencent par partager leurs d\u00e9chets dans des parcs \u00e9co-industriels, comme en Moselle o\u00f9 une dizaine d&rsquo;entreprises valorisent ensemble leurs d\u00e9chets en employant des personnes en difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Progressivement, elles gagnent en confiance et peuvent partager des ressources intangibles : employ\u00e9s, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle. C&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;apprendre en faisant\u00a0\u00bb : exp\u00e9rimenter \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle avant d&rsquo;oser plus grand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Croissance et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sont-elles compatibles ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe un malentendu sur l&rsquo;incompatibilit\u00e9 entre croissance et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Mon livre propose une troisi\u00e8me voie entre d\u00e9croissance et hypercroissance. Les deux extr\u00eames sont d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res. La d\u00e9croissance est injuste : l&rsquo;Inde doit am\u00e9liorer le niveau de vie d&rsquo;un milliard d&rsquo;habitants. En France, de nombreux territoires d\u00e9sindustrialis\u00e9s ont besoin de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est pas la croissance en soi, mais sa mauvaise distribution. Je pr\u00f4ne une \u00e9conomie distribu\u00e9e o\u00f9 chacun peut contribuer \u00e0 la croissance et en partager les fruits, plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;une simple redistribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que penses-tu de la taxation des ultra-riches ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne crois pas que la <a href=\"https:\/\/gabriel-zucman.eu\/\">taxe Zucman<\/a> r\u00e9solve les probl\u00e8mes. La redistribution consiste \u00e0 prendre aux uns pour donner aux autres. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une \u00e9conomie distribu\u00e9e qui cr\u00e9e des opportunit\u00e9s pour tous, notamment par la reconversion professionnelle des territoires d\u00e9sindustrialis\u00e9s vers l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable ou l&rsquo;agriculture r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une France \u00e9litiste o\u00f9 une poign\u00e9e accapare les technologies sans que l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie profite \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment vois-tu la notion d&rsquo;abondance am\u00e9ricaine ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La notion d&rsquo;abondance de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diamandis.com\/\">Peter Diamandis<\/a> pr\u00f4ne une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sans raret\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux technologies. Je n&rsquo;y crois pas. Mais l&rsquo;abondance des d\u00e9mocrates am\u00e9ricains a du sens : donner acc\u00e8s aux soins, au logement, aux infrastructures d\u00e9centes, notamment en zones rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;abondance, ce n&rsquo;est pas avoir deux maisons, mais pouvoir en acheter une et acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des soins de qualit\u00e9. Cr\u00e9er un sentiment de dignit\u00e9 quand 160 millions d&rsquo;Am\u00e9ricains ont des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quel est le potentiel europ\u00e9en en \u00e9conomie r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;Europe rec\u00e8le de nombreuses p\u00e9pites d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Le danger, c&rsquo;est le \u00ab\u00a0green-hushing\u00a0\u00bb : nous sommes trop modestes. Plus de 40 % des entreprises europ\u00e9ennes sont engag\u00e9es dans cette voie. Nous construisons des \u00e9conomies frugales au niveau territorial, comme en Nouvelle-Aquitaine ou en Occitanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai collabor\u00e9 avec le magazine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wedemain.fr\/\">We Demain<\/a> pour un hors-s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;octobre 2025 pr\u00e9sentant 140 projets de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration territoriale. Dans les territoires fran\u00e7ais, l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie frugale est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Si vous \u00eates parisien, sortez de Paris et passez quelques mois en r\u00e9gion pour vous en inspirer. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que se joue la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la France.
