Nous avons un an \u00e0 tester ce que pouvaient faire les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019entreprise. Il y avait de vrais freins sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter avec pr\u00e9cision un gros pourcentage de cas, que ce soit en service client, en service commercial.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On commence \u00e0 arriver \u00e0 <b>des r\u00e9sultats qui sont au moins aussi satisfaisants que des agents humains<\/b>. Et de fait, cela offre des cas concrets sur du service client, par email, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, ou du service ou conseil commercial. <b>On peut passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle<\/b> et avoir des r\u00e9sultats qu\u2019on \u00e9prouve avec certains de nos clients depuis quelques mois et <b>qui sont vraiment tr\u00e8s satisfaisants<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple du service client e-commerce dop\u00e9 par l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.C<\/b>. Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant avec les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, c\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 de les coupler avec des bases de donn\u00e9es dynamiques. On parle de donn\u00e9es d\u2019entreprise que l\u2019on croise avec la puissance de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. <b>Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on change de dimension<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Rassurez-moi, la donn\u00e9e d\u2019entreprise reste bien dans l\u2019entreprise<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.\u00a0C<\/b>. Cela d\u00e9pend de la fa\u00e7on dont vous configurez l\u2019application et quelles API vous utilisez. Mais \u00e9videmment, quand on passe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle avec des entreprises, on est contraint de respecter les r\u00e8glements RGPD.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La capacit\u00e9 de traitement des cas varie avec la complexit\u00e9 du domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9. Plus le m\u00e9tier est g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, plus le pourcentage va \u00eatre \u00e9lev\u00e9. M\u00eame si votre business est complexe, vous pouvez traiter <b>10 \u00e0 30\u00a0% des cas d\u2019usage automatiquement<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Je pense qu\u2019on peut m\u00eame aller beaucoup plus haut et de toute mani\u00e8re, on est sur les IA les plus b\u00eates qu\u2019on n\u2019aura jamais. En tout cas, aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est celles qu\u2019on a. Elles ne pourront \u00eatre que plus intelligentes, plus rapides, plus pr\u00e9cises. Et donc, le pourcentage de traitement va augmenter.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelles sont les limites de ces cas d\u2019usage ?<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.C<\/b>. Les mod\u00e8les de LLM ne sont pas \u00e0 ce jour capables de traiter correctement des bases de donn\u00e9es d\u2019entreprise tr\u00e8s importantes. Il peut y avoir des \u00ab effets de flemme \u00bb \u00e0 aller au bout des choses. Et \u00e7a, \u00e7a cr\u00e9e des r\u00e9ponses incompl\u00e8tes, voire des biais.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pour cela que nous allons plut\u00f4t nous concentrer sur les cas simples, que l\u2019on va pouvoir facilement automatiser, et on laissera les cas plus complexes \u00e0 des commerciaux ou agents SAV humains.<\/p>\n<h3>Les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives seraient donc aussi fain\u00e9antes que les humains ?<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.\u00a0C<\/b>. Absolument. Parce que plus elles travaillent, plus \u00e7a co\u00fbte en ressources serveur aux diff\u00e9rents op\u00e9rateurs comme OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, etc. Elles n\u2019ont donc pas int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 aller au bout des choses.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Cela peut vite chiffrer. Les IA par API, avec des \u00ab calls\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, sont un vrai co\u00fbt dans le run des plateformes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>La qualit\u00e9 d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation reste fondamentale dans ce type d\u2019appli<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.\u00a0C<\/b>. Tout \u00e0 fait ! C\u2019est comme des calls \u00e0 des services SaaS que vous pouvez avoir dans d\u2019autres cas d\u2019usage. Si vous n\u2019optimisez pas vos calls, vos factures seront tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il faut optimiser \u00e0 la fois ses prompts, les nombres et la qualit\u00e9 des calls pour optimiser ses factures.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Donc combien en moyenne peut-on prendre d\u2019appels en plus ?<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.C<\/b>. En ce moment, on travaille principalement sur des cas d\u2019usage d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du service client. L\u2019id\u00e9e c\u2019est de d\u00e9sengager les services clients pour r\u00e9allouer les cas complexes aux agents humains. Cela sert aussi \u00e0 couvrir des plages horaires non encore couvertes, notamment en SAV t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Par exemple le soir et le week-end. Ce sont souvent des plages horaires compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es. Cela permet de la captation de leads avec une belle conversion derri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Nous avons l\u2019exemple d\u2019un client chez qui on a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 une solution comme \u00e7a. En tout, <b>il prend environ 200 \u00e0 300 appels<\/b> le soir et le week-end. Et ce client a des paniers moyens assez \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Un \u00ab vendeur IA \u00bb va qualifier un projet ce qui va permettre ensuite d\u2019\u00e9tablir automatiquement un devis avec un bon taux de conversion.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9crivez-nous votre d\u00e9mo du personal shopping assistant marseillais<\/h3>\n<p><b>J.C<\/b>. Dans cette d\u00e9mo [NDLR Voir la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous], nous avons utilis\u00e9 l\u2019API dite \u00ab Real-Time API \u00bb d\u2019OpenAI, la maison m\u00e8re de ChatGPT, qui est sortie il y a quelques semaines.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On l\u2019a coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une API Commerce Tools, un framework de commerce. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de proposer un assistant personnel qui a un bel accent marseillais, et qui va vous aider \u00e0 trouver votre style et des v\u00eatements avec un temps de latence tr\u00e8s faible et surtout un niveau de conseil conversationnel impressionnant.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Orkester.fr - d\u00e9mo de Marcel personal shopping assistant marseillais\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Y8Aq9o3zHO0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><i>Note : Cette d\u00e9mo est v\u00e9ritablement bluffante et nous l\u2019avons vue fonctionner sur le salon malgr\u00e9 le bruit ambiant et c&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;ai voulu la reproduire au calme. Ici, les quelques rat\u00e9s sont plus dus au mauvais fonctionnement de notre micro au moment de l\u2019enregistrement ou \u00e0 des questions pi\u00e8ge sur un \u00e9chantillon trop faible (200 produits environ dans ce magasin test) qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la d\u00e9mo elle-m\u00eame. A noter que l&rsquo;assistant marseillais est dop\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et n&rsquo;est pas programm\u00e9 pour appporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 nos questions qui sont par essence impr\u00e9visibles.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le futur, nous commanderons \u00e0 nos assistants personnels avec nos t\u00e9l\u00e9phones, dans nos voitures. Sur l\u2019ordinateur, c\u2019est moins s\u00fbr. Mais en tout cas, je pense que les agents vocaux vont prendre une tr\u00e8s grande place dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans un, deux ou cinq ans, on verra bien\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant c\u2019est de savoir comment on va utiliser ces IA vocales et l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pour d\u00e9passer ces cas d\u2019usage simples et cr\u00e9er de l\u2019innovation, de nouveaux services, de nouveaux cas d\u2019usage. La limite est l\u2019imagination. Et il y a vraiment des choses int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 faire avec IA dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<h3>Le frein \u00e0 l\u2019innovation e-commerce avec l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative : la latence<\/h3>\n<p>Le frein que nous rencontrons encore aujourd\u2019hui sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de contenus temps r\u00e9el, notamment pour les images et vid\u00e9os, c\u2019est le d\u00e9lai.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Quand on approchera de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019images et vid\u00e9o instantan\u00e9es, on pourra imaginer des cas d\u2019usage fascinants sur des besoins de style que nous pourrons directement afficher \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran, model\u00e9s sur vos mensurations et votre avatar.
