Le g\u00e9ant am\u00e9ricain de la technologie* a fait des annonces majeures lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. En Grande-Bretagne, une livre sterling sur quatre est d\u00e9pens\u00e9e en ligne. En d\u2019autres termes, le commerce \u00e9lectronique repr\u00e9sente <strong>25\u00a0% de l\u2019ensemble du commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/strong>\u2009!<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi la demande de cr\u00e9ation de contenus est plus importante que jamais, et avec l\u2019\u00e9mergence de cette nouvelle <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/en\/2022\/11\/dall-e-2-ai-redesign-for-companies\/\">l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/a>, elle est \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr] Adobe Summit 2023 matin\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OnWoZBQyvFM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Les d\u00e9fis du marketing de demain<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u0153il nu, cela peut sembler inqui\u00e9tant pour les professionnels du marketing en poste. Une fois cette technologie mise entre toutes les mains, tout le monde ou presque peut devenir un cr\u00e9ateur de contenu.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la strat\u00e9gie de contenus, c\u2019est une autre histoire.<\/p>\n<p>Si on la regarde d\u2019un \u0153il positif, l\u2019\u00e9mergence de ces outils dans une perspective marketing constitue une avanc\u00e9e majeure. Cela signifie que les marketeurs devront se former et faire \u00e9voluer leurs comp\u00e9tences en la mati\u00e8re. Ils devront notamment s\u2019approprier ces nouveaux outils et affiner leurs comp\u00e9tences cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>L\u2019IA ne fera pas le travail \u00e0 notre place. Elle nous permettra de faire de nouvelles choses qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas possibles auparavant<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c0 condition de l\u2019utiliser de mani\u00e8re responsable. Adobe a justement adopt\u00e9 une approche responsable et respectueuse de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative dans ses outils en se basant sur sa propre base de donn\u00e9es d\u2019une part, et d\u2019autre part en imposant la transparence \u00e0 Adobe Firefly par l\u2019adjonction automatique d\u2019un filigrane.<\/p>\n<h3>Publicis et sa content supply chain<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre annonce qui nous a enthousiasm\u00e9s, c\u2019est celle de l\u2019annonce d\u2019un projet commun entre Publicis et Adobe, appel\u00e9 la plate-forme PX. L\u2019objectif de cette plate-forme est de fournir aux cr\u00e9ateurs une base solide o\u00f9 ils peuvent planifier, cr\u00e9er et ensuite mettre en \u0153uvre du contenu en utilisant la suite logicielle d\u2019Adobe alli\u00e9e avec la port\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es de Publicis.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.publicissapient.fr\/partnerships\/adobe\">Adobe et Publicis ont un partenariat de longue date align\u00e9 sur notre mission commune d\u2019aider les marques du monde entier \u00e0 offrir des exp\u00e9riences plus personnalis\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs clients.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u2019objectif de la cr\u00e9ation de cette plate-forme, selon Shantanu Narayen, PDG d\u2019Adobe. En s\u2019associant \u00e0 Adobe, Publicis utilisera sa plate-forme de gestion de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement du contenu pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin croissant de cr\u00e9ation de contenu. Cette plate-forme omnicanale pourrait ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour simplifier le processus de diffusion du contenu aux consommateurs, et le partenariat permettrait aux cr\u00e9ateurs de contenu d\u2019atteindre de nouveaux sommets.<\/p>\n<p>En substance, tout cela signifie l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre fonction marketing et de nos emplois.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 structur\u00e9 des enseignements \u00e0 tirer de ce Summit\u00a02023<\/h4>\n<p>Voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 plus structur\u00e9 des enseignements tir\u00e9s de ce Summit.<\/p>\n<p>\u2757 Apr\u00e8s une attente de quatre ans, on s\u2019attend \u00e0 un sommet tr\u00e8s important avec des annonces tr\u00e8s fortes et =&gt; r\u00e9invention de notre fonction de marketing, notamment pour la cr\u00e9ation de contenus<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Premi\u00e8re chose, apr\u00e8s le Covid c\u2019est l\u2019essor de l\u2019e-commerce au \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7. C&rsquo;est 1\u00a0\u00a3 sur quatre qui est d\u00e9pens\u00e9e en ligne, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire 25\u00a0%. C&rsquo;est \u00e9norme !!! On en est loin en France, mais on va y arriver aussi.<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 La demande en production de contenus personnalis\u00e9s (pas du contenu de base, mais du contenu qui int\u00e9resse le consommateur) est gigantesque. x 2\ufe0f\u20e3 dans les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, x 5\ufe0f\u20e3 dans les deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. Donc, il faut s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 avoir un challenge \u00e9norme pour les marketeurs, car il va falloir monter en charge.<\/p>\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Et pour \u00e7a, il y a des outils qui arrivent, des outils d&rsquo;IA et ce sont de grosses annonces. