Pour en discuter,\u00a0Visionary Marketing a rencontr\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/emmanuel-alavoine-b6936868\/\">Emmanuel Alavoine<\/a>, Head of Expansion chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marqvision.com\">Marqvision<\/a>, une start-up am\u00e9ricano-cor\u00e9enne qui en 2\u00a0ans \u00e0 peine a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 nouer des partenariats avec les plus grandes marques. Son co-fondateur nous a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la jeune\u00a0pousse pourrait bien devenir une des prochaines licornes am\u00e9ricaines. La contrefa\u00e7on surpasse m\u00eame la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e de la prostitution, de la vente d\u2019armes et de la drogue\u2009\u00bb nous a confi\u00e9 Emmanuel.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OCDE, dans son rapport de 2020, estime que la valeur livr\u00e9e au port de la contrefa\u00e7on est de 300\u00a0milliards\u00a0d\u2019euros par an. \u00ab\u2009Quand on cumule en valeur pour le consommateur, le pr\u00e9judice est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 3 000\u00a0milliards d\u2019euros an\u2009nuels\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Emmanuel Alavoine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_72720\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-72720\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72720 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/organised-crime_319046-e1706199495534.jpg\" alt=\"contrefa\u00e7on\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-72720\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Quand on parle de crime organis\u00e9, on pense tout de suite \u00e0 la drogue et la prostitution. Mais la contrefa\u00e7on repr\u00e9sente beaucoup plus\u00a0: 300\u00a0milliards d\u2019euros, soit le PIB de la Belgique \u2009!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La contrefa\u00e7on est donc bien un v\u00e9ritable fl\u00e9au du crime organis\u00e9, souvent aux mains des mafias.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les contrefacteurs utilisent toutes les m\u00e9thodes du commerce moderne, pour surfer sur la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une marque dont ils ne sont pas propri\u00e9taires<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>La contrefa\u00e7on <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/02\/contrefacon-et-vente-en-ligne\/\">ne touche pas que le domaine du luxe<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Elle touche en effet des secteurs industriels tr\u00e8s divers et des marques de notori\u00e9t\u00e9s variables.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les produits touch\u00e9s, il y a effectivement le luxe, avec les marques des grands groupes du secteur, fran\u00e7ais, italiens, anglais et espagnols. \u00ab\u00a0Pour ce secteur, c\u2019est de la copie traditionnelle de marques embl\u00e9matiques\u00a0\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mais la contrefa\u00e7on concerne aussi les produits pharmaceutiques, l\u2019alimentaire, l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, les produits de beaut\u00e9, les jouets pour enfants, les v\u00eatements et les articles de sport.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/02\/contrefacon-et-vente-en-ligne\/\">voir l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de 2019 sur ce sujet<\/a> de la contrefa\u00e7on pour les chiffres en d\u00e9tail\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"attachment_72721\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-72721\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72721 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/medication_38675-e1706199518973.jpg\" alt=\"contrefa\u00e7on\" width=\"1000\" height=\"666\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-72721\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Quand la contrefa\u00e7on touche \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 publique, on atteint une nouvelle dimension du crime.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cette contrefa\u00e7on touche \u00e9galement des secteurs plus pointus comme les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es, les \u00e9quipements et lubrifiants pour automobiles, et m\u00eame les pi\u00e8ces d\u2019avions, les outils et composants industriels.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En valeur, c\u2019est le luxe qui repr\u00e9sente quand m\u00eame le plus grand pr\u00e9judice par rapport aux produits contrefaits\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Emmanuel.<\/p>\n<p>Ces produits-l\u00e0 valent plusieurs milliers, voire dizaines de milliers d\u2019euros. Les produits contrefaits valent quant \u00e0 eux, selon les cas, quelques dizaines d\u2019euros.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9cart de prix est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur dans le secteur du luxe. Parfois, l\u2019acheteur est conscient de ce qu\u2019il fait quand il ach\u00e8te ces produits contrefaits. Mais la grande majorit\u00e9 des clients de la contrefa\u00e7on sont de bonne fois et ignorent la nature de ces produits.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>La contrefa\u00e7on sur les places de march\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>La contrefa\u00e7on se retrouve sur des sites e-commerce h\u00e9berg\u00e9s par des places de march\u00e9. Mais on la localise aussi sur des sites marchands dot\u00e9s de leurs propres adresses et propres noms de domaine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ils op\u00e8rent en toute impunit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les marques les rep\u00e8rent et mettent en \u0153uvre des solutions l\u00e9gales pour les faire dispara\u00eetre.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>La contrefa\u00e7on\u00a0: un danger potentiel pour le public<\/h3>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rentes sources g\u00e9ographiques de la contrefa\u00e7on.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/corruption-integrity\/reports\/trade-in-counterfeit-and-pirated-goods-9789264252653-en.html\">L\u2019OCDE<\/a> consid\u00e8re que 90\u00a0% des produits contrefaits aujourd\u2019hui viennent de la Chine\u2009\u00bb, explique Emmanuel. Pour ensuite les r\u00e9introduire en Europe, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Am\u00e9rique latine ou en Afrique.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Selon El Pais, en dehors de Hong-kong, il faut citer, entre autres, Singapour, les \u00e9mirats arables unis, l&rsquo;Iran, l&rsquo;Ukraine et l&rsquo;Albanie.<\/p>\n<h3>Le crime organis\u00e9 de la contrefa\u00e7on<\/h3>\n<p>La contrefa\u00e7on est le fait du crime organis\u00e9, explique Emmanuel Alavoine. