Mais ceux-ci ne repr\u00e9sentent que 20\u00a0% de l&rsquo;iceberg.<\/p>\n<p>80\u00a0% des avis clients restent cach\u00e9s. Ce sont ceux des personnes qui aimeraient donner leur avis, mais ne savent pas comment y parvenir.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne repr\u00e9sentent pas l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du buzz et du bouche-\u00e0-oreille<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises se fient uniquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse s\u00e9mantique des interactions sociales et oublient qu&rsquo;il y a beaucoup de gens qui ne savent pas utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Sanjay.<\/p>\n<p>Les marketeurs se font ainsi une id\u00e9e sur une minorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisateurs et de clients. Cela permet de r\u00e9colter des verbatim et de les analyser.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les communaut\u00e9s en pr\u00e9sentiel, les clubs clients, le\u00a0recrutement se fait \u00e9galement sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, puis les marques r\u00e9unissent les participants et leur explique le but de l&rsquo;exercice.<\/p>\n<p>Cela concerne des activit\u00e9s avec une th\u00e9matique fixe, un objectif fixe. Les participants font des observations, n\u00e9gatives, positives ou neutres. Par la suite, elles sont force de proposition.<\/p>\n<p>La marque d\u00e9cide ensuite de mettre en place ou non les id\u00e9es propos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Si la marque ne met pas en place les id\u00e9es de la communaut\u00e9, elle devra se justifier<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si elle les met en place, elle doit donner un d\u00e9lai et communiquer avec les participants par la suite. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;engagement se cr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Ne pas travailler avec ces communaut\u00e9s est-il risqu\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises qui se passeront de ces communaut\u00e9s passeront \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;une donn\u00e9e consommateurs tr\u00e8s riche et pr\u00e9cieuse\u00a0\u00bb, insiste Sanjay.<\/p>\n<p>Le consommateur devient de plus en plus exigeant avec les marques \u00e0 qui il accorde sa confiance.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>C&rsquo;est une erreur strat\u00e9gique de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On parle de plus en plus de raison d&rsquo;\u00eatre, de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les consommateurs en sont conscients et il faut que toutes les parties prenantes soient impliqu\u00e9es dans le processus marketing de l&rsquo;enseigne ou de la marque.<\/p>\n<h3>Que rapporte le marketing des communaut\u00e9s ?<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9, son image de marque peut co\u00fbter tr\u00e8s cher et n\u00e9cessiter beaucoup de temps \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<p>Les communaut\u00e9s permettent de d\u00e9velopper sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Un vivier d&rsquo;ambassadeurs parlera de votre marque positivement sans que vous ayez \u00e0 investir des budgets marketing colossaux<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le bouche-\u00e0-oreille est le meilleur moyen de faire du marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Cela rend possible \u00e9galement l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de nouveaux membres.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants engag\u00e9s aimant venir aux ateliers de co-cr\u00e9ation passeront le message \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres. Cela permettra \u00e0 de nouveaux participants de s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi n&rsquo;y a-t-il pas plus d&rsquo;entreprises qui d\u00e9veloppent les communaut\u00e9s de clients ?<\/h3>\n<p>La principale raison est que le ROI du marketing de bouche-\u00e0-oreille n&rsquo;est pas imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n<p>Les Fran\u00e7ais sont tr\u00e8s cart\u00e9siens, et aiment les chiffres. Or ce qui est important est la qualit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes, la qualit\u00e9 des contenus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes toujours dans une phase d&rsquo;acculturation sur cette question d&rsquo;investissement dans la qualit\u00e9 et sur les communaut\u00e9s. La tendance \u00e9volue, mais cela prend du temps\u00a0\u00bb, constate Sanjay.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Faire moins, mais faire mieux<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le Covid a fait \u00e9voluer les choses, poursuit-il. 2023 nous r\u00e9serve beaucoup de surprises en mati\u00e8re de marketing et de grande consommation.<\/p>\n<p>La crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l&rsquo;inflation vont aussi avoir un impact sur la fa\u00e7on dont les consommateurs vont acheter, la fa\u00e7on dont ils vont s&rsquo;exprimer.
