Elles ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des choses qu\u2019elles n\u2019auraient jamais faites par elles-m\u00eames si elles n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 contraintes par le Covid, comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de toute l\u2019entreprise pendant plusieurs semaines, ou l\u2019utilisation de la visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a pris une place durable dans toutes les organisations<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est plus un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail de complaisance, pour faciliter l\u2019\u00e9quilibre personnel ou professionnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail devient une partie prenante structurelle du fonctionnement de l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il devient m\u00eame un facteur d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 dans certains secteurs dans lesquels il y a p\u00e9nurie de talents. L\u2019entreprise doit \u00eatre capable de proposer un environnement de travail offrant cette souplesse, cette agilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est une \u00e9volution, m\u00eame si dans la pratique, dans la fa\u00e7on de travailler, les entreprises ont encore beaucoup de difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Hyperconnexion\u00a0: les DRH sont d\u00e9munies<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On assiste \u00e0 une aggravation de l\u2019hyperconnexion<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beaucoup encha\u00eenent les visioconf\u00e9rences les unes derri\u00e8re les autres. Cela\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la fatigue, qui peut \u00eatre assimil\u00e9e par certains, ou d\u00e9clencher une baisse de productivit\u00e9 chez d\u2019autres, parfois aussi des troubles qui peuvent aller jusqu\u2019au burn-out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette hyperconnexion a accentu\u00e9 la pression sur les collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On parle \u00e9galement de d\u00e9connexion. Les plages de travail se sont \u00e9tendues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On a tendance \u00e0 accepter de recevoir ou d\u2019envoyer un mail apr\u00e8s le d\u00eener, ce qui \u00e9tait moins concevable avant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et on attend en sym\u00e9trie de ses coll\u00e8gues qu\u2019ils lisent ou r\u00e9agissent au moment o\u00f9 on est soi-m\u00eame en train de travailler. On peut d\u00e9cider en fin d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi de s\u2019occuper de sa famille, et de continuer \u00e0 travailler le soir. Mais on impose aussi ce rythme aux autres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des conventions ou des modes d\u2019organisation sont en train de se mettre en place.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si on n\u2019est pas vigilant, le num\u00e9rique engendrera des nuisances qui vont peser sur la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, les DRH sont assez d\u00e9munies pour objectiver cette situation. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est un travail sur lequel on essaye de progresser avec la data\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec de la data anonymis\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de grosses entit\u00e9s, il est possible de voir comment fluctuent ces plages de travail et d\u2019objectiver des r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une politique de sensibilisation au fait de respecter ces temps de d\u00e9connexion.<\/p>\n<h3>Les diff\u00e9rentes formes de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9tude Lecko r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019il y a autant de personnes qui ont un dispositif leur permettant de t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler une journ\u00e9e par semaine, que de personnes qui peuvent t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler toute la semaine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019organisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est impos\u00e9e pour 1\/3\u00a0du panel, pour lequel les jours doivent \u00eatre choisis contractuellement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un autre tiers est totalement libre de s\u2019organiser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les diff\u00e9rences se portent plus sur ce mode de fonctionnement que sur le fait de pouvoir t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler ou non. Certains restent dans un cadre assez rigide quand d\u2019autres sont dans un cadre tr\u00e8s souple.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceux qui en tirent vraiment profit sont surtout ceux qui sont dans un cadre tr\u00e8s souple<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u00a0: est-ce vraiment pour tout le monde\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand on parle de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, ne serait-on pas en train d\u2019oublier les gens de terrains (\u00ab\u2009frontline workers\u2009\u00bb) ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant le Covid, certains ont pu mal recevoir le fait de voir leur manager confortablement install\u00e9 au bord de sa piscine quand eux \u00e9taient sur le terrain \u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les entreprises travaillent maintenant \u00e0 <strong>reconnecter tout le monde<\/strong>. M\u00eame les collaborateurs qui sont sur le terrain vont utiliser d\u2019autres outils\u00a0: ils seront moins dans la visio, plus dans la messagerie instantan\u00e9e comme WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vont-ils rester sur WhatsApp ou r\u00e9internaliser des outils de messagerie d\u2019\u00e9quipe pour\u00a0se synchroniser, se coordonner\u2009?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces collaborateurs en \u00ab\u2009frontline\u2009\u00bb ont besoin de plateformes de collaboration. La Digital Workplace a bien gard\u00e9 son objectif de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer tout le monde, constate Arnaud.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c0 quoi ressemblera le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans 5 \u00e0 10\u00a0ans\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009On parle beaucoup de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2022\/10\/perdu-dans-le-metaverse\/\">m\u00e9tavers<\/a>\u2009\u00bb, nous dit Arnaud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va-t-on se retrouver \u00e0 travailler dans ces univers virtuels avec des avatars, des personnes qu\u2019on peut \u00e0 peine identifier physiquement ou nomm\u00e9ment\u2009? Va-t-on d\u00e9porter une partie de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise dans ces univers ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certains le pensent et investissent fortement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Il est pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de penser que le m\u00e9tavers va r\u00e9volutionner la collaboration, ou r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes concrets. \u00c0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9, il convient de ne pas se mettre des \u0153ill\u00e8res et de rejeter compl\u00e8tement le m\u00e9tavers, le Web trois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est probable que ces technologies vont venir cohabiter avec le monde d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et on le voit d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, ou augment\u00e9e, peut accompagner les t\u00e2ches de formation. Les op\u00e9rationnels, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019avoir un mode d\u2019emploi papier \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019eux, peuvent superposer l\u2019information \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils voient \u00e0 travers leurs yeux au travers de lunettes adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Y a-t-il trop de virtuel dans le monde du travail\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u2009Mon m\u00e9tier de consultant \u00e9tait un m\u00e9tier tr\u00e8s au contact des gens. Il l\u2019est moins depuis deux ans. J\u2019aurais tendance \u00e0 dire que oui, il va falloir qu\u2019on trouve le bon dosage\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et la Big Tech nous emm\u00e8nent vers le m\u00e9tavers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce qu\u2019on va arriver \u00e0 embarquer les \u00ab\u2009vieux de 40\u00a0ans\u2009\u00bb dans ces univers virtuels\u2009?<\/p>\n<h3>Avons-nous atteint la fin de la transformation digitale\u2009?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour Arnaud, la transformation digitale est un mouvement, il n\u2019y a pas de fin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019informatique se rapproche des gens, avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/02\/no-code-marketeurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no-code<\/a> par exemple.