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que les sites industriels de la contrefa\u00e7on sont quasiment comparables aux sites industriels des marques.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont des capacit\u00e9s de production de niveau international, de qualit\u00e9, de standards internationaux et ont tous des fili\u00e8res logistiques de transport, d\u2019enregistrement, de d\u00e9douanement \u00e0 l\u2019identique des marques originales\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les sites industriels de la contrefa\u00e7on sont comparables \u00e0 ceux des marques<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Une centaine de marketplaces sensibles<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Il existe des<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>hi\u00e9rarchies de sites plus ou moins sensibles et ouverts. Le syst\u00e8me cor\u00e9en traque cependant, selon son communiqu\u00e9 de presse, \u00ab\u00a0plus de 1 500 marketplaces dans le monde\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines de ces places de march\u00e9 sont bien connues en Europe, comme <a href=\"https:\/\/wish.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wish<\/a>\u00a0(note : une plateforme am\u00e9ricaine).<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres sont extr\u00eamement sensibles dans le Sud-Est asiatique notamment, ou en Chine. Elles tentent de collaborer plus ou moins ouvertement et dynamiquement \u00e0 la cessation de cette mouvance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En effet, \u00ab\u2009il faut garder en t\u00eate que ces marketplaces ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomiquement \u00e0 attirer constamment du trafic alors que l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la marque est de ma\u00eetriser sa fili\u00e8re et sa relation client.<\/p>\n<p>Les int\u00e9r\u00eats sont oppos\u00e9s\u2009\u00bb, explique Emmanuel, \u00ab\u2009c\u2019est ce qui cr\u00e9e l\u2019enjeu de la contrefa\u00e7on\u2009\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Quid des grandes plateformes d\u2019e-commerce<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les grands portails r\u00e9alisent un travail de contr\u00f4le en amont, mais ils ne sont pas \u00e0 l\u2019abri d\u2019h\u00e9berger la revente de produits contrefaits\u2009\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En dehors de Wish, on trouve <a href=\"https:\/\/alibaba.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alibaba<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009La c\u00e9l\u00e8bre plateforme chinoise travaille en partenariat avec Interpol, Europol et les grandes marques pour\u00a0lutter contre la contrefa\u00e7on avec plus ou moins de bonheur et de r\u00e9sultats\u2009\u00bb, explique Emmanuel Alavoine.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Alibaba a \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu estampill\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0contrefa\u00e7on\u00a0\u00bb, car ils sont un leader mondial de l\u2019e-commerce, du fait de leur ma\u00eetrise du\u00a0march\u00e9 chinois. Mais leur objectif reste d&rsquo;attirer davantage de marques occidentales qui ne viendront pas s\u2019ils n\u2019adoptent pas d\u2019attitude proactive face aux contrefa\u00e7ons\u2009\u00bb ajoute Emmanuel Alavoine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Comment Marqvision lutte contre la contrefa\u00e7on<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019intelligence artificielle propri\u00e9taire\u2009\u00bb, explique Emmanuel Alavoine. \u00ab\u2009Nos ing\u00e9nieurs en IA sont bas\u00e9s \u00e0 S\u00e9oul et travaillent sur notre algorithme\u2009\u00bb.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cet algorithme va utiliser deux modalit\u00e9s de d\u00e9tection\u00a0: une d\u00e9tection visuelle qui va utiliser les images qui ont la r\u00e9solution ad\u00e9quate pour les comparer aux originaux et une d\u00e9tection s\u00e9mantique qui se base sur l\u2019analyse du texte, des titres, des descriptions et du prix.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons pu assister \u00e0 la d\u00e9monstration sur le stand de la start-up. Pour des raisons de confidentialit\u00e9, il ne nous est pas possible de montrer la vid\u00e9o de cette d\u00e9mo. En voici le fonctionnement simplifi\u00e9 tel que nous pouvons le r\u00e9sumer de m\u00e9moire.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le travail de d\u00e9tection, et surtout de d\u00e9nonciation des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s, se fait avec l\u2019intervention d\u2019une personne humaine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> Ce choix est volontaire et justifi\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Voici le processus r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re simplifi\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La plateforme d\u00e9tecte les anomalies automatiquement comme nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9crit ci-dessus, par le contr\u00f4le des images et l&rsquo;analyse s\u00e9mantique\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>Un op\u00e9rateur va v\u00e9rifier les r\u00e9sultats en effectuant un contr\u00f4le visuel \u2009;<\/li>\n<li>Si ce contr\u00f4le visuel est satisfaisant, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur d\u00e9clenche la proc\u00e9dure de plainte. Car il n\u2019est pas souhaitable que ce soit la machine qui le fasse\u2009;<\/li>\n<li>Le syst\u00e8me enverra ainsi automatiquement une demande de suppression via le formulaire standard de la plateforme. Le formulaire se remplit automatiquement. Toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques des plaintes pour les plateformes document\u00e9es (les 1 500+\u00a0plateformes \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ci-dessus) \u00e9tant directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019outil<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u2009;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>L\u2019op\u00e9rateur peut passer \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification suivante.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>En conclusion, une future licorne rep\u00e9r\u00e9e par le groupe LVMH<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 les enjeux de la contrefa\u00e7on et l\u2019importance que celle-ci rev\u00eat aux yeux des grands du luxe il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant que Marqvision ait \u00e9t\u00e9 rep\u00e9r\u00e9e par LVMH.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de luxe leur a attribu\u00e9 le prix des start-ups innovantes parmi 1000\u00a0candidats (cat\u00e9gorie IA et data). La start-up cor\u00e9enne est d\u00e9sormais h\u00e9berg\u00e9e par Station F \u00e0 Paris.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>D.K.
