Les leads issus du marketing ayant moins de valeur \u00e0 leurs yeux, souligne le directeur marketing de Kestio.<\/p>\n<h4>Un fonctionnement en silos<\/h4>\n<p>Pour expliquer cela, nous pouvons citer le bon <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/04\/casser-les-silos\/\">vieux fonctionnement en silos<\/a>\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009Le marketing est en d\u00e9but de course, les vendeurs prennent la main par la suite. Les premiers retours peuvent permettre d\u2019optimiser la campagne, ou m\u00eame se rendre compte que \u00e7a ne va pas du tout.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, la campagne peut \u00eatre retravaill\u00e9e, voire mise en pause. Petit \u00e0 petit, le risque est que les commerciaux aient toujours en t\u00eate la premi\u00e8re version de la campagne\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas recommande de communiquer sur ces \u00e9volutions, les contenus, les visuels, pour que le commercial en contact avec le prospect soit bien raccord avec ce que celui-ci a vu.<\/p>\n<h3>Conseil smarketing n\u00b0\u00a06\u00a0: la surcommunication des succ\u00e8s<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009On a souvent tendance \u00e0 retenir plus facilement le prospect avec lequel \u00e7a s\u2019est mal pass\u00e9, plut\u00f4t que celui avec lequel on a eu un bon contact\u2009\u00bb, constate Nicolas.<\/p>\n<p>La surcommunication aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9quipes et en interne au sein de l\u2019entreprise est tr\u00e8s importante pour qu\u2019on se rappelle les succ\u00e8s obtenus\u00a0sur une campagne.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Il y a encore beaucoup d\u2019entreprises o\u00f9 c\u2019est celui qui marque le but qui est f\u00e9licit\u00e9, et pas le reste de l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui a remont\u00e9 toute la balle sur le terrain.
