La solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en 2011 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est aujourd&rsquo;hui leader en France, selon Antoine. L&rsquo;objectif de Social Shaker, est de permettre l&rsquo;administration des comptes <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/03\/facebook-plateforme-ecommerce1to1\/\">Facebook<\/a> afin de de \u00ab cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;engagement \u00bb. Antoine a donc pu rassembler toute son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle afin d&rsquo;\u00e9clairer l&rsquo;assistance sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux des m\u00e9dias sociaux. Or, \u00ab la question n&rsquo;est plus de savoir si on int\u00e8gre des m\u00e9dias sociaux dans son mix aujourd&rsquo;hui, mais comment on le fait mieux \u00bb a-t-il poursuivi fort justement. En ceci, il a insist\u00e9 sur la tr\u00e8s rapide prise de maturit\u00e9 de ce secteur, que nous d\u00e9crirons plus en d\u00e9tail avec Herv\u00e9 Kabla notre futur ouvrage <i>la communication digitale expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss<\/i> (<a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\">http:\/\/amonboss.com<\/a>). Mais les fondamentaux restent l\u00e0, comme le r\u00e9p\u00e8te Antoine fort justement \u00ab avant, on poussait de l&rsquo;info, maintenant on peut et on doit parler directement \u00e0 ses clients et ses prospect \u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\/\">Facebook<\/a> \u2026 portrait d\u2019un g\u00e9ant de 25 millions d\u2019utilisateurs hexagonaux<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Facebook a d\u00e9sormais 25 millions d&rsquo;utilisateurs actifs en France (NDLR : et 1 milliard dans le monde) et la base de ce r\u00e9seau social est ce qui s&rsquo;appelle \u00ab le social graph \u00bb, qui imprime une logique affinitaire et non pas uniquement bas\u00e9e sur le contenu (un m\u00e9lange de contenu et d&rsquo;utilisateurs en somme). Avec Facebook \u00ab tout est un objet, tout est connect\u00e9 \u00bb pr\u00e9cise Antoine. C&rsquo;est le cas notamment avec des applicatifs comme <a href=\"http:\/\/deezer.com\/\">Deezer<\/a> au <a href=\"http:\/\/spotify.com\/\">Spotify<\/a> etc. Avec Facebook donc, on construit une \u00ab communaut\u00e9 \u00bb c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un ensemble de fans et d&rsquo;amis de ses fans. Ce que, au d\u00e9but du Web 2.0, on appelait FoaF (friend of a friend), le syst\u00e8me qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 popularis\u00e9 par un des premiers r\u00e9seaux sociaux jamais cr\u00e9\u00e9s : <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201101184549\/http:\/\/friendster.com\/\">friendster<\/a> (d\u00e9sormais rachet\u00e9 et reconverti dans le jeu social). Avec cette logique d&rsquo;amis des amis, \u00ab on multiplie ainsi par 10 ou 15 la port\u00e9e de ses messages \u00bb (ce que dans le jargon on appelle le \u00ab Reach \u00bb) a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Antoine Spadoni.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ceci il faut ajouter le fameux algorithme \u00ab <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.whatisedgerank.com\/\">edgerank<\/span> \u00bb, dont personne ne sait exactement comment il fonctionne, mais dont on sait qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;appuie sur l&rsquo;affinit\u00e9, le poids et la renaissance des publications, textes etc. Comme exemple de conversation bien men\u00e9e, Antoine nous a montr\u00e9 le poste de Ikea Marseille sur l&rsquo;annonce all\u00f4 H\u00e5ll\u00f6, qui est effectivement un concentr\u00e9 d&rsquo;humour et de commerce. On peut v\u00e9ritablement, dans ce cas, parler \u00ab d\u2019engagement \u00bb, on est bien au c\u0153ur du marketing du bouche-\u00e0-oreille, si souvent d\u00e9crit, et si souvent mal compris.<\/p>\n<p><b>Le \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/graphsearch\">Graph Search<\/a> \u00bb \u2026 un cran plus loin avec Facebook<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout, arrive le \u00ab graph search \u00bb : il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer les contenus, une mani\u00e8re de rechercher \u00e0 la fois les gens, les endroits et les choses. Et tout tourne autour de la g\u00e9olocalisation bien entendu. Pour donc \u00eatre bien r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 dans Facebook, Antoine nous donne ses conseils<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>bien remplir sa section \u00ab \u00e0 propos \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>bien enseigner son adresse<\/li>\n<li>bien engager durablement avec St\u00e9phane car le taux d&rsquo;engagement influence r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, ces conseils s&rsquo;adressent essentiellement aux entreprises et aux entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Et voici Twitter<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2011, Twitter a fait \u00e9galement son apparition en France. Ou plut\u00f4t, c&rsquo;est le grand public qui vient de le d\u00e9couvrir ; je suis pour ma part sur ce r\u00e9seau social depuis 2007. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les journalistes y sont inscrits, les m\u00e9dias se sont appropri\u00e9 cet espace, et le hashtag devient universel nous a expliqu\u00e9 Antoine (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.searchenginejournal.com\/what-could-facebook-hashtag-adoption-mean-for-the-social-giant\/61160\/\">il se pourrait m\u00eame qu&rsquo;il soit repris sur Facebook bient\u00f4t<\/a>). Et la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision adore les hashtags, avec un palmar\u00e8s 2012 qui montre en t\u00eate de liste \u2026TF1 avec 12.7 millions de tweets ! Comme on le voit, la fin des mass media, ce n&rsquo;est pas pour aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p><b>Vine \u2026 mais \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Plus anecdotique, du moins a priori, Antoine a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;assistance, quelque peu m\u00e9dus\u00e9e, le service Vine, lanc\u00e9e par Twitter en 2013. Il s&rsquo;agit de contenu vid\u00e9o en 6 secondes, un peu \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re des GIF anim\u00e9, qui boucle ind\u00e9finiment. <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.ignitesocialmedia.com\/twitter-marketing\/new-teaser-for-the-wolverine-shows-vine-can-use-pre-recorded-video\/\">Cela peut para\u00eetre anecdotique et superflu, mais l&rsquo;exemple de The Wolverine montr\u00e9e par Antoine, prouvant que les marques peuvent s&#8217;emparer intelligemment d&rsquo;un nouveau service, m\u00eame si la majorit\u00e9 des utilisateurs ne comprend pas \u00e0 quoi il sert<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation n&rsquo;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8te sans \u00e9voquer le bon vieux <a href=\"http:\/\/plus.google.com\/\">Google+<\/a>, la derni\u00e8re tentative de Google de revenir dans le coup des m\u00e9dias sociaux. Google a interdit les jeux concours sur son r\u00e9seau social, et son approche \u00ab serait plus orient\u00e9e vers le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel (SEO) \u00bb, m\u00eame si d&rsquo;aucuns, dont je suis, ne sont pas compl\u00e8tement convaincus. Antoine n&rsquo;a pas tellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau social de Google, qui a beaucoup perdu en m\u00ealant, depuis son lancement de la mi 2010, date \u00e0 laquelle il allait r\u00e9volutionner le monde, mais ceci ne s&rsquo;est pas pass\u00e9.
