Or d\u00e9finir le marketing digital est bien plus complexe que ce que l\u2019on pourrait penser au prime abord. Je propose que nous utilisions cette d\u00e9finition comme point de d\u00e9part. Le marketing digital est donc dans ce cas celui qui se rapporte \u00e0 cette forme de digital d\u00e9crite par Herv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Une autre d\u00e9finition<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>HK <\/strong>Je n\u2019avais pas la m\u00eame d\u00e9finition, je peux vous en proposer une autre. Pour moi, \u00ab\u2009c\u2019est l\u2019utilisation de tous les outils modernes \u00e0 disposition des marketeurs, des communicants et des vendeurs qui vont permettre de d\u00e9cupler la puissance des messages\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour nous, le marketing digital a une vocation \u00e0 faire cro\u00eetre l\u2019entreprise, une vocation \u00e0 mieux servir les clients<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs la raison pour laquelle nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9marrer le livre par <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2023\/03\/livre-marketing-digital\/\">une partie compl\u00e8te sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour faire tout simple et reprendre le titre du livre, utiliser les outils depuis l\u2019e-mail, par exemple, le plus basique des outils digitaux jusqu\u2019aux plus complexes.<\/p>\n<h4>La satisfaction client au c\u0153ur<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On va, par exemple, parler de cryptomonnaies et de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2023\/05\/la-vague-web3-tsunami-ou-vaguelette\/\">Web3<\/a>. Mais quand nous en parlons, c\u2019est dans le cadre de la <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/05\/satisfaction-client-mesurer\/\">satisfaction client<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutes ces op\u00e9rations digitales rentrent dans le cadre du marketing. On peut pratiquer ce marketing digital m\u00eame si on vend un produit tout \u00e0 fait classique qui existe depuis un si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<h4>Tous les produits et services peuvent tirer parti du marketing digital<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prenons les bagages, prenons des produits de beaut\u00e9, prenons des parfums, prenons des meubles. Ce sont ces produits basiques, vendus dans les r\u00e9seaux physiques et en e-commerce.
