Au d\u00e9part, c\u2019est un outil de partage de lien, sur le mod\u00e8le <\/span><span style=\"color: #646b86;\">delicious<\/span><span style=\"color: #646b86;\"> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 un pr\u00e9curseur du partage de liens en ligne. Cet outil, qui a beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis sa cr\u00e9ation selon son fondateur, sa particularit\u00e9 est qu\u2019il est orient\u00e9 vers la veille et le partage de l\u2019information dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/image4.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/image_thumb4.png\" alt=\"Knowledge Plaza\" width=\"644\" height=\"419\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019esprit de la fronti\u00e8re \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019entreprise, il y a une fronti\u00e8re : \u201cc\u2019est celle de l\u2019Intranet et cette fronti\u00e8re est importante\u201d :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sur Internet, tout est disponible et accessible \u00e0 tous, mais en interne on a <strong>une probl\u00e9matique de protection de l\u2019information<\/strong>, et notamment il y a le filtre du \u201cproxy\u201d ;<\/li>\n<li>Il n\u2019y a \u201cpas non plus de \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/ygourven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">youtube<\/a>\u2019 dans l\u2019entreprise\u201d et donc il y a aussi dans ce produit, la possibilit\u00e9 de rajouter du contenu car \u201cce dont on se rend compte c\u2019est que comme cette fonction n\u2019existe pas en interne les utilisateurs les mettent sur Youtube pour les partager, <strong>mais ce contenu n\u2019a pas de vocation \u00e0 \u00eatre externalis\u00e9 !<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fonctionnalit\u00e9s cl\u00e9 de Knowledge-Plaza<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les <strong>mots-clefs<\/strong> : c\u2019est un travail manuel de taxonomie<\/li>\n<li>Ranger les contenus dans des <strong>th\u00e9matiques<\/strong> : on peut ajouter un contenu \u00e0 plusieurs th\u00e9matiques sans les dupliquer et cr\u00e9er des \u201cr\u00e9seaux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat\u201d ;<\/li>\n<li>la possibilit\u00e9 de <strong>cr\u00e9er des contenus<\/strong> (exemple ci-dessus avec la possibilit\u00e9 de stocker des vid\u00e9os directement dans l\u2019outil) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau social : <\/strong>pourquoi ? pour mettre les acteurs de l\u2019entreprise sur ce r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quelle valeur pour l\u2019entreprise : 2 exemples<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La valeur de Knowledge Plaza selon Antoine Perdaens est de permettre de <strong>capturer l\u2019information afin de la rendre utilisable dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pmu.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PMU<\/a><\/strong> utilise l\u2019outil pour faire de la veille, et permettre de capturer les diff\u00e9rentes informations et de les organiser avec les mots-clefs.
