Les participants ont eu droit \u00e0 3 pr\u00e9sentations lors de cette conf\u00e9rence : d&rsquo;une part <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/brunovercelli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bruno Vercelli<\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230605143430\/https:\/\/sentinelo.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sentinelo<\/a>, Pr\u00e9sident des anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Skema, a parl\u00e9 des applications mobiles ; <span title=\"http:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/antoinespadoni\">Antoine Spadoni<\/span>, fondateur de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socialshaker.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">socialshaker<\/a>, a ensuite dress\u00e9 un panorama complet des m\u00e9dias sociaux, chiffres \u00e0 l&rsquo;appui, et enfin, je me suis livr\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\/fr-mdias-sociaux-prsentation-skema-petitdjeuner-26032013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">exercice de strat\u00e9gie associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la marque, avec la nouvelle version (fran\u00e7aise) enti\u00e8rement revue de ma pr\u00e9sentation \u00ab m\u00e9dias sociaux : quels outils pour quels messages ?<\/a> \u00bb. Voici les points qu&rsquo;il fallait retenir de cette conf\u00e9rence, en 2 parties, en commen\u00e7ant par la pr\u00e9sentation de Bruno.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Quelle est la r\u00e9elle utilit\u00e9 des applications mobiles ?<\/h2>\n<figure style=\"width: 644px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/image1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"utilit\u00e9 Applications mobiles\" width=\"644\" height=\"377\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Quelle est la r\u00e9elle utilit\u00e9 des applications mobiles ?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #646b86;\">[Antoine Spadoni (\u00e0 gauche) et Bruno Vercelli (au fond \u00e0 droite derri\u00e8re la foule)]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Bruno Vercelli : \u00e9tat des lieux des applications mobiles<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bruno a commenc\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9sentation en expliquant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux du paysage mobile: il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un \u00e9piph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne : 20 millions de Smartphones existent en 2012, 40 millions seront disponibles en 2014, en France uniquement. Ce n&rsquo;est plus non plus un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de geeks et de jeunes, car la barre des 50 % de possesseurs de Smartphones a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie. Il y a, selon Bruno, un parall\u00e8le \u00e0 faire entre applis mobiles et d\u00e9but du Web. \u00ab Au d\u00e9but, il fallait avoir une application parce que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e0 la mode, mais c&rsquo;est devenu cher, et il fallait savoir \u00e9galement ce qu&rsquo;on voulait en faire ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Avant toute chose, il faut noter que les applis mobiles ne sont pas que pour les <i>Pure Players<\/i> a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Bruno dans son introduction. Les entreprises \u00e0 forte notori\u00e9t\u00e9 les utilisent aussi pour fid\u00e9liser, \u00e9galement pour le multicanal, ainsi que pour localiser leurs magasins.<\/p>\n<p><b>Les market stores : un probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u0153uf et de poule<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est cependant pas toujours facile de se faire entendre sur ce march\u00e9 domin\u00e9 par deux acteurs (IOS d&rsquo;Apple et Android de Google). L\u2019arriv\u00e9e des nouveaux entrants (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BlackBerry_10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BB10<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/glossary.php3?term=windows-phone-os\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Windows Phone 8<\/a>) pourrait ainsi changer la donne, sans compter les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;exploitation libres comme <a href=\"http:\/\/firefoxos.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Firefox<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tizen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tizen<\/a> qui sont soutenus par les op\u00e9rateurs**. Mais en attendant, il faudra faire avec ces acteurs dominants\u2026 et probablement un troisi\u00e8me, Amazon, qui veut aussi sa part du g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me de base, pour le d\u00e9veloppeur d&rsquo;application, c&rsquo;est la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 : \u00ab comment \u00eatre au top du r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement dans un market store qui contient plus de 800,000 applications ?\u00a0 Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel par mots-cl\u00e9s est restreint \u00bb a-t-il pr\u00e9venu \u00ab et le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement payant n&rsquo;est pas possible \u00bb. \u00ab Le seul crit\u00e8re est le nombre de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements \u00bb a-t-il poursuivi, ce qui finalement cr\u00e9e un joli cercle vicieux : si pour \u00eatre beaucoup t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9, il faut \u00eatre vu, et qu&rsquo;on n\u2019est vu que lorsqu&rsquo;on a \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9, la boucle est boucl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, les statistiques ne sont gu\u00e8re encourageantes. La dur\u00e9e de vie sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cran d&rsquo;accueil (le \u00ab Springboard \u00bb dans le jargon, voir celui de l\u2019iPhone \u00e0 gauche) d\u2019un utilisateur est de 3 mois (sans pour autant avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e), et 93 % des applications ne sont utilis\u00e9es qu&rsquo;une seule fois conclue Bruno Vercelli.