Cette \u00e9tude est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante et \u00e9clairante sur le domaine de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client. Elle fait en\u00a0effet sauter un certain nombre de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s.
