A l\u2019inverse, nous sommes rarement capables de pr\u00e9voir v\u00e9ritablement le moment o\u00f9 les choses commencent \u00e0 aller mieux. Les \u00ab\u00a0toutologues\u201d de la t\u00e9l\u00e9 ou de l\u2019Internet ne font gu\u00e8re mieux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autant nous y faire, il faut vivre avec cette incertitude, mais aussi \u00eatre capables de relativiser le pr\u00e9sent en se rem\u00e9morant le pass\u00e9 et en remettant les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du moment dans la perspective de l\u2019histoire.<\/p>\n<h3>Des pr\u00e9dictions sur la communication digitale en 2023 ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans cette pr\u00e9sentation enregistr\u00e9e, je reviens d\u2019une part sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, non sur un plan g\u00e9opolitique, mais sur le domaine de la communication digitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et ce fut l\u00e0 aussi une ann\u00e9e assez rock \u2018n\u2019 roll.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est pas fini d\u2019ailleurs, puisqu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui m\u00eame, je perds mon statut de compte \u00ab\u00a0V\u00e9rifi\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb Twitter (badge bleu) avec une mention d\u00e9signant le fait que ce compte fut \u00ab\u00a0notoire, mais qu\u2019il ne l\u2019est peut-\u00eatre plus\u00a0\u00bb (sic\u00a0!).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"fr\" dir=\"ltr\">Et voil\u00e0 ! mon compte est toujours &quot;v\u00e9rifi\u00e9&quot; sauf qu&#39;on ne comprend plus trop ce que \u00e7a veut dire &#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/rzc5iTf6RJ\">https:\/\/t.co\/rzc5iTf6RJ<\/a> cc <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/davidfayon?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@davidfayon<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FBrahimi?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FBrahimi<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/jRqhboZ38q\">pic.twitter.com\/jRqhboZ38q<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Yann Gourvennec (@ygourven) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ygourven\/status\/1602568786883788800?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 13, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devant cette difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire l\u2019avenir, j\u2019ai interview\u00e9 Kelsey Chickering de Forrester (interview \u00e0 venir sur Visionary Marketing) qui a livr\u00e9 ses conseils aux entreprises\u00a0: \u00e0 savoir cesser la publicit\u00e9 et m\u00eame les publications organiques sur Twitter pendant deux trimestres\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, je ne sais pas si c\u2019est une bonne id\u00e9e. Je pense plut\u00f4t qu\u2019il faut attendre que la poussi\u00e8re retombe sur les meubles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il en va de m\u00eame pour beaucoup des modes digitales qui fleurissent en ce moment. Sans que nous soyons v\u00e9ritablement capables de dire si elles sont l\u00e0 pour durer ou pour dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<h3>Les \u00ab\u00a0toutologues\u00a0\u00bb de LinkedIn et ChatGPT3<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au moment o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9cris ces lignes, les toutologues de LinkedIn s\u2019\u00e9charpent sur #ChatGPT3. Une \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle IA\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;il y a 3 ans qui semble, aux yeux avis\u00e9s des vieux de l\u2019IT, \u00eatre avant tout le dernier avatar du fameux effet d\u00e9mo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je donnerais donc quelques conseils aux marketeurs dans cette pr\u00e9sentation. Il ne s\u2019agit toujours pas de pr\u00e9dictions, mais plut\u00f4t de conseils de base pour retourner aux fondements de la communication digitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand la situation est particuli\u00e8rement instable, c\u2019est l\u00e0 le moment de consolider l\u2019existant en \u00e9vitant la panique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cons\u00e9quence, je crois au contraire qu\u2019il faut aller de l\u2019avant, innover et en profiter pour se reposer les bonnes questions.
