Lorsqu\u2019Android a lanc\u00e9 son nouveau design plat dit \u00ab\u2009<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flat_design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flat design<\/a>\u2009\u00bb avec sa version\u00a04.0 Icecream sandwich, Alphabet a lanc\u00e9 une nouvelle tendance que tous ont suivi.<\/p>\n<p>Apple leur a embo\u00eet\u00e9 le pas en 2013. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, la plupart d\u2019entre nous trouvaient le flat design affreux et trop minimaliste. En fait, nous n\u2019avions pas le choix. Pour les publicit\u00e9s sociales visuelles, le public a le choix de cliquer ou de ne pas cliquer.<\/p>\n<p>La perspective est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente. Pourtant, la cr\u00e9ation de visuels adapt\u00e9s aux plateformes sociales est un travail \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re et un budget <em>devrait<\/em> y \u00eatre allou\u00e9.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>60\u00a0% des marketeurs d\u00e9clarent cr\u00e9er eux-m\u00eames les contenus visuels pour les m\u00e9dias sociaux, 56\u00a0% disposent de designers professionnels en interne et seulement 28\u00a0% font appel \u00e0 des graphistes ind\u00e9pendants (le chevauchement est d\u00fb au fait que certains r\u00e9pondants ont coch\u00e9 les trois options)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce qui est \u00e9trange, c\u2019est que les auteurs du rapport ont d\u00e9couvert que \u00ab\u2009de mani\u00e8re contre-intuitive, les petites entreprises sont plus susceptibles de disposer d\u2019un budget distinct pour le contenu social visuel, que les grandes entreprises (47\u00a0% contre 22\u00a0%)\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs affirment que c\u2019est une bonne chose, mais que les marques doivent r\u00e9server un budget, m\u00eame minime, pour la cr\u00e9ation de contenus. Les \u00ab\u2009reels\u2009\u00bb sur Facebook semblent toujours \u00e0 la tra\u00eene, cependant.<\/p>\n<p>Les vid\u00e9os sont souvent cit\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant les modes de contenus les plus performants. Cela dit, tr\u00e8s peu de marketeurs parviennent \u00e0 rendre leurs vid\u00e9os virales sans l\u2019aide des publicit\u00e9s payantes sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Nous recommandons d\u00e9finitivement aux marques de travailler sur leurs strat\u00e9gies de bouche \u00e0 oreille <em>avant<\/em> de passer \u00e0 une activation sociale ax\u00e9e sur la publicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Insight num\u00e9ro\u00a04\u00a0: faire correspondre ces processus avec un budget document\u00e9 et formel<\/h4>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, LinkedIn est certainement la plateforme sociale pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des marques.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>LinkedIn a obtenu le score le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec 56\u00a0% (le jugeant extr\u00eamement ou tr\u00e8s efficace), suivi de Facebook (38\u00a0%) et d\u2019Instagram (31\u00a0%)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats sont tr\u00e8s probablement dus au fort biais\u00a0B2B de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Le CMI a test\u00e9 5\u00a0visuels de m\u00e9dias sociaux diff\u00e9rents aupr\u00e8s de professionnels du marketing et de non-sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing. Comme leur nom l\u2019indique, ils misent sur la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l\u2019inventivit\u00e9 et proposent des concepts originaux. Et voil\u00e0 que la ou le responsable de marketing corporate se met \u00e0 leur crier dessus en d\u00e9clarant \u00ab\u2009Vous ne respectez pas la charte \u2009!\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Les ennuyeuses chartes graphiques<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019instant d\u2019apr\u00e8s, le cr\u00e9ateur de contenu en question est tellement abattu qu\u2019il ouvre \u2014 \u00e0 contrec\u0153ur \u2014 les ennuyeuses directives de la marque. Une fois de plus, il produit alors un clone de tous les autres visuels des m\u00e9dias sociaux de la marque.
