Ensuite, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019Internet dans les ann\u00e9es\u00a090 a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y. Puis au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es\u00a02000, c\u2019est le smartphone qui marque la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<\/p>\n<p>Mais aujourd\u2019hui, on se rend compte que les gens n\u2019ont plus envie d\u2019\u00eatre cat\u00e9goris\u00e9s en fonction de leur \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont plut\u00f4t attir\u00e9s vers des sujets. En fonction des sujets qui les int\u00e9ressent, ils vont s\u2019orienter vers des gens qui leur ressemblent.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Ces gens qui nous ressemblent ne sont pas cat\u00e9goris\u00e9s par \u00e2ge, mais bien par profil, par centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, par envies. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le physique rejoint le digital<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On a besoin de retrouver des gens qui nous ressemblent, avec qui on a des points de similarit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s importants. Cette similitude ne se fait pas au travers de l\u2019\u00e2ge, mais au travers des go\u00fbts, des attirances, des modes de consommation.<\/p>\n<h3>La prochaine \u00e9tape pour les marques et les entreprises est de cr\u00e9er une hyperpersonnalisation de masse en temps r\u00e9el<\/h3>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape pour les entreprises concerne la donn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019utiliser pour cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience la plus personnelle possible. Mais elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un ensemble de freins, notamment l\u2019organisation en silos, les infrastructures et les organisations des entreprises.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Certaines technologies ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 casser ces silos, mais il faut aller beaucoup plus loin que \u00e7a<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il faut \u00eatre capable de connecter l\u2019ensemble de ces silos ensemble, d\u2019agr\u00e9ger ces donn\u00e9es et d\u2019avoir une vision compl\u00e8te du client. Et surtout de pouvoir activer cette donn\u00e9e en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 activer la donn\u00e9e en temps r\u00e9el et de proposer, au travers d\u2019outils de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, une exp\u00e9rience qui soit exactement celle que l\u2019on attend au moment o\u00f9 on est en train de la vivre<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019exemple du Real Madrid<\/h3>\n<p>Le Real Madrid c\u2019est des centaines de millions de fans de par le monde.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif du Real Madrid est de cr\u00e9er cette nouvelle \u00e9tape d\u2019exp\u00e9rience hyperpersonnalis\u00e9e, qu\u2019elle soit physique ou digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Comment vivre une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience quand on va dans le stade du Real de Madrid, pour pouvoir recevoir des offres qui nous correspondent parce qu\u2019on a envie d\u2019acheter le maillot de quelqu\u2019un\u2009? Et l\u00e0, il y a une offre de mon joueur pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, et je peux y aller maintenant.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Comment personnaliser cette relation et faire le pont entre le physique et le digital\u2009? \u00e7a commence \u00e0 se mettre en place, et le Real Madrid est une entreprise qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019aller dans cette voie<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est assez nouveau. Et ce n\u2019est pas uniquement sur 10, 15 ou 1000\u00a0clients, c\u2019est sur 350\u00a0millions de fans\u2009! C\u2019est de l\u2019hyperpersonnalisation de masse \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s lors qu\u2019on s\u2019adresse \u00e0 nos clients, on cherche \u00e0 se d\u00e9marquer de la concurrence.
