Les m\u00e9dias sociaux et en particulier LinkedIn, et dans un registre diff\u00e9rent Viadeo, ont r\u00e9gl\u00e9 le march\u00e9 selon eux; Si on veut bien les croire, il ne faut pas chercher tr\u00e8s loin o\u00f9 les recrutements sont et seront faits demain, m\u00eame dans la vieille France conservatrice. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il des professionnels du recrutement ? Sont-ils d&rsquo;accord avec cette pr\u00e9diction ? Dans cet essai \u00e0 contre-courant, j&rsquo;ai donn\u00e9 la parole \u00e0 Olivier Jaskulke, directeur du sourcing \u00e0 la RH du groupe Orange (donc un coll\u00e8gue). Toutefois, beaucoup d\u2019innovations, m\u00eame en 2012, consistent en de nouvelles offres avec un positionnement marketing diff\u00e9rent (toucher telle cible, avec telle promesse etc).<\/p>\n<p>Certaines promesses s\u2019enrichissent avec des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9changes, de lien avec son r\u00e9seau (Apec et Aden) de diffusion partag\u00e9e (R\u00e9seaux sociaux pro notamment), jouant sur la promesse de d\u00e9multiplication, la fameuse viralit\u00e9. Mais, en gros, on reste dans les variations d\u2019un m\u00eame th\u00e8me, celui de la publication g\u00e9r\u00e9e par des sites se faisant une concurrence classique.<\/p>\n<p>Le monde du recrutement n\u2019a pas encore vu \u00e9clore de fa\u00e7on claire d\u2019offre r\u00e9ellement disruptive, s\u2019appuyant sur la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du web, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de ce qu\u2019a r\u00e9alis\u00e9, par exemple, amazon sur le march\u00e9 de la vente d\u2019objets au grand public.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u2019autres termes, il n\u2019y pas de plateforme de recrutement qui agr\u00e8ge des ressources ext\u00e9rieures. Pas d\u2019offre r\u00e9ellement ouverte captant la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la multitude, pour reprendre les termes d\u2019un <a href=\"http:\/\/colin-verdier.com\/\">essai brillant<\/a> paru r\u00e9cemment.<\/p>\n<p>On imagine pourtant assez bien un acteur disposant d\u2019une masse critique migrant vers une architecture ouverte, via une vaste gamme d\u2019API, et permettant d\u2019agr\u00e9ger des offres tr\u00e8s diverses et le trafic correspondant.<\/p>\n<p>Rassembler des offres de type r\u00e9gionalisation, rapprochement profils postes, moteurs s\u00e9mantiques sur des offres de job aux d\u00e9nominations proches ou sur des localisations voisines, offres de cooptation, cr\u00e9ation de viviers, analyses de profils ou d\u2019audience, viralit\u00e9 sous toutes ses formes, focalisation sur un segment particulier, lien avec l\u2019enseignement, etc.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enjeu est tout simplement de pouvoir ramasser l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9, en cassant la logique actuelle de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.journaldunet.com\/media\/publishers\/top-5-emploi-mediametrie\/\">silos<\/a> (Sites Aden, Monster, R\u00e9gionsjob, Apec etc en concurrence frontale). Une telle plateforme pourrait devenir un capteur d\u2019un grand nombre de candidatures et d\u2019offres, de signaux faibles qualifiant des profils, mais aussi et surtout de l\u2019intelligence et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 d\u2019entrepreneurs aujourd\u2019hui isol\u00e9s et concurrents.<\/p>\n<p>La contrepartie est double : arriver \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une offre audacieuse et coh\u00e9rente d\u2019une part, mais surtout partager des revenus d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p>La logique est plus compliqu\u00e9e que dans le cas d\u2019Amazon, o\u00f9 les clients finaux paient pour un objet. Personne \u2013 ou presque &#8211; ne paie pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une annonce. En revanche, ce sont les sites, captant l\u2019argent des annonceurs, qui seraient ainsi embarqu\u00e9s dans une logique de partage de revenus.<\/p>\n<p>En discutant de ce sc\u00e9nario, on m\u2019a object\u00e9 que certains profils seraient ainsi sur-sollicit\u00e9s. Mais pas plus qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.
