Ce choix s\u2019explique par la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, pour les entreprises de taille interm\u00e9diaire (ETI), d\u2019op\u00e9rer <b>une transformation num\u00e9rique profonde et rapide<\/b> face \u00e0 un contexte technologique, r\u00e9glementaire et \u00e9conomique en pleine mutation. Il est vrai que <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2024\/04\/04\/transformation-digitale-des-pme-et-eti-industrielles\/\">depuis le temps que nous \u00e9crivons sur ce sujet<\/a> chez Visionary Marketing, le temps presse.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mais Gilles Babinet nous a mis en garde : rien ne sert de copier \u00ab\u00a0comme Qwant qui a essay\u00e9 sans succ\u00e8s de copier Google \u00bb, il vaut mieux contourner le probl\u00e8me et passer directement \u00e0 la rupture technologique suivante. Et pour le coup, les ETI ont le choix.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Un retard technologique<\/h3>\n<p>Babinet a d&#8217;embl\u00e9e soulign\u00e9 que le retard technologique de la France se situe principalement au niveau des PME et des ETI et non des grandes entreprises (encore et toujours, avons-nous envie de rajouter). Le CAC40 a, selon lui, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9ussi sa transformation num\u00e9rique et se situe m\u00eame plut\u00f4t en t\u00eate de la course.<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, le champion du num\u00e9rique national a relev\u00e9 un paradoxe fran\u00e7ais :<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de formation r\u00e9put\u00e9 et performant dans le domaine technologique, les entreprises font face \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s persistantes pour acc\u00e9der aux talents n\u00e9cessaires. Ce d\u00e9calage entre formation et acc\u00e8s aux comp\u00e9tences constitue un frein majeur au d\u00e9veloppement technologique des organisations.<\/p>\n<p>La bureaucratie excessive a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e comme un obstacle consid\u00e9rable \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation. Babinet a notamment point\u00e9 du doigt l&rsquo;attitude frileuse de nombreuses petites entreprises et ETI vis-\u00e0-vis de la gestion des donn\u00e9es, celles-ci se mettant elles-m\u00eames des limites excessives par crainte de contrevenir au RGPD, au-del\u00e0 m\u00eame des exigences r\u00e9elles de la r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019intelligence artificielle et ses 3 niveaux de transformation<\/h3>\n<p>Concernant l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, Gilles Babinet a expos\u00e9 sa vision des \u00ab\u00a0trois niveaux de transformation\u00a0\u00bb que cette technologie implique pour les organisations.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_83734\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-83734\" style=\"width: 1920px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-83734 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101.jpg\" alt=\"avenir num\u00e9rique de la France\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101-500x281.jpg 500w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/img-4101-390x220.jpg 390w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-83734\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">3 niveaux de transformation selon Gilles Babinet \u2014 incr\u00e9mental, rupture et strat\u00e9gique.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sa recommandation principale porte sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une r\u00e9flexion approfondie sur ces trois paliers, mettant en garde contre l&rsquo;approche superficielle qui consisterait simplement \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0mettre une croix dans la case\u00a0\u00bb sans v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selon Gilles Babinet, la transformation par l\u2019IA s\u2019articule autour de trois niveaux :<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>L\u2019incr\u00e9mental<\/b>, qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019existant pour gagner en efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 court terme ;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Le \u00ab\u00a0<b>rupturiste \u00bb<\/b>, qui cherche \u00e0 repenser les offres ou les mod\u00e8les en \u00ab repositionnant\u00a0\u00bb l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 moyen terme ;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Et enfin le <b>strat\u00e9gique<\/b>, qui engage une refonte profonde du business pour b\u00e2tir