Cela ne s\u2019improvise pas, il faut r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir un tant soit peu, avant de se mettre au travail en ligne. Cela n\u2019interdit pas la spontan\u00e9it\u00e9, bien au contraire. Mais il faut n\u00e9anmoins se pr\u00e9parer avant.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, il est important de se fixer un objectif et celui-ci sera bien diff\u00e9rent si on est une petite entreprise ou un ind\u00e9pendant ou une grande entreprise du CAC 40.<\/p>\n<h3>De l\u2019objectif de son \u00e9v\u00e9nement<\/h3>\n<p>Cet objectif pourra \u00eatre la notori\u00e9t\u00e9, ou l\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation d\u2019un concept ou une cat\u00e9gorie, comme nous l\u2019avons fait avec Loic pour l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tendue (avec Cornerstone) ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/10\/formation-commerciale\/\">Sales Enablement<\/a> (avec Seismic).<\/p>\n<p>Cela peut aussi \u00eatre un objectif de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leads\u2026 \u00e0 condition d\u2019y mettre le budget et les efforts. \u00c0 noter aussi qu\u2019il nous est arriv\u00e9 plus d\u2019une fois d\u2019amener les leads parmi les pan\u00e9listes de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, et de les placer devant les yeux du client qui les cherchait toujours dans un formulaire. Trop souvent les clients sont pollu\u00e9s par les discours de vente de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/03\/comment-eviter-les-pieges-de-linbound-marketing\/\">Inbound marketing<\/a>. L\u2019inbound, pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des leads, est applicable surtout au B2C et aux march\u00e9s\u00a0B2B de masse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La bonne question est donc : \u00ab\u2009Qu\u2019est-ce que je cherche \u00e0 faire\u2009 ?\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le dernier point est la strat\u00e9gie pour y arriver. Cela ne veut pas dire que vous ne pouvez pas faire \u00e9voluer les objectifs, explique Loic, bien au contraire.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelles sont les cl\u00e9s pour passer \u00e0 l\u2019action\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u00e0 encore, Loic nous fournit trois cl\u00e9s importantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Viser l\u2019excellence par la pratique et non par la perfection<\/strong>. Trop d\u2019entreprises visent la perfection, \u00e0 tort. Ne planifiez pas trop, ne vous formez pas trop en amont. Formez-vous par la pratique. Nous vous conseillons aussi les partenariats en co-branding, car vous gagnerez ainsi en libert\u00e9 et rapidit\u00e9, en \u00e9vitant la rigidit\u00e9 des processus de communication habituels des (grandes) entreprises. Il n\u2019est pas non plus question de produire des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. L\u2019excellence n\u2019est pas la perfection, car cette derni\u00e8re n\u2019existe pas. Atteindre l&rsquo;excellent c\u2019est viser le meilleur r\u00e9sultat possible \u00e0 instant t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se faire accompagner pour ne pas r\u00e9inventer la roue<\/strong>. Pour cela LinkedIn Live est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9, car on peut profiter de l\u2019effet r\u00e9seau. Il faut jouer aussi sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 en aidant les autres et en donnant avant de recevoir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne parler que de ce que l\u2019on conna\u00eet<\/strong>. Il faut, selon Loic, \u00e9viter d\u2019aller sur des domaines que l\u2019on ne ma\u00eetrise pas. L\u2019astuce, quand on n&rsquo;est pas expert d&rsquo;un sujet, est de se muer en \u00ab ma\u00eetre de c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00bb qui va animer un panel d\u2019experts qui mettra en valeur les autres. Nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait avec Loic \u00e0 4 ou 5 pan\u00e9listes. Cela met tout le monde en confiance, car il est beaucoup plus facile d\u2019organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 plusieurs. Cela exige quand m\u00eame du ma\u00eetre de c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de bien travailler son sujet pour \u00e9viter de poser des questions d\u00e9cal\u00e9es ou inad\u00e9quates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>La strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 mettre en place<\/h3>\n<p>Loic explique que la strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 mettre en place doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019entraide et sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>pratique<\/strong> et <strong>utile<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Il doit comporter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019explication sur le pourquoi et le comment et \u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix de parler de soi et de vanter les m\u00e9rites de ses produits.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait d\u2019organiser l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement avec plusieurs pan\u00e9listes \u00e9vite ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 autocentr\u00e9 qui r\u00e9duit la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019importance \u00e0 prendre en compte<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Souvent, ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements LinkedIn Live sont un moyen de cr\u00e9er des contenus : des articles de blog, des podcasts, des replays vid\u00e9o, des eBooks\u2026 Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les m\u00eames messages, sans pour autant faire le perroquet.
