Nous nous sommes donc orient\u00e9s vers des produits \u00e9colabellis\u00e9s, des produits en direct des producteurs, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cela, il faut ajouter les avis, le d\u00e9lai de collecte, car plus on est local, plus la collecte est rapide. Nous avons aussi exclu de la plate-forme le \u00ab\u00a0drop shipping\u00a0\u00bb, afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019offre.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on met tous ces crit\u00e8res-l\u00e0 sur un graphique en radar, cela vous donne un dessin qui ressemble \u00e0 une cocotte en papier. Le d\u00e9calage entre les deux est assez important, car l\u2019\u00e9tape d&rsquo;onboarding est un peu fastidieuse. Cela s\u2019explique par les n\u00e9cessaires v\u00e9rifications de documents, de conformit\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tape passe \u00e9galement par une cr\u00e9ation de catalogues. Nous avons essay\u00e9 de la rendre la plus simple possible, mais cela prend un peu de temps, ce qui nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 un taux de transformation d\u2019environ 20\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er cette plate-forme en 2019\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>OD.\u00a0<\/strong>Cette plate-forme a demand\u00e9 plus de trois ans de d\u00e9veloppement. Nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e sur mesure, ce qui nous permet de personnaliser notre offre int\u00e9gralement. Il existe des points de vente autour de nous que nous ne connaissons pas forc\u00e9ment, on ne sait pas quel est l\u2019\u00e9tat de leurs stocks, ni les produits qu\u2019ils vendent, ni leurs horaires d\u2019ouverture pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer un colis ou acheter sur place.<\/p>\n<p>La digitalisation r\u00e9pond \u00e0 toutes ces questions. Il faut travailler le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement, c\u2019est une d\u00e9marche assez lourde. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de passer par une plate-forme qui simplifie ce travail. Une marketplace vous apporte du trafic et vous offre un outil d\u2019e-commerce complet.<\/p>\n<p>Si Cocote avait \u00e9t\u00e9 disponible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque du Covid, je pense qu&rsquo;on aurait eu un succ\u00e8s encore plus important<\/p>\n<h3>Comment s\u00e9lectionner des produits fran\u00e7ais, alors que l\u2019origine n\u2019est pas toujours facile \u00e0 \u00e9tablir\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>OD.<\/strong> Le probl\u00e8me de la mention \u00ab\u00a0made in France\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est que c&rsquo;est la derni\u00e8re op\u00e9ration qui effectivement d\u00e9termine le label. Ainsi vous achetez un produit dont vous pensez qu\u2019il est fabriqu\u00e9 en France et finalement, il ne l\u2019est pas.<\/p>\n<p>Nous restons ouverts \u00e0 tous les produits. Toutefois, nous favorisons dans Cocote les produits qui nous semblent plus responsables. En faisant la diff\u00e9rence entre les marchands qui sont revendeurs et ceux qui sont producteurs, d\u2019une part. D\u2019autre part en distinguant les produits clairement labellis\u00e9s. Le marchand peut ainsi d\u00e9clarer leur label bio, ou made in France ou Origine France Garantie. Ce dernier est la seule v\u00e9ritable garantie d\u2019un produit int\u00e9gralement fabriqu\u00e9 en France.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction de ces labels, nous donnons une note. Si le produit est plus local, plus responsable, nous prenons cela en compte dans ce que nous appelons l\u2019\u00e9coscore. Nous l\u2019avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a bien longtemps maintenant et celui-ci est pris en compte dans l\u2019algorithme de recherche. Ceci veut dire qu\u2019un produit est mis en avant s\u2019il est plus local et plus responsable par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas aussi, le cashback sera plus important. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 ce que nous appelons le Green Cashback qui r\u00e9compense leur responsabilit\u00e9 des acheteurs lorsqu\u2019ils font un choix responsable.
