Dans le cas contraire, l\u2019achat pourrait en effet se faire en totale autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du sales enablement au modern selling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le terme \u00ab\u2009sales enablement\u2009\u00bb a-t-il \u00e9volu\u00e9\u2009?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S. R.<\/strong>\u00a0Depuis deux ans, nous parlons davantage de \u00ab\u2009modern selling\u2009\u00bb que de Sales Enablement. Cette notion est plus imm\u00e9diatement compr\u00e9hensible et \u00e9voque l\u2019innovation dans l\u2019approche commerciale. Pour les march\u00e9s anglo-saxons, nous gardons ce terme de \u00ab\u2009sales enablement\u2009\u00bb, mais pour les march\u00e9s francophones, le terme de \u00ab\u2009modern selling\u2009\u00bb est plus parlant, surtout quand pour \u00e9voquer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des agents IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et fiabilit\u00e9&nbsp;: les enjeux critiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que peut-on dire sur les sujets de la fiabilit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2009?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S.R.<\/strong>\u00a0Il y a les moteurs d\u2019IA classiques, que ce soit Gemini, ChatGPT ou autres. Nous les r\u00e9servons \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019informations publiques. Si je veux savoir qui vous \u00eates ou ce que fait votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il n\u2019y aura rien de mieux qu\u2019un tel outil qui va aller chercher sur le web, sur LinkedIn et ailleurs pour obtenir ces informations. Mais si je veux traiter de l\u2019information propri\u00e9taire, une base documentaire interne, un compte-rendu de r\u00e9union, une conversation interne, etc., il faut absolument garantir la confidentialit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information. Dans ce cas, il vaut mieux travailler avec des mod\u00e8les de langage en local, que nous allons ma\u00eetriser de bout en bout. Nous allons les nourrir de ces informations internes et veiller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de ces informations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont tes pr\u00e9dictions pour les ann\u00e9es qui viennent\u2009?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S.R.<\/strong>&nbsp;Il est tr\u00e8s difficile de pr\u00e9dire l\u2019avenir m\u00eame \u00e0 trois ou six mois. Notre point focal tourne autour de l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Ses performances sont toujours plus impressionnantes et les tarifs plus accessibles. <strong>Je m\u2019int\u00e9resse notamment aux domaines du coaching et de la formation, \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence commerciale<\/strong>. La simulation et la captation d\u2019un entretien r\u00e9el en audio est d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible, mais en vid\u00e9o, c\u2019est encore relativement co\u00fbteux, quasiment 50&nbsp;euros de l\u2019heure. Avec les progr\u00e8s fulgurants des voix et des images de synth\u00e8se, les images de synth\u00e8se, je suis persuad\u00e9 que d\u2019ici trois \u00e0 six mois, nous pourrons proposer des technologies beaucoup plus abouties et \u00e0 des tarifs qui permettront de diffuser largement ce type d\u2019agents aupr\u00e8s des populations commerciales et des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En conclusion, sur ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du modern selling propuls\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, Visionary Marketing r\u00e9digeait un livre blanc sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/09\/28\/a-vos-marques-pour-le-modern-selling\/\">modern selling<\/a>, pour le compte de Sparklane.
