Tout ce que nous avons vu \u00e0 ce jour sont de simples banni\u00e8res vaguement adapt\u00e9es aux \u00e9crans mobiles qui d\u00e9tournent l\u2019attention des clients et les laissent partir une fois qu\u2019ils ont cliqu\u00e9 dessus. Pourtant, de nouveaux mod\u00e8les sont possibles et des outils existent, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de ce que fait <a href=\"http:\/\/boostcom.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boost Communications<\/a>, une entreprise norv\u00e9gienne dont l\u2019expansion sur le march\u00e9 britannique est en cours. Voici mon rapport de mon entretien avec un des fondateurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00d8ystein Skiri\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Boost Communications a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e il y a 13 ans et ses deux cofondateurs ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 tout de suite leur travail sur les mobiles, ce qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s visionnaire. Leur id\u00e9e \u00e9tait que \u00ab [ceux-ci] pouvaient utiliser ces appareils pour faire plus que passer des appels \u00bb. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les pionniers des solutions comme les SMS et les MMS d\u00e8s 1999. Un contexte dont je me souviens tr\u00e8s bien puisque j&rsquo;\u00e9tais \u00e9galement dans ce m\u00e9tier \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00ab le monde a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers le paysage des m\u00e9dias Paid\/Earned\/Owned, mais beaucoup de principes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9dict\u00e9s en cette p\u00e9riode sont encore valides \u00bb, a dit \u00d8ystein Skiri.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab On peut en effet augmenter le taux de clic \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des publicit\u00e9s et du marketing direct au travers de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;informations pertinentes, et du marketing de la permission \u00bb et, pour le dire franchement, au prix d\u2019un meilleur respect des utilisateurs. Ceci est exactement ce sur quoi les fondateurs de Boost Communications ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler d\u00e8s la fin des ann\u00e9es 90.<\/p>\n<p>Comme me le montre \u00d8ystein Skiri sur la photo ci-dessous, l&rsquo;entreprise a commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t avec l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que les clients devaient donner leur consentement \u00e0 propos des types d&rsquo;informations qu&rsquo;ils voulaient recevoir, avec quel degr\u00e9 de fr\u00e9quence et quelle pertinence par rapport \u00e0 leurs centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_44997\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-44997\" style=\"width: 644px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-44997 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dsc2678smallboost_thumb-e1600499862697.jpg\" alt=\"Boost publicit\u00e9 mobile\" width=\"644\" height=\"431\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-44997\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un des pionniers du marketing de la permission marketing \u2013 Skiri pointe du doigt un formulaire marketing orient\u00e9 sur la permission client datant de 2001 ; Seth Godin peut \u00eatre fier<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><b>le d\u00e9marchage marketing pas pr\u00e8s de dispara\u00eetre<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, m\u00eame avec plus de respect du client, \u00ab la prospection marketing est loin de dispara\u00eetre \u00bb pour reprendre les mots du fondateur de Boost. Le marketing doit \u00e9voluer, notamment sur le mobile o\u00f9 les taux de clics sur les banni\u00e8res sont tr\u00e8s inf\u00e9rieurs aux attentes du fait de l&rsquo;usage abusif des banni\u00e8res mobiles interruptives. \u00ab La consommation mobile a \u00e9volu\u00e9 \u00bb a ajout\u00e9 Skiri : \u00ab Maintenant que tout le monde utilise des smartphones et des tablettes, et que nous pouvons faire du display sur ces appareils, du rich m\u00e9dia et de la publicit\u00e9 les vid\u00e9os. Le probl\u00e8me est qu\u2019avec ces banni\u00e8res, quand l\u2019utilisateur clique il est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 quitter la page o\u00f9 il se trouve ; nous avons donc cr\u00e9\u00e9 un m\u00e9canisme \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la banni\u00e8re de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que celle-ci continue \u00e0 capter l&rsquo;attention du client. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement le sens dans lequel Boost Communications a innov\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant de nouvelles formes de banni\u00e8res d&rsquo;affichage diff\u00e9rentes. \u00ab Les banni\u00e8res de display ne marchent pas v\u00e9ritablement aujourd&rsquo;hui. La publicit\u00e9 sur mobile a besoin de monter d&rsquo;un cran au travers de la compr\u00e9hension, de l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation du contexte de lecture, de la localisation et de la compr\u00e9hension des usages d&rsquo;un client \u00bb Oystein Skiri a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Voici ce que j\u2019ai vu en termes d\u2019innovation dans le domaine de la banni\u00e8re sur mobile sur le stand de Boost :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tout d&rsquo;abord, un nouveau type de banni\u00e8res qui tournent sur elles-m\u00eames. Au travers de cette \u00ab publicit\u00e9 tournante \u00ab le taux de clic peut \u00eatre multipli\u00e9 par sept \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Skiri. Bien s\u00fbr, la banni\u00e8re r\u00e9elle peut \u00eatre plus petite que celle qui est affich\u00e9e sur cette photo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-44011 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dsc2679smallboost_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dsc2679smallboost_thumb.jpg 640w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dsc2679smallboost_thumb-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">[des banni\u00e8res mobiles qui font tourner les taux de clic 7 fois !]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les deux exemples suivants sont des banni\u00e8res interactives dans lesquelles les utilisateurs ne quittent pas l&rsquo;\u00e9cran mais interagissent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la banni\u00e8re directement, soit pour faire un jeu de grattage soit pour tirer un penalty sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cran. L&rsquo;application peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e telle quelle ou sous marque blanche. Les publicitaires et les agences adorent cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 et des clients finals du B2B peuvent \u00e9galement utiliser le logiciel directement. Cette technologie est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, elle produit des pages d&rsquo;atterrissage sur mobile en formats responsive design qui sont disponibles pour tous les types d&rsquo;\u00e9crans. Elle fut fond\u00e9e avec des capitaux norv\u00e9giens, et l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, elle a re\u00e7u un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire de 25 millions de couronnes norv\u00e9giennes.
