Pourquoi ?)<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>La mal\u00e9diction des start-ups : l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 ne r\u00e9siste pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;argent<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_56137\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-56137\" style=\"width: 519px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-56137 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/43960734260_672f5e0599_c-e1599287429926.jpg\" alt=\"La mal\u00e9diction des start-ups : l'amiti\u00e9 ne r\u00e9siste pas \u00e0 l'argent\" width=\"519\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/43960734260_672f5e0599_c-e1599287429926.jpg 519w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/43960734260_672f5e0599_c-e1599287429926-458x300.jpg 458w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 519px) 100vw, 519px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-56137\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La mal\u00e9diction des start-ups : l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 ne r\u00e9siste pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;argent<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7057 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/la-malediction-jacquemelle-202x300.png\" alt=\"La mal\u00e9diction des start-ups : l'amiti\u00e9 ne r\u00e9siste pas \u00e0 l'argent\" width=\"202\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/la-malediction-jacquemelle-202x300.png 202w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/la-malediction-jacquemelle.png 593w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 202px) 100vw, 202px\" \/>C&rsquo;est un petit ouvrage d\u2019une centaine de pages, qu\u2019on peut lire ou du moins parcourir assez rapidement, mais il est d&rsquo;une incroyable richesse, notamment pour tous ceux qui s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;informatique, et ils sont nombreux sur ce site.<\/p>\n<p>Ce livre pose une question simple : pourquoi les cr\u00e9ateurs de start-up, souvent un couple d\u2019amis se s\u00e9parent-ils ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, le livre s&rsquo;articule autour de 3 grandes sections<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>d&rsquo;une part, <strong>un historique d\u00e9taill\u00e9 et incroyablement bien document\u00e9 de l&rsquo;histoire des fondateurs de 4 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s embl\u00e9matiques de l&rsquo;informatique am\u00e9ricaine <\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/apple.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apple<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/Microsoft.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Microsoft<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/Facebook.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a>. Pour toutes ces entreprises, un couple d&rsquo;amis fondateurs a permis de faire \u00e9clore l\u2019innovation, et le succ\u00e8s, mais aucune de ces histoires d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 n&rsquo;a surv\u00e9cu au succ\u00e8s de l&rsquo;entreprise ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>La 2e section, explique <strong>pourquoi l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9sist\u00e9<\/strong>. \u00c0 cela, beaucoup de crit\u00e8res importants comme l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des profils, et surtout les objectifs divergents, comme dit explique dans la vid\u00e9o ci-dessous. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela l&rsquo;argent et le \u00ab 3e homme \u00bb et vous avons un cocktail d\u00e9tonant qui m\u00e8ne souvent, voire toujours, \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li>Le dernier chapitre, probablement le plus important pour les fondateurs de start-up, consiste en <strong>quelques conseils avant de se lancer sur le march\u00e9 <\/strong>; notamment pour ce qui concerne le choix du bon partenaire. Oui nous dit Guy Jacquemelle dans cette interview vid\u00e9o (ci-dessus). Regardez <a href=\"http:\/\/google.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ted.com\/speakers\/sergey_brin_and_larry_page.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sergei Brin et Larry Page<\/a> ne se sont jamais s\u00e9par\u00e9s, et le <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2011\/01\/20\/google-ceo-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3\u00e8me homme a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment<\/a> pour laisser la place au fondateur historique qui n\u2019en a pas profit\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer son ancien ami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une le\u00e7on universelle ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un sens, ce que nous explique Guy dans ce livre, dirig\u00e9 par notre directeur de collection <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hkaufman\">Henri Kaufman<\/span> qui est toujours sur les bons coups, est sans doute quelque chose de plus universel que simplement le fait de cr\u00e9er une entreprise ensemble. L\u2019amiti\u00e9 a en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du mal \u00e0 r\u00e9sister au temps. Avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, les centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9voluent, les individus divergent.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui change avec la start-up, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;en plus il y a <strong>l&rsquo;argent et l&rsquo;ambition <\/strong>qui viennent se rajouter. Enfin, on pourrait faire remarquer que ce qui se passe dans ces start-up et la fa\u00e7on dont elles se s\u00e9parent de leurs cofondateurs, est assez proche de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pink-floyd.org\/artint\/rs1187.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ce qu&rsquo;on observe dans les groupes de rock<\/a> : en quelque sorte, on y retrouve la m\u00eame recette : des copains, des compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9s, du succ\u00e8s, puis l&rsquo;argent, le 3e homme (producteur), etc. et enfin la brouille.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9cits de Guy Jacquemelle nous racontent plus que l&rsquo;histoire des fondateurs de start-up, ils nous content l&rsquo;histoire des hommes. Ma seule frustration, est de ne pouvoir d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;histoire d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et document\u00e9e d\u2019un autre grand \u00e9chec de l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;informatique et d&rsquo;Internet : <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wikipedia<\/a> avec la l\u00e9gendaire brouille entre Larry Sanger et Jimmy Wales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mal\u00e9diction des start-ups : on ne le sait pas forc\u00e9ment, mais l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 a du mal \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&rsquo;argent.
