Ceci s\u2019explique pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout d\u2019abord, \u00ab\u2009il n\u2019y a pas de flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique qui circule entre les gens comme dans la vraie vie\u2009\u00bb, ajoute-t-elle. Ensuite, chaque participant \u00e0 la visioconf\u00e9rence se trouve coinc\u00e9, comme dans un \u00ab\u2009bocal\u2009\u00bb. En fin de compte, il faut retenir que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments non verbaux de la communication, dont l\u2019image, ont un impact fort sur la perception du message elle-m\u00eame \u2014 montage visuel utilisant le graphique libre de droits de <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Albert_Mehrabian\"><em>Wikip\u00e9dia.<\/em><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tude de Princeton men\u00e9e en 2005 a par ailleurs d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019on se faisait une opinion sur une personne apr\u00e8s une exposition de 100\u00a0ms \u00e0 un visage [source\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princeton.edu\/news\/2006\/08\/22\/snap-judgments-decide-faces-character-psychologist-finds\">Princeton University<\/a>]. Autant faire attention \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019image\u2009!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, les enfants de la t\u00e9l\u00e9 que nous sommes sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 une image de qualit\u00e9, celle du pr\u00e9sentateur du journal t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9. Au-del\u00e0 de cette image d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aussi \u00ab\u2009d\u2019un bon cadrage, d\u2019un bon \u00e9clairage\u2026 C\u2019est cela \u00e7a qui est attendu, m\u00eame de mani\u00e8re inconsciente, par l\u2019auditoire\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>6 conseils pour avoir plus d\u2019impact en visioconf\u00e9rence<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le m\u00e9tier de Sophie Backer \u00e9tant l\u2019impact en prise de parole, elle a distill\u00e9 \u00e0 nos lecteurs quelques conseils utiles pour vos interventions en distanciel.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil no.\u00a01\u00a0: la cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 la hauteur des yeux<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Mon premier conseil est de mettre la cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 hauteur des yeux\u2009\u00bb. Cela suppose, poursuit Sophie Backer, que si votre cam\u00e9ra est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 votre portable, vous devriez sur\u00e9lever votre ordinateur.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil\u00a0no.2\u00a0: le plan de poitrine<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Il faut aussi se mettre \u00e0 un bras de distance pour qu\u2019il y ait ce plan poitrine auquel on est habitu\u00e9\u2009\u00bb. Selon Sophie, c\u2019est ce que l\u2019on attend de celui qui s\u2019exprime en visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil no.\u00a03\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9clairage<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Un autre point parmi d\u2019autres que vous retrouverez dans mon livre\u2009\u00bb, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9, \u00ab\u2009on met de l\u2019\u00e9clairage derri\u00e8re soi pour que son clavier soit \u00e9clair\u00e9 et il faut faire attention \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il y ait de la lumi\u00e8re sur votre visage pour que ceux qui vous regardent puissent aussi voir nos mimiques, avoir un minimum de lecture labiale, dont on a vu toute l\u2019importance pendant la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 on portait des masques\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous ces points vont permettre selon l\u2019autrice des \u00ab\u2009points d\u2019appui visuels qui permettent d\u2019\u00e9couter mieux et plus facilement, ainsi que de parler avec plus d\u2019impact\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseils en visioconf\u00e9rence \u2014 no. 4 : le d\u00e9bit<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est tr\u00e8s important de ralentir le d\u00e9bit nous explique aussi Sophie Backer. Avec un d\u00e9bit trop rapide en effet, \u00ab\u2009il n\u2019y a pas ce vibrato \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique entre celui qui parle et ceux qui \u00e9coutent. La lecture labiale est plus difficile \u00e9galement. Il faut donc aider le spectateur \u00e0 \u00e9couter et l\u2019orateur se doit de ralentir son d\u00e9bit\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil no.\u00a05\u00a0: la prononciation<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut aussi faire \u00ab\u2009attention \u00e0 sa prononciation, ce qui va de pair avec le ralentissement du d\u00e9bit\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil no.\u00a06\u00a0: \u00e9purer son propos<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut bien \u00ab\u2009articuler un seul message par r\u00e9union\u2009\u00bb, ajoute-t-elle et \u00ab\u2009travailler sur la focalisation et l\u2019\u00e9puration des propos. En visioconf\u00e9rence, il convient de rentrer plus vite dans le vif du sujet, de faire plus court, et de terminer de mani\u00e8re plus claire, de mieux circonscrire tout le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du propos\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Les choses \u00e0 \u00e9viter en distanciel pour am\u00e9liorer son impact<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais il n\u2019y a pas que les conseils \u00e0 suivre, il y a \u00e9galement les \u00e9cueils \u00e0 \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<h4>Les contre-jours<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Pendant la p\u00e9riode du Covid, durant laquelle on a beaucoup utilis\u00e9 la visioconf\u00e9rence, nous avons tous pu observer des \u201cirritants\u201d. Par exemple, ces personnes qui parlent \u00e0 contre-jour, sous un Velux ou devant une fen\u00eatre\u2009\u00bb. Dans ces cas-l\u00e0 ajoute Sophie Backer \u00ab\u2009on ne voit pas leurs mimiques, leurs sourires, la lecture labiale est impossible parce qu\u2019on ne voit qu\u2019une silhouette. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire en laissant sa t\u00eate d\u00e9passer tout juste du bas de l\u2019\u00e9cran. Image r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec Midjourney en mode personnalis\u00e9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4>L\u2019effet Schtroumpf<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus amusant, mais tr\u00e8s bien vu \u00e9galement, \u00ab\u2009l\u2019effet schtroumpf\u2009\u00bb. Il est \u00e0 \u00e9viter absolument. \u00ab\u2009Il s&rsquo;agit de la personne cadr\u00e9e tout en bas de son \u00e9cran avec beaucoup de vide au-dessus d\u2019elle. Tout cela car elle n\u2019aura pas pens\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre la cam\u00e9ra \u00e0 la bonne hauteur !\u00bb<\/p>\n<h4>Les fonds ind\u00e9sirables<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Je me souviens d\u2019un homme politique qui \u00e9tait apparu avec ses chaussettes qui s\u00e9chaient derri\u00e8re lui\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Sophie Backer. \u00ab\u2009Plusieurs ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de la visioconf\u00e9rence, \u00e7a ne nous fait plus rire\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et de conclure\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009Ces b\u00e9vues sont d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9dhibitoires.