<\/p>\n<p><b>Revenir aux fondamentaux du commerce<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0 0 0 9px; display: inline; float: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/100_01221.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"154\" align=\"right\" \/>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il faut revenir aux fondamentaux : 73 % des recherches Web (pas seulement mobiles) sont locales (horaires, recherche de magasins etc.) indique Bruno (photo) et \u00ab <strong>92 % du CA global du commerce en France est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans les magasins physiques, ceci malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;augmentation du commerce en ligne<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc de cela qu&rsquo;il faut s&rsquo;occuper, en se d\u00e9vouant au ROBO (\u00ab research online, buy offline \u00bb : recherche en ligne, achat en magasin) car \u00ab 70 % des chercheurs d&rsquo;information sur le Web finissent par acheter en magasin \u00bb. BUT a m\u00eame trouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un utilisateur pouvait aller chercher de l&rsquo;information 8 \u00e0 10 fois avant de passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;acte, et c&rsquo;est pour cela qu&rsquo;ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se lancer dans le show-rooming, un nouveau concept o\u00f9 on accueille le client en magasin, avec un stock restreint, et o\u00f9 la commande se fait depuis le lieu d\u2019achat, en ligne avec un conseiller, qui livre le client \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui douteraient encore de l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client, Amazon vient de leur envoyer un message fort. Et pour en rajouter un peu, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/cgi-bin\/ACHATS\/acheter.cgi?offre=ARCHIVES&amp;type_item=ART_ARCH_30J&amp;objet_id=1228348&amp;xtmc=les_sites_de_commerce_en_ligne_se_reconvertissent_en&amp;xtcr=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le Monde de dimanche\/lundi du 1er avril a d\u00e9crit la crise actuelle du e-commerce qui a subit la crise de plein fouet, en m\u00eame temps qu\u2019il se d\u00e9veloppe<\/a> (un paradoxe compr\u00e9hensible car si le g\u00e2teau grandit, le nombre de bouches \u00e0 nourrir aussi).<\/p>\n<p><b>3 options<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comment donc les applications mobiles peuvent-elles soutenir les commer\u00e7ants ? Il existe 3 fa\u00e7ons de faire selon Bruno Vercelli :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Le \u00ab Web to store \u00bb<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est donner le choix aux clients d&rsquo;aller chercher le produit en magasin (livraison en boutique, store locator, stocks en temps r\u00e9el \u2026) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le Couponing<\/strong> : \u00ab cela marche bien, mais s&rsquo;adresse surtout aux chasseurs de promotions \u00bb selon Bruno ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le \u00ab mobile to store \u00bb<\/strong> : dans ce cas, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;application mobile qui a pour but de ramener le client dans le magasin, comme dans le cas de Sentinelo, dont Bruno est un des cofondateurs (voir ici une pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;une de ses pr\u00e9sentations ant\u00e9rieures).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En conclusion quelle utilit\u00e9 des applications mobiles ?<\/p>\n<p>La conclusion, c&rsquo;est que la tendance du commerce de demain, c&rsquo;est la convergence, et non l&rsquo;opposition entre commer\u00e7ants en ligne et physiques (voir aussi ses autres exemples dans une pr\u00e9sentation que j&rsquo;ai faite r\u00e9cemment).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #4bacc6;\">\u00e0 propos de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement Skema (par le bureau de Skema)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SKEMA Alumni a eu le plaisir d\u2019accueillir pr\u00e8s de quarante dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s au petit-d\u00e9jeuner\/conf\u00e9rence du Club SOLOMO (Social Local Mobile) du 26 mars sur le th\u00e8me : \u00ab Le mobile et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux : quels outils, pour quels usages ? \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le club SOLOMO a pour objet de r\u00e9unir, d\u2019\u00e9changer et de partager autour des nouvelles technologies, de la mobilit\u00e9 et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Communiquer via le mobile et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, pour quelle strat\u00e9gie de communication opter et pour qui ? Quels outils choisir, pour quels messages ? Quel retour sur investissement est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par ces nouveaux moyens de communication ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Bruno VERCELLI<\/b> (Vice-Pr\u00e9sident et Cofondateur de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.sentinelo.com\/buyer\">SENTINELO<\/span>) a expos\u00e9 l\u2019importance du mobile dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de d\u00e9velopper une application de g\u00e9olocalisation des produits\/services d\u2019une entreprise.
