Elle a ensuite r\u00e9ussi son \u201cpersonal branding\u201d, et devient r\u00e9f\u00e9rente dans son secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Autour d\u2019elle gravitent ses clients et prospects, mais \u00e9galement les partenaires et surtout les comp\u00e9titeurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Une marque Totem se construit avec un message fort et est port\u00e9e par un humain<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Une marque Totem annonce quelque chose qui va arriver, \u00e0 laquelle elle contribue<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Comme a fait Steve Jobs en d\u00e9clarant qu\u2019il allait supprimer le clavier et le remplacer par le clavier tactile, en inventant le smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>Greta Thunberg ne pr\u00e9dit pas quant \u00e0 elle le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, puisqu\u2019il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0, mais elle nous met clairement devant nos responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le point commun entre ces exemples est un <strong>message fort qui pr\u00e9sage d&rsquo;un gros changement qui va renverser le monde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72828 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/marque-totem-amazon-cover-e1670484617834.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"203\" height=\"305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/marque-totem-amazon-cover-e1670484617834.jpg 250w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/marque-totem-amazon-cover-e1670484617834-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 203px) 100vw, 203px\" \/>Uber n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 par des humains, mais a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la base un nouveau mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, et a annonc\u00e9 devenir la plus grande soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de taxis \u00e0 l\u2019international, sans d\u00e9tenir un seul v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a investi un maximum d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;efforts \u00e0 faire que cette application r\u00e9volutionne le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Uber a rendu le service beaucoup plus ludique\u00a0: \u00e7a nous amuse de commander un Uber et de voir la voiture arriver, qu&rsquo;on nous ouvre la porte, on se prend pour des stars, et on est tr\u00e8s content de conna\u00eetre le prix d&rsquo;avance.<\/p>\n<p>La marque a pris tous les points faibles du secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et les a transform\u00e9s en opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Devenir une marque Totem demande d&rsquo;adopter un point de vue, un angle, de savoir \u00e9crire et jouer sur les \u00e9motions<\/h3>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, nous n\u2019avions pas besoin d&rsquo;avoir un talent d&rsquo;\u00e9criture pour \u00e9crire.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Devenir une marque totem au travers des r\u00e9seaux sociaux n\u00e9cessite soit d\u2019\u00eatre extr\u00eamement dou\u00e9 pour la vid\u00e9o, soit d\u2019\u00eatre capable d&rsquo;\u00e9crire<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;art de l&rsquo;\u00e9crit s&rsquo;apprend.<\/p>\n<p>La maison Gallimard par exemple propose des stages d&rsquo;\u00e9criture. Philippe nous confie en avoir suivi un avec Philippe Djian. Il mentionne \u00e9galement dans son livre en avoir suivi avec Sophie Barth\u00e9lemy, une Fran\u00e7aise tr\u00e8s connue \u00e0 Bruxelles. Le syndrome de la page blanche pour lui a disparu.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Toute entreprise peut devenir une marque totem, \u00e0 condition de ne pas avoir peur de cette nouvelle mani\u00e8re de communiquer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>La marque doit \u00eatre incarn\u00e9e par des points de vue humains<\/h3>\n<p>\u00catre pr\u00e9sent tous les jours sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux quand vous \u00eates directeur commercial ou simple commercial est impossible. C&rsquo;est un travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, qui passe par des ressources internes.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de s\u00e9lectionner ceux qui ont le meilleur potentiel. Puis constituer les \u00e9quipes qui vont les entourer pour les faire monter en puissance.<\/p>\n<p>Philippe donne trois pistes dans son livre\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se <strong>focaliser sur les commerciaux<\/strong>, car ce sont eux qui sont des t\u00eates de pont<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser les <strong>ing\u00e9nieurs\u00a0avant-ventes<\/strong>, qui existent maintenant dans toutes les fonctions, dans l&rsquo;architecture, dans l&rsquo;informatique, m\u00eame dans la communication. Avant il fallait rouler pour user les pneus, ils communiquent maintenant sur des \u00e9quipements pneumatiques qui sont faits pour durer longtemps.<\/p>\n<h3>Parler \u00e0 trois publics diff\u00e9rents<\/h3>\n<p>Une marque Totem doit \u00eatre capable de parler \u00e0 trois publics\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aux gens qui ont compris que votre service est indispensable<\/li>\n<li>Aux gens qui ont compris qu\u2019ils ont besoin de vous<\/li>\n<li>Et aux gens qui non seulement ont compris, mais qui vous ach\u00e8tent parce que vous voulez sauver le monde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est d&rsquo;\u00eatre clivant dans les trois strates.<\/p>\n<p>Clivant ne veut pas dire agressif, mais simplement d\u2019avoir choisi son camp<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Il faut avoir la capacit\u00e9 de parler \u00e0 tout le monde sans parler \u00e0 tout le monde<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72829 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/deliege-e1670484749440.jpg\" alt=\"Marque Totem Philippe deli\u00e8ge\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>\u00ab\u00a0Quand je m&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 mon public, je vais faire en sorte, en variant les diff\u00e9rents contenus \u00e9mis soit par la parole, soit par \u00e9crit, de parler \u00e0 trois cibles potentiellement diff\u00e9rentes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on d\u00e9fend des angles assez forts, certaines audiences vont pouvoir \u00eatre choqu\u00e9es. Ce n&rsquo;est pas l\u00e0 le plus important toutefois.
