D\u2019autres avec 3,5\u00a0% sont proches du plein emploi.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019ouest de la France est dynamique<\/h4>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009L\u2019ouest de la France est tr\u00e8s dynamique en termes d\u2019emploi, mais aurait besoin de plus de candidats\u2009\u00bb, souligne-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres r\u00e9gions, avec des cultures industrielles fortes, sont sur des phases de transition pour se red\u00e9finir industriellement, ou sur des activit\u00e9s nouvelles, et connaissent des taux de ch\u00f4mage beaucoup plus importants.<\/p>\n<h3>Cette p\u00e9nurie concerne autant les cols bleus que les cols blancs<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Les cols blancs des secteurs de l\u2019informatique et des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information, notamment les d\u00e9veloppeurs, sont des profils extr\u00eamement recherch\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci est essentiellement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de digitalisation que nous avons v\u00e9cu ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La p\u00e9riode Covid a \u00e9t\u00e9 un point de bascule<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce qui \u00e9tait une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 concurrentielle est devenu une obligation, et a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 la digitalisation des processus et des modes de commercialisation de distribution des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les profils de l\u2019informatique et plus globalement des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information sont devenus nettement plus \u00ab\u2009<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230519200827\/https:\/\/work4.io\/quest-ce-quun-profil-penurique-et-comment-le-recruter-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e9nuriques<\/a>\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>interim et marketing digital<\/h3>\n<p>Beaucoup de marques veulent arriver sur un march\u00e9 digitalis\u00e9 sur lequel il faut se cr\u00e9er un espace. Il n\u2019y a pas qu\u2019un enjeu de comp\u00e9tence, il y a surtout des enjeux d\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Pendant cette p\u00e9riode de Covid, nous avons d\u00fb nous aussi, dans le groupe Partnaire, investir massivement sur une strat\u00e9gie digitale que nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0, mais que nous avons d\u00fb renforcer. <strong>Nous sommes pass\u00e9s de 40\u00a0% de candidats issus du monde du digital \u00e0 60\u00a0% pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/strong> Nous avons d\u00fb adapter nos mod\u00e8les et d\u2019investissements et d\u2019innovation\u2009\u00bb, explique David.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Faire du marketing digital c\u2019est avant tout innover, changer tr\u00e8s souvent de contenu et de canal, et s\u2019adapter rapidement \u00e0 des modes qui passent tr\u00e8s vite<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 du message ou du contenu est importante, mais l\u2019enjeu est aussi la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver de nouveaux canaux et de nouvelles approches permettant d\u2019\u00eatre audibles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous consid\u00e9rons chez Partnaire que l\u2019innovation n\u2019est pas tenue uniquement dans les mains de marketeurs. Au marketing ensuite d\u2019\u00eatre capable d\u2019utiliser les bonnes id\u00e9es<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>David nous explique comment un des collaborateurs du groupe a propos\u00e9 de recruter des gamers et de cr\u00e9er la premi\u00e8re e-comp\u00e9tition d\u2019e-sport. \u00c9tant gamer lui-m\u00eame, il s\u2019y connaissait et consid\u00e9rait int\u00e9ressant de se rendre audible aupr\u00e8s de ce public.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re comp\u00e9tition a eu lieu l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et a connu un franc succ\u00e8s, permettant de travailler de nouveaux canaux avec une communication coh\u00e9rente au travers de Twitch et Discord.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019interim est-il une solution pour ces p\u00e9nuries et notamment en digital\u2009?<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>L\u2019interim s\u2019est d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9, sur des mod\u00e8les et des appellations diff\u00e9rentes<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le portage est une mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre ind\u00e9pendant et de pouvoir choisir ses missions chez ses clients, avec une simplicit\u00e9 administrative dans la gestion du quotidien. Ainsi, les\u00a0cadres et les agents de ma\u00eetrise s\u2019orientent de plus en plus vers d\u2019autres formes de contrats.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le CDI n\u2019est plus forc\u00e9ment ce qui est envisag\u00e9, car un peu trop statique et enferm\u00e9 dans une vision long terme<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les gens ont besoin de s\u2019essayer \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers, et pas seulement les plus jeunes<\/strong>. Le <strong>management de transition<\/strong> par exemple, qui\u00a0s\u2019adresse plut\u00f4t \u00e0 des professionnels rompus sur des missions tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques, peut aussi s\u2019op\u00e9rer au travers d\u2019un contrat d\u2019interim.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le travail temporaire est en\u00a0croissance, en tout cas sur l\u2019interim des cadres, dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Le CDI interimaire<\/strong> a vu le jour il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. \u00ab\u2009Un certain nombre de nos collaborateurs sont en CDI chez nous, mais font des missions d\u2019interimaires dans diff\u00e9rentes entreprises\u2009\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise David.<\/p>\n<h3>Le CDI reste n\u00e9anmoins largement majoritaire<\/h3>\n<p>Les proportions de l\u2019interim restent pour l\u2019instant infimes au regard du sacro-saint CDI.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>L\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019interim a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e ces trois ou quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en raison de l\u2019\u00e9volution du rapport \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, avec la qu\u00eate de sens<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Est-ce favorable et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur du long terme\u2009? L\u2019histoire nous le dira. J\u2019ai personnellement un doute\u2009\u00bb, exprime David.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut en effet <strong>trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre<\/strong> entre \u00eatre suffisamment dans l\u2019entreprise.
