En digitalisant et en automatisant, on devient souple et agile. L&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 est une condition de succ\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb, souligne-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;intelligence artificielle rentre pratiquement partout, aide les dirigeants \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions, et surtout \u00e0 essayer de ne pas se tromper.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avantage de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, avec le Machine Learning, est de confronter n&rsquo;importe quel \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 une r\u00e9currence multiple. Par rapport \u00e0 tout ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 dans un domaine pr\u00e9cis, cela permet d&rsquo;estimer la probabilit\u00e9 de voir arriver les choses, ou pas, ou d&rsquo;une certaine fa\u00e7on\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une aide fantastique \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision. Il ne va pas construire une \u00e9quipe pour construire une \u00e9quipe, mais construire une \u00e9quipe diversifi\u00e9e qui se compl\u00e8te et qui va faire des miracles.<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9requis n\u00b01 : donner du sens<\/h4>\n<p>Le mot est devenu un peu galvaud\u00e9. Comme tout le monde parle de sens, on finit par penser que cela ne veut plus rien dire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>Or, le sens, c&rsquo;est ce pour quoi on se bat tous les jours<\/strong>. Le leadership est affaire d&rsquo;alignement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Le sens doit \u00eatre structur\u00e9, construit, pour que les personnes qui travaillent avec vous s&rsquo;identifient, se reconnaissent dans le chemin que vous \u00eates en train de tracer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le sens est la r\u00e9ponse fondamentale \u00e0 la question du pourquoi : pourquoi je fais les choses, pourquoi je travaille pour untel, etc. Le sens permet d&rsquo;expliquer la d\u00e9marche que nous suivons, il la justifie.<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9requis n\u00b02 : porter les valeurs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe en \u00e9tendard<\/h4>\n<p>Parfois, les entreprises qui ont d\u00e9fini leurs propres valeurs, les ont structur\u00e9es et mises en forme, ensuite ne s&rsquo;en servent pas forc\u00e9ment comme d&rsquo;un \u00e9tendard.<\/p>\n<p>Or, quand elles ont pris soin de les d\u00e9finir, il faut ensuite que chaque collaborateur de l&rsquo;entreprise se les approprie, et soit fier de les r\u00e9percuter dans ses actes quotidiens, aux clients, au march\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>La fiert\u00e9 est un facteur important dans la d\u00e9marche de leadership<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9requis n\u00b03 : \u00e9changer donne vie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/h4>\n<p>Le leadership\u00a0inspirationnel a besoin de followers et de suiveurs qui se reconnaissent en lui. Au lieu de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9barquer\u00a0\u00bb, il va effectuer des changements.
