Or, ce n\u2019est pas toujours le cas<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Une<\/span><\/span> grande partie des exp\u00e9riences positives provient des interactions avec d\u2019autres personnes. En effet, de nombreuses entreprises tentent d\u2019\u00e9liminer ces \u00e9changes en passant au tout num\u00e9rique, sans se rendre compte que les gens veulent interagir avec les entreprises. Cette digitalisation est parfois faite pour des raisons valables, mais le plus souvent, elle est source de perte de temps. Car lorsque nous essayons de cr\u00e9er artificiellement ces \u00ab\u2009<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/en\/2020\/11\/sxo-user-experience\/\">moments de v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/a>\u2009\u00bb, ils entravent la communication.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u2019est-ce qui pousse les entreprises \u00e0 digitaliser \u00e0 outrance\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019une des principales motivations est que cela va permettre aux entreprises d\u2019\u00e9conomiser beaucoup d\u2019argent, de sorte que nous n\u2019aurons plus besoin de personnel en contact avec la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Or, r\u00e9p\u00e9tons-le, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve une grande partie de la valeur. Les donn\u00e9es qu\u2019il apprend de vous individuellement lui permettent de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos besoins. <\/span><\/span>Il s\u2019agit donc de sentir le besoin et d\u2019y apporter une r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n<p>Un tel outil intelligent peut comprendre ce que les clients veulent \u00e0 un moment pr\u00e9cis et agir en cons\u00e9quence. L<\/span><\/span>e contexte num\u00e9rique consiste en fait \u00e0 comprendre \u00ab\u2009ce que j\u2019essaie d\u2019accomplir en ce moment, et cela n\u00e9cessite l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 toutes les donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques existantes qui expliqueront quel mode une entreprise peut utiliser pour am\u00e9liorer son exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de services bancaires ou d\u2019achats en ligne, par exemple\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me de la plupart des entreprises est qu\u2019elles n\u2019ont pas de donn\u00e9es. Et sans elles, elles ne peuvent offrir aucune exp\u00e9rience, car elles n\u2019ont pas de contexte digital.<\/p>\n<p>Mon client Carnival Corporation en est un bon exemple. Il fait bon usage des contextes num\u00e9riques. La compagnie de croisi\u00e8res a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un outil num\u00e9rique appel\u00e9 Ocean Medallion (voir la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous).<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un dispositif qui lui permet de comprendre votre contexte num\u00e9rique pendant votre croisi\u00e8re. Ils peuvent reconna\u00eetre chaque individu. Chaque employ\u00e9 dispose d\u2019une tablette. Lorsque vous vous approchez, affiche votre photo et les informations vous concernant afin de pouvoir vous saluer par votre nom. Elle multipliera ainsi le nombre de t\u00e2ches que l\u2019entreprise peut accomplir pour votre b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. Cela signifie que l\u2019on personnalise et qu\u2019on s\u2019adapte \u00e0 vous et rapidement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, Alexa ou Google Home. Et m\u00eame un peu \u00ab\u2009effrayant\u2009\u00bb. Il ne faut recourir aux exp\u00e9riences extraordinaires que lorsque la personne le souhaite et de la mani\u00e8re dont elle le souhaite. Et de ne pas s\u2019immiscer dans la vie d\u2019un consommateur \u00e0 son insu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, il sera n\u00e9cessaire de se poser et de se demander si le client veut poursuivre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.