une r\u00e9silience \u00e0 long terme face aux d\u00e9fis de l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des constats les plus marquants de son intervention concerne l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 exceptionnelle du syst\u00e8me fran\u00e7ais, quelques jours apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/economie\/article\/2024\/05\/12\/choose-france-ces-projets-d-investissements-sur-lesquels-mise-le-gouvernement_6232786_3235.html\">Choose France 2025<\/a>. Selon Gilles Babinet, <b>aucun autre pays ne dispose d&rsquo;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me aussi coh\u00e9rent,<\/b> ce qui repr\u00e9sente un atout consid\u00e9rable souvent sous-estim\u00e9 par les Fran\u00e7ais eux-m\u00eames.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9passer la tendance fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 l&rsquo;autocritique, estimant que l&rsquo;action collective pourrait permettre \u00e0 la France de r\u00e9aliser \u00ab\u00a0un grand saut\u00a0\u00bb technologique malgr\u00e9 le manque de capitaux et certaines d\u00e9faillances structurelles.<\/p>\n<p>Babinet a mis en avant la dualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;esprit cart\u00e9sien fran\u00e7ais : d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il produit des math\u00e9maticiens d&rsquo;exception et favorise un esprit critique pr\u00e9cieux pour franchir de nouvelles \u00e9tapes technologiques; de l&rsquo;autre, il peut engendrer une forme d&rsquo;autocensure qui limite l&rsquo;audace et l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<h3>Une politisation croissante de la Tech<\/h3>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement alert\u00e9 sur la politisation croissante des technologies de l&rsquo;information, \u00e9voquant le cas de la CPI dont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techzine.eu\/news\/privacy-compliance\/131536\/microsofts-icc-blockade-digital-dependence-comes-at-a-cost\/\">le procureur en chef Karim Khan a vu ses emails bloqu\u00e9s par Microsoft<\/a> en lien avec les poursuites contre Benjamin N\u00e9tanyahou.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces risques, il recommande aux entreprises de <b>reprendre la ma\u00eetrise de leur MOA<\/b> (ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;ouvrage), d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les solutions \u00ab bo\u00eete noire\u00a0\u00bb achet\u00e9es sur \u00e9tag\u00e8re, et de s&rsquo;orienter davantage vers l&rsquo;open source. Le risque financier de l\u2019inaction est, selon lui substantiel, avec potentiellement 4 \u00e0 5\u00a0% de l&rsquo;EBITDA des entreprises fran\u00e7aises qui pourraient ainsi partir vers les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<h3>Le paradoxe l\u2019IA : l\u2019absence de r\u00e9gulation freine son d\u00e9veloppement<\/h3>\n<p>Sur la question de l&rsquo;IA, Gilles Babinet a identifi\u00e9 un paradoxe. Selon lui, l\u2019absence de r\u00e9gulation claire est l&rsquo;un des principaux d\u00e9fis susceptibles de ralentir son d\u00e9ploiement. \u00c0 l&rsquo;image <a href=\"https:\/\/www.automobile-propre.com\/articles\/cruise-vs-waymo-lun-progresse-et-lautre-explose-en-plein-vol207932-2\/\">des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par Cruise<\/a>, ex-concurrent de Waymo dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules autonomes.<\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9 sur les perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volution technologique \u00e0 long terme, Gilles Babinet s&rsquo;est montr\u00e9 prudent, reconnaissant les limites de la prospective. <b>Il a soulign\u00e9 que m\u00eame les experts en algorithmes peinent \u00e0 anticiper les d\u00e9veloppements futurs<\/b>, et que sa propre vision se limite \u00e0 un horizon d&rsquo;un an, au-del\u00e0 duquel les pr\u00e9visions deviennent hasardeuses.<\/p>\n<h3>Quel avenir num\u00e9rique pour la France ?<\/h3>\n<p>En conclusion, Babinet a dress\u00e9 un tableau contrast\u00e9 de la situation technologique fran\u00e7aise, identifiant \u00e0 la fois des faiblesses structurelles \u00e0 surmonter et des atouts consid\u00e9rables \u00e0 valoriser, tout en appelant \u00e0 une approche plus strat\u00e9gique et moins frileuse face aux d\u00e9fis de la transformation num\u00e9rique et de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;avenir num\u00e9rique de la France, alors que Choose France 2025 vient de se terminer et que les d\u00e9fis technologiques s&rsquo;accumulent, s&rsquo;annonce-t-il radieux et en particulier pour les ETI.
