Cette interview est cependant le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une coupe assez radicale dans un ensemble beaucoup plus ambitieux, qui pr\u00e9figure ce que sera <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>notre futur ouvrage<\/em> Le Marketing Digital Expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 Mon Boss<em> qui sortira mi 2013 aux \u00e9ditions Kawa<\/em><\/a><em>. Pourquoi une association des professionnels des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise (Media Aces), quels sont ses objectifs ? Ses r\u00e9alisations ? Ses projets ?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cette association est n\u00e9e de ma participation \u00e0 la grande association am\u00e9ricaine <a href=\"http:\/\/socialmedia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">socialmedia.org<\/a> d\u2019Andy Sernovitz, le Pape du Marketing du bouche \u00e0 oreille<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"\/Users\/Yann\/SkyDrive\/____onthego\/___1.media-aces\/#_ftn1_2892\">[1]<\/span>. J\u2019ai rejoint cette association en 2008 car il n\u2019y avait pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque d\u2019entit\u00e9s o\u00f9 les professionnels pouvaient \u00e9changer sur les sujets des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise sur un plan d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et dans un environnement non commercial.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai propos\u00e9 \u00e0 Andy de cr\u00e9er l\u2019\u00e9quivalent en Europe et il a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 que nous cr\u00e9ions notre propre structure. En 2009 j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/hervekabla.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Herv\u00e9 Kabla<\/a> lors d\u2019une interview car il \u00e9tait lui aussi int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par les travaux de cette association. Nous avons vite d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous associer et de cr\u00e9er Media Aces qui regroupe aujourd\u2019hui une cinquantaine de marques, JC Decaux \u00e9tant la derni\u00e8re \u00e0 nous avoir rejoints.<\/p>\n<p><em>(note : en fait, depuis l\u2019interview, <\/em><em>Coop de France<\/em><em> a \u00e9galement adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019association)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019association a plusieurs buts : Le networking, l\u2019entraide et les conf\u00e9rences. Herv\u00e9 et moi avons \u00e9galement dirig\u00e9 et co-\u00e9crit un ouvrage collectif intitul\u00e9 <i>les m\u00e9dias sociaux expliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 mon boss<\/i><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"\/Users\/Yann\/SkyDrive\/____onthego\/___1.media-aces\/#_ftn2_2892\"><i><b>[2]<\/b><\/i><\/span> qui s\u2019est largement vendu dans les entreprises, uniquement par bouche \u00e0 oreille, via la promotion que nous en avons faite via les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le livre, comme nos conf\u00e9rences, laisse une large place \u00e0 nos membres qui y t\u00e9moignent sous forme d\u2019interviews. Media Aces est une association qui a beaucoup fait pour l\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation en entreprise, en promouvant un parler vrai et un marketing \u00e9thique sans concessions, dans la droite ligne du travail de Sernovitz. Le 11 Octobre, nous avons re\u00e7u le prix du livre influent dans la cat\u00e9gorie <i>ouvrages pratiques<\/i>, suite \u00e0 un vote en ligne organis\u00e9 par le Hub Forum, confirm\u00e9 par un vote \u00e0 bulletin secret du jury du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00e9v\u00e9nement de la communication digitale. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de voir notre travail r\u00e9compens\u00e9 ainsi, et cela montre l\u2019utilit\u00e9 de cette association sur le plan de l\u2019\u00e9duction, de l\u2019incitation et de l\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation.
