Mes 5 conseils pour mieux marketer et vendre en temps incertain sont l\u00e0 pour vous y aider.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nassim Nicolas Taleb, un auteur am\u00e9ricano-libanais, a \u00e9crit en 2007 l&rsquo;ouvrage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/Cygne-noir-puissance-limpr\u00e9visible\/dp\/225144436X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Cygne noir : La puissance de l&rsquo;impr\u00e9visible<\/a>\u00a0dans lequel il d\u00e9crit ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes inattendus qui bouleversent notre quotidien ou celui des entreprises. \u00c0 noter que nous <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/10\/strategie-antifragile\/\">avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 ce livre<\/a>\u00a0en octobre avec Fran\u00e7ois Cazals.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>Cygne noir<\/strong> est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement\u00a0qui comporte <strong>trois caract\u00e9ristiques<\/strong> principales :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>il est <strong>impr\u00e9visible<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>son <strong>impact<\/strong> est <strong>massif<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>on le <strong>rationalise<\/strong> <strong>a posteriori<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Heureusement, l&rsquo;histoire permet de relativiser. Le Covid fut terrible, mais la peste noire de\u00a01348, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait bien pire : 50\u00a0% de morts en Grande Bretagne. Mais rien ne le garantit. Les bonnes nouvelles pourraient bien abonder, de mani\u00e8re tout aussi inattendue que les mauvaises qui s&rsquo;accumulent depuis 3 ans.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Le triplet de l&rsquo;opacit\u00e9 de Nassim Nicholas Thaleb<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>On peut donc toujours se pencher sur le pass\u00e9 et prendre du recul<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nassim Nicolas Taleb nous dit que l&rsquo;esprit humain souffre de trois maux lorsqu&rsquo;il entre en contact avec l&rsquo;histoire. Mais il suffit de repenser \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire et on se sent imm\u00e9diatement beaucoup mieux.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Nous sommes incapables de pr\u00e9dire l&rsquo;avenir<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Car comment pr\u00e9dire ce qui est par nature incertain? Vient alors la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de\u00a0prendre du recul par rapport aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Pour cela, je propose 5 astuces.<\/p>\n<h3>5 conseils pour prendre les choses avec philosophie<\/h3>\n<h4>Conseil n\u00b01 : quand on ne ma\u00eetrise pas une situation, rien ne sert de la pr\u00e9dire<\/h4>\n<p>Cela vaut aussi pour les vendeurs qui se demandent comment ils vont r\u00e9ussir leur quota l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine, ou les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise qui se demandent quel quota ils vont se mettre sur leur t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9vitera de faire une mauvaise pr\u00e9diction. Et vous pouvez toujours esp\u00e9rer que le pire n&rsquo;arrive pas.<\/p>\n<p>Il est en effet possible que la grande r\u00e9cession de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine passe \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nous. L&rsquo;inflation \u00e0 25\u00a0% par an n&rsquo;arrivera peut-\u00eatre pas non plus.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut s&rsquo;adapter, faire avec, et accepter l&rsquo;incertitude.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil n\u00b02 : si cela est possible,\u00a0r\u00e9duire le risque<\/h4>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates chef d&rsquo;entreprise, r\u00e9duisez les co\u00fbts fixes, r\u00e9duisez la voilure ou variabilisez les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_72854\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-72854\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72854 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/jumpstory-download20221211-160930.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/jumpstory-download20221211-160930.jpg 640w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/jumpstory-download20221211-160930-449x300.jpg 449w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-72854\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Quand on doit se lancer dans le vide et qu&rsquo;on ne voit rien, on a sans doute moins peur que si on per\u00e7oit le sol depuis les hauteurs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas votre propre chef, r\u00e9duisez votre risque personnel.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Prendre les choses avec philosophie, et puis surtout, peut-\u00eatre pr\u00e9voir le pire, mais pour pr\u00e9parer le meilleur<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Conseil n\u00b03 : coupez la radio et apprenez la m\u00e9thode Cou\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une mesure de sauvegarde ! Je n&rsquo;\u00e9coute plus que France-Culture et ses analyses profondes et absconses qui durent 3 heures. Cela \u00e9vite de faire du simplisme sur des choses complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout, je vous conseille la m\u00e9thode Cou\u00e9 : r\u00e9p\u00e9tez 20 fois par jour<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Tous les jours, \u00e0 tous points de vue, je vais de mieux en mieux<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2011\/09\/methode-coue-un-guide-pour-sportifs-et-managers\/\">Injustement d\u00e9cri\u00e9e<\/a>, cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;autosuggestion est pourtant d&rsquo;une redoutable efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude aussi, quand on a fait une bonne r\u00e9union avec un client, de dire \u00ab\u00a0on va gagner !\u00a0\u00bb. Je ne suis pas dupe, cela ne prouve rien. Mais cela nous met dans une attitude positive, ce qui nous permet de vendre mieux par la suite.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil n\u00b04 : relire l&rsquo;histoire<\/h4>\n<p>Pendant la peste noire, lors de toutes les guerres qui se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9, ou durant le 19\u1d49 si\u00e8cle avec ses troubles et ses r\u00e9volutions (1789, 1805, 1830, 1832, 1848, 1870 et 1871&#8230;), des hommes d\u2019affaires ont fait du business, et certains en ont m\u00eame fait beaucoup.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, il y a toujours des personnes qui s&rsquo;enrichissent plus ou moins l\u00e9galement pendant les conflits. Nul doute que la terrible guerre d&rsquo;Ukraine, quand la poussi\u00e8re sera retomb\u00e9e, nous r\u00e9v\u00e9lera quelques nouvelles fortunes issues de cette triste p\u00e9riode. \u00c0 suivre&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil n\u00b05 : Innover par temps de chaos<\/h4>\n<p>Quand c&rsquo;est le chaos, quand l&rsquo;organisation est illisible, c&rsquo;est signe que tout bouge ou mieux encore, que tout pourrait bouger.<\/p>\n<p>Or, quand tout bouge et est incertain, c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;on innove le mieux comme je l&rsquo;ai expliqu\u00e9 dans une vid\u00e9o r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec Jean-Marc Goachet.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Pourquoi Innover, c\u2019est accueillir l\u2019inattendu?
