Selon Sarah Martineau : \u00ab Avec ChatGPT, tout le monde comprend d\u00e9sormais ce qu\u2019est un chatbot \u00bb. Yann Gourvennec note aussi que ce n\u2019est pas le premier outil de ce type, mais sa facilit\u00e9 d\u2019usage a provoqu\u00e9 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion massive du public.<\/p>\n<p>Cette adh\u00e9sion massive impose de clarifier les outils, en termes de mod\u00e8les et d&rsquo;interfaces. \u00c0 ce sujet,\u00a0Sarah Martineau explique que \u00ab Le mod\u00e8le et l\u2019interface sont deux choses bien distinctes \u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le mod\u00e8le g\u00e9n\u00e8re le contenu tandis que l\u2019interface facilite l\u2019interaction. Claude d&rsquo;Anthropic, comme l&rsquo;indique Sarah Martineau, est \u00ab particuli\u00e8rement performant dans le code \u00bb. Ces crit\u00e8res ne peuvent \u00eatre uniquement ceux des performances techniques. David Fayon souligne ainsi que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et le respect du RGPD sont essentiels : \u00ab <strong>Certains outils comme Deepseek, par exemple, peuvent \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9s en entreprise \u00e0 cause de leur origine g\u00e9ographique<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Impact des mod\u00e8les de LLM sur les organisations<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guillaume Calfati insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une veille constante : \u00ab Il faut absolument tester en permanence, c\u2019est mon m\u00e9tier d\u2019y consacrer plusieurs heures chaque jour \u00bb. La veille permet d&rsquo;identifier rapidement les meilleures solutions \u00e0 adopter. Il ne faut pas cependant passer sa vie \u00e0 tester, a insist\u00e9 Yann Gourvennec. Si Guillaume en a fait son m\u00e9tier, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas de tout le monde. Il est donc indispensable selon lui de maintenir le focus sur son m\u00e9tier principal et se satisfaire des outils qui r\u00e9pondent au besoin sans toujours aller chercher mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Quel est l&rsquo;impact sur les entreprises ? Les entreprises adaptent souvent ces technologies \u00e0 leurs besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, cr\u00e9ant ainsi leurs propres interfaces. Guillaume Calfati note :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, les entreprises cr\u00e9ent leurs propres solutions bas\u00e9es sur ces outils, ce qui modifie profond\u00e9ment leur fonctionnement interne<\/p>\n<p>Guillaume Calfati<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cela entra\u00eene une r\u00e9organisation des directions informatiques (DSI) nous explique Guillaume.<\/p>\n<h4>Le cas particulier du d\u00e9veloppement logiciel<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Selon Guillaume, l&rsquo;IA change totalement la mani\u00e8re de coder<\/strong> : \u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, on utilise simultan\u00e9ment plusieurs outils d\u2019IA pour coder \u00bb. Il ajoute que <strong>cette pratique devient la norme<\/strong> et transforme le m\u00e9tier m\u00eame de d\u00e9veloppeur. Il pr\u00e9cise aussi que <strong>ces technologies simplifient grandement les processus internes<\/strong> en <strong>automatisant<\/strong> des <strong>t\u00e2ches auparavant complexes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>Cette conf\u00e9rence souligne l\u2019importance d&rsquo;une adoption pragmatique et raisonn\u00e9e des outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Tester r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et assurer une veille continue restent les cl\u00e9s d&rsquo;une utilisation efficace. David Fayon rappelle l&rsquo;importance des contr\u00f4les de v\u00e9racit\u00e9 : \u00ab L\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative est encore \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de nombreuses erreurs, il est essentiel de contr\u00f4ler les r\u00e9sultats \u00bb. Guillaume Calfati abonde dans ce sens : \u00ab Il faut souvent v\u00e9rifier les r\u00e9sultats avec d\u2019autres outils pour garantir leur exactitude \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Ajouter son intelligence \u00e0 l&rsquo;artificiel<\/h4>\n<p>On pourrait ajouter \u00e0 cela que l&rsquo;humain peut aussi ajouter son intelligence (cf. article ci-dessous), c&rsquo;est m\u00eame un de mes principaux conseils aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, apprenants et \u00e0 nos lecteurs. Si l&rsquo;IA permet d&rsquo;aller vite, comme pour la production de ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9, elle n&rsquo;est pas exempte de d\u00e9fauts. Les mod\u00e8les de LLM actuels ont toujours autant de mal \u00e0 compter. Les mod\u00e8les de LLM ont encore une f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 \u00e9viter les points importants dans un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 comme celui-ci. Les anecdotes, qui font pourtant le sel de l&rsquo;apprentissage en B2B, sont souvent occult\u00e9es par les mod\u00e8les de langage, m\u00eame les plus sophistiqu\u00e9s. Et il n&rsquo;est pas rare qu&rsquo;ils passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nombreux points pourtant importants.<\/p>\n<h4>La culture est plus importante que la technique<\/h4>\n<p>Cela est compr\u00e9hensible. D\u00e9j\u00e0 entre humains, nous ne serions pas d&rsquo;accord pour d\u00e9cr\u00e9ter ce qui est et n&rsquo;est pas important dans un texte. Nous avons tous des exp\u00e9riences diff\u00e9rentes et des expertises compl\u00e9mentaires, des centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat diff\u00e9rents et des points de vue divergents. Mais les mod\u00e8les de LLM n&rsquo;ont quant \u00e0 eux ni point de vue, ni expertise, ni exp\u00e9rience du terrain. Leur mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9sumer un texte et de synth\u00e9tiser s&rsquo;apparente plus de la technique du pique-nique que de celle de la contraction de texte, discipline fortement technique et intellectuelle, que nous avons apprise sur les bancs des classes pr\u00e9paratoires quand celles-ci faisaient encore la part belle \u00e0 la culture et aux sciences humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Sans ce vernis culturel, les lecteurs du futur devront redoubler de vigilance et ne pas se laisser endormir par les prouesses technologiques, de plus en plus extraordinaires de ces outils.
