Or cela est faux.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>les bons innovateurs n\u2019ont pas forc\u00e9ment de bonnes id\u00e9es (souvent, ils sont inspir\u00e9s par d\u2019autres id\u00e9es) ;<\/li>\n<li>les bons innovateurs savent que l\u2019ex\u00e9cution est la pierre angulaire de l\u2019innovation ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019ailleurs, comme l\u2019\u00e9crit <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.hbr.org\/berkun\/2008\/07\/why-innovation-is-overrated.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Berkun dans cet article, les vrais innovateurs, emploient tr\u00e8s peu ce terme<\/a>, auquel ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent celui de projet, de livrable etc. ;<\/li>\n<li>les sessions de brainstorming sont utiles et divertissantes ; j\u2019en ai organis\u00e9 beaucoup, et c\u2019est toujours un moment de partage int\u00e9ressant. Mais il est rare que les id\u00e9es arrivent d\u2019elles-m\u00eames dans un peu de travail pr\u00e9liminaire, et surtout \u2026 la s\u00e9ance de braiinstorming est le point de d\u00e9part, soit d\u2019une jolie aventure avec des entre\/intrapreneurs focalis\u00e9s sur le r\u00e9sultat, soit le d\u00e9but d\u2019un grand n\u2019importe quoi o\u00f9 les participants attendent qu\u2019un miracle fasse vivre l\u2019id\u00e9e en question ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019id\u00e9e (le concept devrait-on dire) est importante, ne le nions pas, mais comme le d\u00e9montre Alexandre en utilisant <a href=\"http:\/\/sivers.org\/multiply\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la matrice de Sivers<\/a>, qui se moque des entrepreneurs qui essaient de pro\u00e9t\u00e9ger une id\u00e9e qui n\u2019existe pas. Que cela est bien vu ! J\u2019ai vu cela maintes fois : un entrepreneur, ou apprenti entrepreneur, vous parle d\u2019une id\u00e9e ultra banale d\u00e9j\u00e0 vue des milliers de fois et vous demande votre avis. Avant de vous pr\u00e9senter l\u2019id\u00e9e, il veut vous faire signer un NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement, accord de confidentialit\u00e9 en Fran\u00e7ais) ; on a vu mieux pour vous mettre en confiance. Puis il vous pr\u00e9sente son \u201cid\u00e9e\u201d, une succession de planches PowerPoint qui sont cens\u00e9es r\u00e9volutionner le monde mais n\u2019ont finalement pas d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commercial, ni m\u00eame intellectuel dans certains des cas que j\u2019ai v\u00e9cus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faites l\u2019inverse de ces entrepreneurs cachotiers ! Mettez vos id\u00e9es en jach\u00e8re, partagez-les sur <a href=\"http:\/\/slideshare.net\/ygourven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slideshare<\/a>, laissez les gens r\u00e9agir, et confrontez l\u2019id\u00e9e au public sur les plateformes de crowfunding comme Indiegogo par exemple. En prime, vous aurez de bons conseils qui vous permettront d\u2019am\u00e9liorer votre concept.<\/p>\n<h4>Vous cherchez une id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale pour votre entreprise ? Et si vous faisiez fausse route ? \u2026 par Alexandre Borlotti<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Comment trouver une id\u00e9e d\u2019entreprise ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si cela est \u00e9crit dans le titre juste au dessus, on ne trouve pas vraiment une id\u00e9e d\u2019entreprise. On met plut\u00f4t le doigt sur une opportunit\u00e9.
