J&rsquo;\u00e9tais particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9duit \u00e0 la fois par la simplicit\u00e9 de Timoth\u00e9e, sa gentillesse, et la justesse de son approche, essentiellement bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;observation, les essais et erreurs. Qui plus est, son id\u00e9e me para\u00eet particuli\u00e8rement pertinente dans le contexte actuel, et je pr\u00e9dis un bel avenir \u00e0 Wizville, une fois les traditionnels probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9marrage commercial r\u00e9gl\u00e9s par la start-up.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pKZRYzbMWqk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px none;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image1.png\" alt=\"Wizville\" width=\"600\" height=\"574\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>[Timoth\u00e9e de Laitre dans une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pKZRYzbMWqk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vid\u00e9o de Mounir &amp; Simon<\/a>]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc interview\u00e9 Timoth\u00e9e il y a quelques jours, afin qu\u2019il nous pr\u00e9sente plus en d\u00e9tails sa start-up. Timoth\u00e9e a cr\u00e9\u00e9 Wizville avec deux associ\u00e9s en 2012, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas sa premi\u00e8re start-up. En effet, cette id\u00e9e lui est venue dans le cadre de la cr\u00e9ation de sa premi\u00e8re entreprise (<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/shopwiz.me\">shopwiz.me<\/span>) dont le but \u00e9tait de permettre des avis v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s sur des produits et services. Or, \u00ab le meilleur moyen d&rsquo;obtenir des avis v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s \u00e9tait de les demander au client final lui-m\u00eame \u00bb s&rsquo;est aper\u00e7u Timoth\u00e9e avec justesse. C&rsquo;est ainsi que lui-m\u00eame ses associ\u00e9s ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette solution d&rsquo;\u00e9coute clients en temps r\u00e9el qui permet d&rsquo;inviter le client final \u00e0 donner son avis dans le magasin \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un Smartphone ou d&rsquo;une tablette. Avec Wizville, l&rsquo;information globale et r\u00e9elle de la perception des clients parvient au gestionnaire du r\u00e9seau, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il est loin du terrain. Le client pour Wizville et donc moins le consommateur final que le gestionnaire du r\u00e9seau de franchise, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de certaines autres solutions du march\u00e9 (comme Critizr par exemple) qui qui sont-elles beaucoup plus dirig\u00e9es vers le client final et notamment la critique du magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Avec Wizville, on est plus dans une configuration o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on essaie de fournir un outil de travail au commer\u00e7ant, pour am\u00e9liorer son service, plut\u00f4t que de le critiquer et de lui mettre la pression, ce qui est toujours un tr\u00e8s mauvais argument de vente ! Le but est donc bien dans ce cas d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de service et d&rsquo;impliquer plus intimement le directeur de magasin dans la qualit\u00e9 du service. C&rsquo;est ainsi que Timoth\u00e9e rejette la notion d\u2019outil de \u00ab surveillance \u00bb pour d\u00e9crire son application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien co\u00fbte Wizville ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"644\" height=\"433\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>[<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20120624231030\/http:\/\/www.opticduroc.fr:80\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Optique Duroc<\/em><\/a><em>, premier client de Wizville]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il existe en deux tarifs : soit en solution simple qui permet juste de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les avis des clients auquel cas il vous en co\u00fbtera 40 \u20ac par point de vente et par mois. Par ailleurs, une nouvelle version dite \u00ab premium \u00bb vient de voir le jour, qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de r\u00e9pondre en temps r\u00e9el aux sollicitations des clients, ainsi que de laisser le consommateur r\u00e9pondre aux commentaires des autres clients. Cette solution, co\u00fbte quant \u00e0 elle 60 \u20ac par point de vente et par mois.<\/p>\n<p>Wizville jouit d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9f\u00e9rence significative, au travers du r\u00e9seau de franchis\u00e9s Optique Duroc, qui regroupe 35 points de vente et qui a 30 ans d&rsquo;existence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timoth\u00e9e de Laitre est-il un pigeon ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/buzz-geonpi.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-7232\" style=\"margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px;\" title=\"Buzz-Geonpi\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/buzz-geonpi.jpg?w=150\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"84\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/buzz-geonpi.jpg 468w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/buzz-geonpi-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Difficile d&rsquo;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 la question du moment. J&rsquo;ai voulu savoir si Timoth\u00e9e se sentait concern\u00e9 par la pol\u00e9mique actuelle, m\u00eame si elle commence \u00e0 passer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, des \u00ab pigeons \u00bb qui se sentent l\u00e9s\u00e9s par un gouvernement qui ne comprendrait pas les entrepreneurs. Timoth\u00e9e a r\u00e9pondu qu&rsquo;il soutenait \u00e0 titre personnel le mouvement des pigeons et m\u00eame qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait \u00ab d\u00e9\u00e7u d&rsquo;avoir vu se fermer le groupe Facebook qui donnait ainsi un moyen de pression sur le gouvernement \u00bb.
