On r\u00e9alise un enregistrement dans un salon virtuel. On y trouve un commercial, un directeur commercial et, de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, un client (vrai ou faux).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La simulation de vente dure une quinzaine de minutes. L\u2019outil analyse en temps r\u00e9el les \u00e9l\u00e9ments verbaux et non verbaux lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9change.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cela recouvre toutes les composantes que j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 cit\u00e9es ainsi que la mesure de la pertinence du questionnement, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, ce qui permet d&rsquo;ancrer les bonnes pratiques.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette analyse conversationnelle est double : 1\/une prise de conscience et 2\/un ancrage par la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<h3>Si l&rsquo;IA analyse nos discussions, \u00e0 quoi servent encore les<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>humains ?<\/h3>\n<p><b>CC<\/b>. Justement, IA et humains sont compl\u00e9mentaires. L\u2019IA, au m\u00eame titre que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, est le moyen d\u2019arriver \u00e0 la fameuse intelligence augment\u00e9e dont tout le monde parle.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est bien beau d&rsquo;avoir un iPhone dernier cri si on ne sait pas communiquer ! C\u2019est le m\u00eame principe avec l\u2019IA.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le point de d\u00e9part est l\u2019analyse. Ensuite, on peut s\u2019appuyer sur elle pour personnaliser l\u2019accompagnement. Si un apprenant est diagnostiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 40\u00a0% d&rsquo;\u00e9coute, ou pour une probl\u00e9matique de tics verbaux, ou de structuration de la pens\u00e9e, cela permet de progresser.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette analyse se fait en trois fois : une premi\u00e8re fois, puis une deuxi\u00e8me fois deux mois plus tard, et une derni\u00e8re fois en fin de parcours pour mesurer la progression.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque formateur va accompagner ensuite l\u2019apprenant sur ses axes de progression en s\u2019appuyant sur les chiffres obtenus.<\/p>\n<h3>Une automatisation de ce processus est-elle envisageable ?<\/h3>\n<p><b>CC<\/b>. Pourquoi pas, mais pour l\u2019instant, on n\u2019y est pas encore. Et je constate que les \u00e9quipes appr\u00e9cient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment l&rsquo;apport humain.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La \u00ab\u00a0data\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est bien, c\u2019est factuel, pragmatique, il n\u2019y a pas le risque de jugement qu\u2019on pouvait avoir dans les jeux de r\u00f4les des ann\u00e9es 80-90. Mais c\u2019est bel et bien le formateur qui va apporter son appui p\u00e9dagogique. Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on peut vraiment parler d&rsquo;intelligence augment\u00e9e et en r\u00e9el avec le \u00ab\u00a0coach\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et ce qui marche extr\u00eamement bien, c&rsquo;est l\u2019analyse en mode collectif. Avec l&rsquo;accord, bien \u00e9videmment, de la personne qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9e. Cela cr\u00e9e de la coh\u00e9sion dans l&rsquo;ensemble du groupe.<\/p>\n<h3>Avec l\u2019analyse conversationnelle, l&rsquo;apprenant ne se surcorrige-t-il pas ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>CC<\/b>. Par r\u00e9flexe, beaucoup d\u2019apprenants d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils ne sont \u00ab pas comme \u00e7a \u00bb. Cela revient tr\u00e8s souvent. Mais dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, on constate que le r\u00e9sultat est tr\u00e8s proche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de tous les jours.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019apprenant est souvent en accord sur l\u2019analyse quand, par exemple, on lui d\u00e9couvre des tics verbaux. Souvent, je les entends dire : \u00ab C\u2019est vrai, on me le fait remarquer sans cesse ! \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>J&rsquo;aime ce concept d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance commerciale, pourtant beaucoup de commerciaux sur LinkedIn sont <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/01\/27\/vendeurs-bourrins\/\">loin de briller<\/a> par leur d\u00e9licatesse !<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>CC<\/b>. Quand je parle d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance commerciale, j&rsquo;entends par l\u00e0 servir et guider son client. On peut utiliser l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle pour personnaliser l&rsquo;approche et r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9coute tr\u00e8s approfondie. Mais ce qui fait toute la diff\u00e9rence, c&rsquo;est la posture, la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;aborder le client.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, quand quelqu&rsquo;un se connecte \u00e0 mon profil LinkedIn, mes premiers mots sont \u00ab\u00a0Enchant\u00e9 de faire votre connaissance\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Bienvenue sur les pistes de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance commerciale\u00a0\u00bb. Ce qui importe, c&rsquo;est le mouvement, \u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00eatre statique. C&rsquo;est pour cela que je fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des analogies avec le domaine de la danse.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">J&rsquo;entends beaucoup de commerciaux, m\u00eame chevronn\u00e9s, me dire qu&rsquo;il est de plus en plus difficile de joindre des prospects. Que leur conseilles-tu ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">C&rsquo;est certes plus difficile, mais quand on a bien compris les fondamentaux de la vente et que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet le canal de communication pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 du prospects, ses horaires, etc. &#8211; on sait donc \u00e0 quel moment on va pouvoir l&rsquo;appeler. Si on a bien identifi\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part les probl\u00e9matiques, les douleurs du client, on n&rsquo;aura plus besoin de poser les questions de base et on pourra mieux avancer avec le client.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Le commercial doit apprendre \u00e0 se faire conna\u00eetre en se d\u00e9marquant. Les commerciaux doivent apprendre \u00e0 se d\u00e9marquer vraiment, et arriver non plus \u00e0 vendre, mais \u00e0 se faire acheter.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">C&rsquo;est par sa singularit\u00e9 que le commercial peut marquer son prospect ou client. Or ce que je remarque parmi les clients que j&rsquo;accompagne, c&rsquo;est que chacun a sa singularit\u00e9. Le commercial doit s&rsquo;appuyer sur elle pour se positionner.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9l\u00e9gance commerciale et retour aux fondamentaux<\/h3>\n<p>Beaucoup de missions ont un rapport avec la mise en place d&rsquo;un CRM. Ce que j&rsquo;entends souvent de la part des clients entreprises, ce sont des affirmations comme :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u00ab Les commerciaux ne savent pas vendre. Ils aimeraient \u00eatre form\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA&#8230; \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Je leur r\u00e9ponds :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u00ab Arr\u00eatez avec vos CRM, vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9pens\u00e9 x millions. Moi, je vais vous faire gagner de l&rsquo;argent en revenant aux fondamentaux.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Avant de travailler sur le discours commercial, il faut revenir sur la strat\u00e9gie du dirigeant et aller chercher en profondeur ce qu&rsquo;il veut. Une fois qu&rsquo;on a vraiment fix\u00e9 cette strat\u00e9gie bas\u00e9e sur des choses simples comme les valeurs, tout devient beaucoup plus simple en mati\u00e8re de mise en place d&rsquo;outils. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de l&rsquo;IA ou du CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Avant tout, il faut s&rsquo;assurer que tout le monde dans l&rsquo;entreprise, pas seulement la direction, parle la m\u00eame langue. Le vrai sujet n&rsquo;est pas la mise en place d&rsquo;un outil de CRM ni d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, mais bel et bien d&rsquo;avoir les bons mots au bon moment.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 ChatGPT, c&rsquo;est un bon outil, mais il n&rsquo;est pas encore abouti. C&rsquo;est encore un \u00ab b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00bb. Un bon outil qui aide le commercial se doit d&rsquo;\u00eatre adapt\u00e9 et appropri\u00e9 par ses utilisateurs.
