J&rsquo;ai ins\u00e9r\u00e9 ce caract\u00e8re sp\u00e9cial, juste apr\u00e8s mon pr\u00e9nom. Quand on prend contact de fa\u00e7on automatis\u00e9e, il est coutume de dire bonjour avec le pr\u00e9nom. Ainsi, quand quelqu&rsquo;un me dit \u00ab\u00a0Bonjour Bruno\u00a0\u00bb, avec l&#8217;emoji juste apr\u00e8s, je sais que c&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une automatisation, car aucun humain ne mettra un emoji s&rsquo;il \u00e9crit mon nom manuellement. Des utilisateurs se seraient fait bloquer leur compte \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un emoji dans leur nom [NDLR C&rsquo;est en fait une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/help\/linkedin\/answer\/a1337288\/names-allowed-on-profiles?lang=en-us&amp;intendedLocale=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e8gle officielle<\/a> du r\u00e9seau social].<\/p>\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas d&rsquo;avis tranch\u00e9 cependant. J&rsquo;ai plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 dire que si mes interlocuteurs sont sensibles aux emoji, je peux en mettre. S&rsquo;ils y sont r\u00e9fractaires, au contraire, il ne le faut pas. Mon profil et mes prises de parole appartiennent aux membres de mon r\u00e9seau, \u00e0 mon audience. Mais d&rsquo;autres sont venus les remplacer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>J&rsquo;ai vu des gens qui allaient jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9crire leur nom avec des caract\u00e8res bizarres&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/how-make-your-text-linkedin-bennett-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">texte Unicode<\/a>, une simulation de texte avec des caract\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciaux, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas du vrai texte et c&rsquo;est \u00e0 \u00e9viter absolument.<\/p>\n<p>Car le moteur de recherche, lui, se base sur du texte. Et si je transforme en texte Unicode mon pr\u00e9nom, mon nom ou mon accroche, o\u00f9 je mets des mots cl\u00e9s importants, je disparais du moteur de recherche. Notamment aux yeux des gens qui vont chercher mon expertise.<\/p>\n<h3>Que penses-tu de l&rsquo;automatisation dans LinkedIn ?<\/h3>\n<p>Une bonne automatisation ne se voit pas. C&rsquo;est une prise de contact personnalis\u00e9e, par exemple. Quand on la d\u00e9tecte, c&rsquo;est que c&rsquo;est mal fait. J&rsquo;en ai gard\u00e9 quelques-unes. Un indicateur est le nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs qui se plaignent ouvertement d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9march\u00e9s automatiquement. Et il est vrai qu&rsquo;on remarque qu&rsquo;il y a moins de plaintes en ce moment. Ils ont d&rsquo;autres sujets de m\u00e9contentement aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<h3>Quel est le principal sujet de grogne aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il y a l&rsquo;algorithme et la fa\u00e7on dont LinkedIn propose des contenus. Et beaucoup de plaintes sur une forme de contenu de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, avec beaucoup de baratin, sur des mod\u00e8les de \u00ab\u00a0copywriting\u00a0\u00bb tr\u00e8s format\u00e9s. Ces contenus sont souvent outranciers, et ne cherchent pas \u00e0 offrir de la valeur, ils ont pour but unique d&rsquo;offrir de la visibilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;amener des vues. Ces contenus-l\u00e0 sont clairement favoris\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui et sont plus visibles que les autres et les utilisateurs professionnels s&rsquo;en plaignent. Nous verrons si LinkedIn prend en compte aussi son audience et pas seulement les chiffres. Pourtant ce qui compte c&rsquo;est notre r\u00e9seau : avec qui nous sommes connect\u00e9s, comment nous construisons notre r\u00e9seau, quelle est ma ligne \u00e9ditoriale. Il n&rsquo;est nul besoin d&rsquo;avoir des milliards de vues pour faire du business. En fait, la vraie question c&rsquo;est de savoir ce que l&rsquo;on cherche sur LinkedIn. Le reste est de la litt\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelle est l&rsquo;audience LinkedIn la plus importante ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ce qu&rsquo;il faut avoir en t\u00eate, c&rsquo;est la majorit\u00e9 silencieuse<\/strong>. Au-del\u00e0 du nombre de vues, de commentaires et de likes. La majorit\u00e9 silencieuse, ce sont des gens qui ne veulent pas interagir ouvertement dans LinkedIn. Tout y est public, ils ne veulent rien montrer \u00e0 leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Si je like un contenu sur LinkedIn, tout le monde le sait et ils ne veulent pas qu&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue, un client ou leur patron le sache. Mais peu importe, ils vont te lire, t&rsquo;\u00e9couter, te rep\u00e9rer et te recommander. Mais ils vont parler de toi autour d&rsquo;eux, dans la vraie vie. Tu recevras des appels, et non des m\u00e9triques propres \u00e0 LinkedIn. Par contre, tu feras plus de business.<\/p>\n<p>Les quatre derniers contacts business que j&rsquo;ai eus sont arriv\u00e9s uniquement au travers de la recommandation au travers de LinkedIn et dans la vraie vie. Et non parce que j&rsquo;ai fait une publication racoleuse sur ma vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>LinkedIn, un outil de networking avec ses audiences<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Pour moi, il faut avoir un objectif de contacts individuels. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que tu vas faire du business. Il faut sortir de LinkedIn pour rencontrer des gens dans la vraie vie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En revanche, ce que je constate, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il faut d\u00e9sormais produire un effort plus important pour rester dans cette dynamique de networking. Car tous ces messages priv\u00e9s prennent de la place, du temps et de l&rsquo;attention. Il faut donc rester concentr\u00e9 et fournir un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire pour sortir de la sph\u00e8re du divertissement. Une sph\u00e8re o\u00f9 on publie et se querelle sans fin, et o\u00f9 on tombe dans les pi\u00e8ges de l&rsquo;addiction que nous tendent les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
