Sinc\u00e8rement c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le meilleur bouquin qu&rsquo;on ait \u00e9crit avec Herv\u00e9. Une v\u00e9ritable somme de la strat\u00e9gie digitale dans tous les secteurs et sous beaucoup d&rsquo;aspects.<\/p>\n<h3>Si l&rsquo;on apprend de ses erreurs, nous avons beaucoup appris<\/h3>\n<p>Mais \u00e7a a fait flop ! Nous nous \u00e9tions tromp\u00e9s dans le choix du titre. Le livre aurait d\u00fb s&rsquo;appeler <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2023\/05\/transformation-numerique\/\">la transformation digitale<\/a> expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait dans l&rsquo;air du temps \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque. On apprend tous les jours. Et c&rsquo;est un peu rageant vu le travail que ce bouquin avait demand\u00e9. D&rsquo;ailleurs je me demande encore comment on faisait avec les clients, les employ\u00e9s, les sites \u00e0 maintenir, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e j&rsquo;ai donc remis le couvert avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAAmnl8BSLRwlIJ0alfhQDzX5hSiAFeE9nA\" data-attribute-index=\"2\" data-entity-type=\"MINI_PROFILE\">Hubert Kratiroff<\/a>. Puis pour le lancement en d\u00e9but 2024 nous irons faire la f\u00eate \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/librairie-eyrolles\/\" data-attribute-index=\"9\" data-entity-type=\"MINI_COMPANY\">Librairie Eyrolles<\/a> Boulevard St Germain \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;objectif : une somme sur le marketing digital<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons mis le paquet avec Hubert. Environ 300-350 pages (le nombre exact d\u00e9pend de la mise en page on ne peut pas le savoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance), plus de 80 visuels que l&rsquo;on pourra t\u00e9l\u00e9charger dans un fichier PowerPoint (oui, oui, m\u00eame pas un PDF, c&rsquo;est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAAttoAB2v2gaMaX1ThU7n7f4d0AjAHNe_c\" data-attribute-index=\"11\" data-entity-type=\"MINI_PROFILE\">Pierre-Philippe Cormeraie<\/a> qui nous avait donn\u00e9 cette id\u00e9e en 2013, maintenant c&rsquo;est une tradition).<\/p>\n<p>Et il y aura aussi environ 35 exercices (il y a 37 chapitres), autant d&rsquo;encadr\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0mise en pratique\u00a0\u00bb et d&rsquo;autres encadr\u00e9s explicatifs dans tous les sens. \u00a0\u00c0 cela ajoutez des centaines de liens et de notes explicatives (j&rsquo;ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 de compter apr\u00e8s 450).<\/p>\n<p>Et n&rsquo;oublions pas la <a href=\"https:\/\/vismktg.info\/MDAZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">playlist YouTube<\/a> et une \u00ab\u00a0classification\u00a0\u00bb (dans le langage du Web on appelle \u00e7a une taxinomie mais il para\u00eet que peu de gens savent ce que c&rsquo;est, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est un terme courant en sciences et aussi en informatique).<\/p>\n<p>Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau, un \u00e9nooooooorme glossaire du marketing digital de 480 (sic !) entr\u00e9es qu&rsquo;on pourra t\u00e9l\u00e9charger sur Visionary Marketing et m\u00eame bient\u00f4t consulter directement sur notre <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/01\/glossaire-critique-marketing-b2b\/\">glossaire<\/a> en ligne. Chacun en a sa d\u00e9finition et le spectre du marketing num\u00e9rique peut \u00eatre extr\u00eamement large. On pourrait m\u00eame lui ajouter tous les domaines li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;informatique aux marTechs, aux SalesTechs, et \u00e0 toutes les XXXTechs, ce qui nous emm\u00e8nerait tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s loin.<\/p>\n<p>Il a donc fallu faire des choix dans notre livre et nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9, pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00eatre trop superficiels ou d&rsquo;oublier trop de choses, de poursuivre la discussion en ligne avec des experts du domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, nous allons aborder les sujets comme le CRM, qui sont assez sp\u00e9cifiques. Ce sujet, nous le connaissons bien Hubert et moi, et Visionary Marketing le couvre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Nous nous \u00e9crivons aussi des <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2023\/08\/solution-crm-new\/\">articles sur ce sujet<\/a>.
