Il n\u2019est pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre un expert en marketing pour le faire.<\/p>\n<h3>Solocal est-il encore une alternative\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB<\/strong> On ne dispose pas de beaucoup de chiffres sur Solocal (PagesJaunes)*. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.searchenginejournal.com\/google-local-pack\/463476\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google local pack<\/a> est quant \u00e0 lui fort bien fait.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le \u00ab\u2009Google Map Pack\u2009\u00bb (ou Google Local Map Pack) est une section importante des r\u00e9sultats de recherche locale de Google qui pr\u00e9sente les listes locales les mieux class\u00e9es pour votre lieu de r\u00e9sidence ou le lieu de recherche<br \/>\nSearchEngineJournal.com<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La force de Google, depuis des ann\u00e9es, consiste \u00e0 proposer une exp\u00e9rience personnalis\u00e9e et fiable. Notre exp\u00e9rience avec les clients qui sont sur Solocal nous apprend que leur annuaire n\u2019est pas toujours mis \u00e0 jour correctement, qu\u2019il y a des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9volu\u00e9, mais que leur fiche n\u2019est pas \u00e0 jour, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Si Google a tout mang\u00e9, pourquoi \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent ailleurs\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB<\/strong> La r\u00e9ponse est simple. C\u2019est une r\u00e8gle classique du marketing digital. S\u2019il faut bien entendu \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent sur la plateforme la plus importante, Google, il faut n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est toute la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle font face les \u00e9quipes marketing et les entrepreneurs. C\u2019est d\u2019arriver \u00e0 trouver du temps, des ressources, de l\u2019argent pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent un maximum sur l\u2019ensemble des leviers.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut bien entendu \u00e9viter d\u2019activer les leviers qui ne sont pas rentables. Il faut tout mesurer.<\/p>\n<p>Digitaleo accompagne de gros r\u00e9seaux de vente de 20\u00a0points de vente \u00e0 5\u2009000 ou plus. Nous constatons qu\u2019il y a un vrai enjeu d\u2019accompagnement pour ces clients, en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la pr\u00e9sence locale.<\/p>\n<p>Or souvent, les \u00e9quipes marketing, m\u00eame structur\u00e9es, sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des plateformes diff\u00e9rentes, qui r\u00e9clament des expertises particuli\u00e8res. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que nous entrons en jeu, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plateforme unique qui permettra de partager cette expertise et permettre au distributeur d\u2019aller au-del\u00e0 de Google My Business.<\/p>\n<h3>Faut-il encore maintenir un store locator sur son site web\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB<\/strong> C\u2019est pour moi un sujet majeur. Si ceci a l\u2019air simple en apparence, ce n\u2019est pas si facile que \u00e7a \u00e0 activer pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>La premi\u00e8re, c\u2019est la n\u00e9cessaire et parfaite ma\u00eetrise des rouages du store locator<\/strong>. Un store locator ce n\u2019est pas juste avoir une carte avec des points de vente, c\u2019est aussi g\u00e9rer les attentes de Google du point de vue du SEO.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deuxi\u00e8mement, la ma\u00eetrise technique<\/strong>. On aura besoin d\u2019un \u00ab\u2009dev\u2009\u00bb a minima, ou d\u2019installer des plug-ins sur ton sur son CMS et de faire dialoguer les diff\u00e9rents outils.<\/li>\n<li>Et <strong>troisi\u00e8mement, un enjeu de web marketing important<\/strong>. Derri\u00e8re un store locator, il faut capter les contacts entrants. L\u2019utilisateur va cliquer sur un point de vente \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Dans la foul\u00e9e, le webmarketeur va essayer de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ce contact en lui proposant une landing page ultra personnalis\u00e9e avec possibilit\u00e9 de prendre un rendez-vous ou de le bloquer directement dans un agenda. D\u2019un point de vue business et marketing, c\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement incontournable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux activent bien \u00e9videmment leur store locator. Parce qu\u2019en termes m\u00eame d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, c\u2019est vraiment un outil tr\u00e8s puissant.<\/p>\n<h3>Il faut donc savoir tout faire\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB<\/strong> Absolument\u2009! Soit vous avez une \u00e9quipe structur\u00e9e en interne pour le faire, soit il faut aller chercher de l\u2019accompagnement. Il faut personnaliser ses pages, ma\u00eetriser ses co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment faire si on est petit et peu dou\u00e9 en informatique\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB<\/strong> \u00c9videmment, quand on commence \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper sa visibilit\u00e9, il faut fournir des informations sur diff\u00e9rentes plateformes et cela devient rapidement chronophage.<\/p>\n<p>Et il n\u2019y a pas que les horaires. Il y a aussi les images, les logos, la charte graphique. Et les points de vente veulent pouvoir ma\u00eetriser l\u2019ensemble de ces informations.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019il existe des outils pour modifier \u00e0 un endroit ces informations et les r\u00e9percuter de mani\u00e8re automatique sur l\u2019ensemble des annuaires et de ses points de vente.<\/p>\n<p>Un de nos clients a 1\u2009500\u00a0points de vente. Pendant la crise du Covid, nous avons d\u00fb g\u00e9rer des changements d\u2019horaires toutes les semaines. Avec un outil de gestion de la pr\u00e9sence locale, on a pu le faire en cinq minutes. Et cela envoyait automatiquement toutes les modifications au travers de l\u2019API Google.<\/p>\n<h3>TPE et PME, bons \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la pr\u00e9sence locale\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SB <\/strong>On ne va pas se mentir. Les TPE et les PME, m\u00eame si elles ont mis le turbo depuis le Covid, ont beaucoup de retard. Alors pourquoi sont-elles en retard\u2009? D\u2019abord du fait d\u2019un manque d\u2019expertise marketing. C\u2019est un sujet \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re et on voit bien que \u00e7a peut \u00eatre complexe parfois. M\u00eame s\u2019il existe des outils qui permettent de gagner du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Les choses s\u2019am\u00e9liorent cependant pour trois raisons\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019\u00c9tat a quand m\u00eame mis les moyens sur les TPE et PME. Ainsi plusieurs centaines de millions d\u2019euros depuis 2020 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique des petites entreprises. Dans le domaine de la restauration, il y a eu une grosse demande. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s par beaucoup de points de vente qui voulaient d\u00e9velopper leur site web et commencer \u00e0 mettre en place des solutions. On n\u2019avait jamais vu cela avant.<\/li>\n<li>Le deuxi\u00e8me point important, c\u2019est que les professionnels comme nous avons mieux cern\u00e9 les besoins. Nous sommes all\u00e9s \u00e0 la rencontre des points de vente, nous les avons interrog\u00e9s sur leurs probl\u00e9matiques. Et nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des solutions qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 leur quotidien.<\/li>\n<li>Google l\u2019a compris aussi depuis 2012, qui a commenc\u00e9 aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9mocratiser le marketing num\u00e9rique. Ils ont commenc\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant le premier atelier Google avec de la formation gratuite aupr\u00e8s des TPE \u00e0 Rennes.
