Le 7 novembre 2012<\/em><em>, dans le cadre du <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/forumdigitalmedia.fr\/2.html\">1er Digital Media Forum<\/span> organis\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/md-c.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marc Dumas<\/a> \u00e0 Paris, je donnerai une pr\u00e9sentation sur le th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;apport de la technologie vis a vis de la relation clients en magasin. C&rsquo;est un sujet \u00e9minemment d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9, car on peut le dire, l&rsquo;avenir du e-commerce, c&rsquo;est le \u00ab u-commerce \u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le commerce pr\u00e9sent partout et en tout lieu (ubiquitous commerce en Anglais), o\u00f9 notamment les clients ach\u00e8tent dans les magasins apr\u00e8s avoir s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les produits en ligne ou sur leur mobile, ou simplement recherch\u00e9 de linformation sur ces produits ; par exemple, au travers d&rsquo;une application d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la g\u00e9olocalisation des bonnes affaires par exemple.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/forumdigitalmedia.fr\/2.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; display: inline; padding-top: 0; border: 0;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"980\" height=\"128\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans cette pr\u00e9sentation, volontairement subjective et non exhaustive, je pr\u00e9senterai une vue personnelle (et non une vue d&rsquo;entreprise), d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence de cette pr\u00e9sentation sur <a href=\"http:\/\/slideshare.net\/ygourven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mon espace slideshare personnel<\/a> et non sur mon <a href=\"http:\/\/slideshare.net\/orange\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">espace entreprise<\/a>). Son but n&rsquo;est pas de donner une vue de toutes les possibilit\u00e9s, mais de montrer le champ des possibles, en me gardant bien de m&rsquo;engager sur l&rsquo;adoption de ces technologies par le public et notamment en France.
