La route est donc plus longue.<\/p>\n<h4>Bien comprendre la vague\u00a0Web3<\/h4>\n<p>Mais si elle reste bien organis\u00e9e, bien manag\u00e9e, en se donnant comme point de d\u00e9part la compr\u00e9hension de cette vague\u00a0Web3, puis en mettant les outils en place, la tortue peut y arriver.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019oublions pas que si les start-ups sont jeunes et ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019id\u00e9es, elles peuvent aussi s\u2019\u00e9parpiller en route, faire une petite pause \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 en sachant qu\u2019elles ont de l\u2019avance et finalement perdre la course.<\/p>\n<h3><b>L<\/b>es grosses entreprises du CAC 40 sont-elles plut\u00f4t sceptiques ou pragmatiques\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SG <\/strong>Tout d\u00e9pend de la direction de l\u2019entreprise. Il y a plusieurs cas de figure, similaires \u00e0 ce que j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 avec les versions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes du Web.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On a des personnes qui poussent les portes et qui disent \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est super ce que tu me racontes, on va y aller \u00e0 fond\u2009!\u2009\u00bb, ce sont les avant-gardistes.<\/li>\n<li>On a les pragmatiques qui me disent \u00ab\u2009Oulala\u2009! Attention, je veux comprendre quels sont les risques\u2026\u2009\u00bb, c&rsquo;est compr\u00e9hensible. Cela implique une acculturation, qu\u2019on analyse les risques et les opportunit\u00e9s. Et quand ils sont pr\u00eats, on d\u00e9clenche le projet.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, on a les sceptiques, qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en retard sur \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de chantiers. Certains clients sont encore \u00e0 la tra\u00eene sur l\u2019e-commerce. Cela peut se comprendre. Quand on leur parle de NFT, ils n\u2019y comprennent rien, alors qu\u2019il y a beaucoup de projets \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parmi les avant-gardistes, on trouve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artefact.nyc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artefact<\/a> (qui fait des sneakers virtuels) ou Nike (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/05\/26\/style\/nike-nft-sneaker.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qui a vendu un NFT de basket pour 134\u2009000\u00a0$<\/a>). C\u2019est logique puisque leur client\u00e8le s\u2019\u00e9tablit d\u00e8s le coll\u00e8ge. Leur langage est d\u00e9j\u00e0 digital, avec le Web3, ils sont encore plus en lien avec ces consommateurs. Le luxe est \u00e9galement de la partie. Ces mod\u00e8les sont plus simples et naturels pour certaines entreprises.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Pour les banques, La Poste, etc. c\u2019est plus compliqu\u00e9 et moins naturel<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Herm\u00e8s n\u2019a-t-il pas rat\u00e9 le coche en faisant un proc\u00e8s \u00e0 Mason Rothschild\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SG <\/strong>Je pense qu&rsquo;un artiste n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour \u00eatre rachet\u00e9 par une grande entreprise. M\u00eame si cet artiste est un opportuniste. Donc finalement, qui est le gagnant dans l\u2019histoire\u2009?<\/p>\n<p>Moi, je veux bien plagier ou en tout cas faire une contrefa\u00e7on virtuelle d\u2019un sac Kelly et toucher 1,1\u00a0million de $ et rembourser 100\u2009000\u00a0$.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui concerne leur image de marque, je pense qu\u2019ils ont bien fait de faire ce proc\u00e8s cependant. Parce que les maisons de luxe luttent depuis des ann\u00e9es contre la contrefa\u00e7on. L\u2019usage du Metaverse est port\u00e9 par le monde du gaming. Donc quelque part, c\u2019est le signe de la croyance que le m\u00e9tavers n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un effet de mode. Quand on voit les sommes investies (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/technology\/2023\/may\/15\/eu-approves-microsoft-takeover-activision-blizzard-call-of-duty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">69\u00a0milliards de $<\/a>), c\u2019est que l\u2019investisseur va demander un retour sur investissement.<\/p>\n<p>En m\u00eame temps Call of Duty ou Candy Crush sont des jeux extr\u00eamement populaires et qui touchent diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019utilisateurs. Pas simplement des adolescents.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge des gamers est de 39\u00a0ans \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s. Que ce soit sur mobile ou sur console, il y a \u00e0 la fois un engouement et un business fou<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Blockchain DAO, Metaverse, NFT\u2026 Lequel de ces vocables repr\u00e9sente le mieux le Web3\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SG <\/strong>Ce livre s\u2019adresse \u00e9videmment aux marketeurs, aux dirigeants, qui ma\u00eetrisent les codes du marketing. Cependant, il faut rentrer aussi dans la technologie sinon on ne peut pas comprendre le Web3. Mais nous avons pr\u00e9vu aussi des encarts plus sociologiques ou des r\u00e9flexions plus philosophiques sur le comportement du consommateur.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Si je devais garder un seul mot, c\u2019est la colonne vert\u00e9brale du Web3, c\u2019est la blockchain<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Cette vague\u00a0Web3\u00a0: Tsunami ou vaguelette\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SG <\/strong>En 2021, Beeple vend le premier <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/01\/vente-d-art-nft\/\">NFT artistique<\/a> pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/03\/11\/arts\/design\/nft-auction-christies-beeple.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">69\u00a0millions de $<\/a>. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur, un s\u00e9isme, personne ne l\u2019a vu venir.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019oc\u00e9an est calme et d\u2019un seul coup, les plaques terrestres du Web3 commencent \u00e0 bouger. Puis une vague se forme au loin. On la regarde, puis la suivante et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>On attend sur la plage on voit cette vague grossir et si l\u2019on n\u2019est pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 courir, ou \u00e0 trouver un moyen de prendre sa planche pour surfer, ce n\u2019est pas bon signe\u2009!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est cette m\u00e9taphore que nous voulions mettre en place avec tous les \u00e9pisodes qui sont derri\u00e8re.