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;inclusion d\u2019Adobe Firefly \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d\u2019Adobe Express, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;IA dans pratiquement tous les outils, \u00e0 commencer par Photoshop. 200 millions de photos qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites avec l&rsquo;IA au travers de Photoshop en deux semaines \u00e0 peine, c&rsquo;est extraordinaire \u2757<\/p>\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Et puis l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;un workflow de contenus une sorte de supply chain du contenu qui va permettre de rassembler tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion les marketeurs vont devoir monter en comp\u00e9tence. Et il faut donc s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 de grands changements dans nos m\u00e9tiers !<\/p>\n<h4>Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9but et non une fin<\/h4>\n<h4>Et maintenant la 2e partie de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr]\u00a0Adobe Summit apr\u00e8s-midi recap\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qdTKEue_XGM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui pensent que l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative va faire le travail \u00e0 leur place&#8230; D\u00e9sol\u00e9, les nouvelles vont \u00eatre d\u00e9cevantes. Je pense tout le contraire. Certes cela acc\u00e9l\u00e9rera certaines t\u00e2ches r\u00e9barbatives, mais il faudra que les marketeurs montent encore plus en comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Tout\u00a0le contraire de ce qu&rsquo;on entend et je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 parier<br \/>\n\u00a310 chez Labrokes pour \u00e7a (et je ne suis pas tr\u00e8s joueur).<\/p>\n<p>Voici mon r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi de la 2e journ\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=adobesummitemea&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7073920282444328960\" data-attribute-index=\"0\">#AdobeSummitEMEA<\/a> en tant que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=adobepartner&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7073920282444328960\" data-attribute-index=\"1\">#Adobepartner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On va retrouver des choses \u00e9voqu\u00e9es dans la 1re vid\u00e9o, mais avec d&rsquo;autres \u00e9tudes tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 D&rsquo;abord \u00e0 la personnalisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle. Une confirmation de l&rsquo;obligation de ce changement impos\u00e9 par les consommateurs, notamment les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, avec un rejet des segments, d\u00e9j\u00e0 identifi\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier par Adobe.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;an dernier c&rsquo;\u00e9tait les consommateurs qui refusaient qu&rsquo;on les classe par g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Ils refusent les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes. Donc, attention ! Oui \u00e0 la data marketing, pas au data labelling. Soyez humains !<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/e2RZvCtV\" data-attribute-index=\"2\">https:\/\/lnkd.in\/e2RZvCtV<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Deux \u00e9tudes tr\u00e8s importantes<\/h4>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Une \u00e9tude sur la CX et la personnalisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par Forrester sur une \u00e9norme cohorte. Elle montre que cette personnalisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle n&rsquo;est pas seulement une question de B2C, mais est encore plus urgente en B2B, ce qui me para\u00eet logique.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/vismktg.info\/perso\" data-attribute-index=\"3\">https:\/\/vismktg.info\/perso<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Une \u00e9tude de 2023 d\u2019Econsultancy r\u00e9alis\u00e9e apr\u00e8s de 11\u202f000 d\u00e9cideurs d&rsquo;entreprises sur l&rsquo;importance du contenu confirme l\u2019importance du contenu d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e dans l\u2019autre vid\u00e9o. 89 % des r\u00e9pondants la confirment. Mais 28 % seulement s&rsquo;estiment capables de satisfaire les clients \/ audiences avec leurs contenus. Comme je le disais dans la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente vid\u00e9o, il y a une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 forte de monter en comp\u00e9tence dans ce domaine. Et il y a comme qui dirait un gap dans beaucoup de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui cherchent \u00e0 muscler leurs \u00e9quipes de contenus.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/ei9GRGJA\" data-attribute-index=\"4\">https:\/\/lnkd.in\/ei9GRGJA<\/a><br \/>\net <a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/eTx6NViK\" data-attribute-index=\"5\">https:\/\/lnkd.in\/eTx6NViK<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Dans ce sens, deux annonces importantes, la premi\u00e8re d&rsquo;Adobe sur le Content Supply Chain management. Ces changements bien que tr\u00e8s rapides se mettront en place au fur et \u00e0 mesure. On va retrouver ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments au travers de tous les outils marketing et creative cloud. Notre m\u00e9tier de marketeur change. Il va falloir monter d&rsquo;un cran parce que l&rsquo;IA ne fera pas le travail \u00e0 notre place. Au contraire, elle va nous en donner encore plus.
