Ils sont les sp\u00e9cialistes du \u00ab\u00a0marketing Multicanal \u00e0 la demande\u00a0\u00bb, forts de 7000 utilisateurs en France et ailleurs en Europe. Derri\u00e8re ce terme barbare se cache en fait une combinaison technologie\/services tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9e de marketing direct ou la firme \u00e0 \u00ab agr\u00e9g\u00e9 tous les moyens du marketing direct, du mailing papier jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Facebook \u00bb. La digitalisation des flux clients vous para\u00eetra sans doute un domaine obscure et pourtant : votre facture t\u00e9l\u00e9com, EDF, GDF ou votre compte bancaire et toutes ses op\u00e9rations associ\u00e9es sont d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es ; maintenant, vous commencez \u00e0 comprendre. En France, cela date d&rsquo;il y a un peu plus de 10 ans, au Royaume-Uni par exemple, c&rsquo;est un sujet (Bill Presentement\/Bill Payment) d\u00e9j\u00e0 industrialis\u00e9 dans le milieu des ann\u00e9es 90.<\/p>\n<p><b><!--more-->Les enjeux de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des factures clients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les enjeux dans ce domaine sont cependant plus complexes qu&rsquo;il y para\u00eet : si des acteurs comme GDF, EDF, Bouygues T\u00e9l\u00e9com ou SFR sont tous <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.gocadservices.fr\/index.php?page=temoignages&amp;language=FR\">clients de la solution Gocad<\/span>, comme Natixis et Banque Populaire, tous ces acteurs ne sont cependant pas log\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00eame enseigne. Car voil\u00e0 le constat : pour la plupart des \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9metteurs\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;enjeu principal (dans le jargon, l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur est l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9mettrice de factures) c&rsquo;est que \u2026 leurs clients n&rsquo;y vont pas ou peu ! Enfin, cela d\u00e9pend du secteur. Si pr\u00e8s de 95 % (donn\u00e9es Which Magazine au Royaume-Uni en 2007) des clients bancaires utilisent leur portail financier pour consulter leurs comptes, seulement 15 \u00e0 20 % des clients des autres secteurs se rendre sur ces m\u00eames portails selon M. Laloum. C&rsquo;est bien l\u00e0 le dilemme, car l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur veut pousser le client vers le num\u00e9rique, mais celui-ci pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le papier, lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s peu impliquantes (facture t\u00e9l\u00e9com, ou de services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques par exemple).<\/p>\n<p><b>Se d\u00e9barrasser des factures\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 ce que les \u00ab \u00e9metteurs \u00bb se d\u00e9chargent sur une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de service externe comme Gocad services, qui va agr\u00e9ger les flux et les factures de service et permettre aux consommateurs d&rsquo;avoir un acc\u00e8s unique \u00e0 cette information sur les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9metteurs qui les concernent. Ceci permet aux consommateurs d&rsquo;avoir un point d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces factures uniques (EDF, GDF et t\u00e9l\u00e9com etc.) et aux \u00e9metteurs de se d\u00e9barrasser du papier.<\/p>\n<p><b>Un enjeu d&rsquo;\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9finitive, en sus du papier, les \u00e9metteurs se d\u00e9barrassent de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de devoir \u00ab \u00e9duquer \u00bb leurs clients, et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services fran\u00e7aise se donne \u00ab de 36 mois \u00e0 cinq ans pour \u00e9vang\u00e9liser ce march\u00e9 \u00bb. Il va bien falloir cela dans l&rsquo;environnement conservateur, et vieillissant, qui est le n\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n<p><b>Auchan optimise son Community Management sur Facebook<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/auchan.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" align=\"left\" \/>Le groupe Auchan utilise Gocad aussi pour sa communication locale, un tout autre sujet. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services a con\u00e7u en effet un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;administration pour Facebook qui est de la plus grande utilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de distribution. Avec le syst\u00e8me Gocad, c&rsquo;est un connecteur pour chaque magasin qui est propos\u00e9, et qui permet \u00e0 Auchan de maximiser sa pr\u00e9sence sur Facebook et de v\u00e9ritablement optimiser sa relation commerciale en utilisant le fameux r\u00e9seau social. Le connecteur Gocad permet :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e0 chaque magasin de communiquer sur sa zone de chalandise de fa\u00e7on cibl\u00e9e, directement sur la page nationale, sans avoir \u00e0 multiplier les pages locales qui deviennent vite ing\u00e9rables ;<\/li>\n<li>de communiquer en ciblant les tranches d&rsquo;\u00e2ge et en offrant des messages personnalis\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>un workflow de validation de mod\u00e9ration qui permet d&rsquo;organiser le Community Management pour Auchan en conformit\u00e9 avec sa charte nationale. Le Community Management \u00e9tant directement op\u00e9r\u00e9 par les chefs de rayon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation\u2026 et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, m\u00e8nent \u00e0 tout, \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;avoir de la suite dans les id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>Gocad r\u00e9alise d\u00e9j\u00e0 8 millions d&rsquo;euros de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires sur les 90 millions du groupe en 2013, dont 3 \u00e0 5 % uniquement sur la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation, soit environ 2.5 \u00e0 4.5 millions d&rsquo;euros annuels. Le groupe Diffusion Plus a \u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9 mais est d\u00e9sormais retir\u00e9 de la bourse depuis 2012, car ce \u00ab cela \u00e9tait trop contraignant \u00bb. Gocad emploie 50 personnes et est bas\u00e9 \u00e0 S\u00e8vres dans les Hauts-de-Seine. Son site de production est situ\u00e9 en Normandie \u00e0 une heure de Paris. Ce march\u00e9 en France est largement domin\u00e9 par un poids-lourd, le groupe La Poste, mais des acteurs plus internationaux comme Pitney Bowles y sont aussi actifs.
